Just lost out on front movement to 1; 3 Gilpin’s Otterbobs Riggindale. PD (6,1a) 1 Scattergood & Edley’s Mighty Singer, nice puppy dog, excellent coat & pelt, good head with lovely expression, topline & tailset OK, nice bone, good big teeth, correct bite, moved well; 2 Dickinson & James’ Blackmine Rossington to Badgerholme, nice pup, good expression, nice head & outline, moved OK. Coat not at its best; 3 Taylor’s Oxcroft Kurundu von Foxthorn. JD (6,1) I wish to refrain from making any comments on dogs entered in this class. 1 Nelson’s Brumberhill Blue Endeavor; 2 Jackson & Dugdale’s Highfell Orient; 3 Anderson’s Minx’s Diamond. PGD (13,4) 1 Culley’s Joncroft Orcadian Scion, nice headed dog, in excellent condition, good expression, nice topline & tailset, nice turn of stifle, good shoulder placement, moved well; 2 Todds’ Vallemoss Voodoo at Roxess, good headed dog, nice expression, good coat & pelt, moved OK. Just preferred the balance & topline of 1; 3 Wade & Allen’s Partridgedale Palmetto. LD (14,1) 1 Winder’s Appleside Alfred, one I have admired for a long time, lovely dog with good head & expression, topline & tailset spot on, good front & shoulders, large big teeth, correct bite, lovely outline, moved out well. RCC; 2 Fryer’s Irton Up Helly Aa, nice enough dog with some good qualities but was up against a dog with better shoulder & forehand placement & not as racy as 1. Movement true & sound; 3 Sugar’s Foxcraig Jester. OD (11,2) 1 Archbald’s Ch Tweedburn Valentino, what a super dog to go over, full of quality from nose to tail, in excellent condition, his front, forehand & shoulders are absolutely spot on, topline & tailset lovely, has a coat & pelt to die for, moved out well, handled very well. CC & BOB; 2 Gilpin’s Otterbobs Ninezergh, worthy ch, lovely head & expression, good topline & tailset, moved well; 3 Singh’s Vandameres Secret Agent. VB (5,1) 1 Armstrong’s Ch Justrite Jinny, good coat & pelt, nice head & expression, nice topline & tailset, moved well, 7 years. BV; 2 Wanless’ Thornyburn Hexham Hijinks, 8 years, good outline, coat & pelt, lovely head & expression, moved well. Just preferred head & expression on 1; 3 Gregory’s Remony Sunset Song. MPB (13,2) 1 Singh’s Comberdown Claddagh between Vandamere, lovely head & outline, quality coat & pelt, lovely shoulders & forehand, nice bone, racy hindquarters, lovely feet & thick pads, a quality pup, moved out well. BP & PG4; 2 Golding’s Foxcraig Magic Star at Beaconpike, smaller type, lovely head & expression, good coat, pelt, topline & tailset, moved well; 3 Johnson’s Joncroft Eternal Flame. PB (6) 1 Gregory’s Remony Barley Twist, nice pup, good outline & tailset, nice head & expression, good teeth with correct bite, moved OK, should do well; 2 Higham’s Comberdown Ciara, good coat & pelt, head & expression OK. Preferred topline & tailset of 1; 3 Hopper’s Terracao Nell Gwynn at Esyntona. JB (8,1) 1 Johnson’s Karison Kamellia, lovely head & expression, good coat & pelt, good shoulders & forehand, nice topline, moved out well; 2 Clark’s Dykethorn Diamond, same applies as 1, just preferred the front on 1; 3 Pilling’s Givenhill Eboracum. PGB (19,6) 1 Sugar’s Foxcraig Magic, lovely head & expression, nice in forehand & shoulders, good topline & tail, nice coat & pelt, moved well on good feet, considered her for top honours, should do well; 2 Barrett’s Irton Strawberry Fair at Howthwhite, nice outline, tailset OK, good jacket, nice head, good turn of stifle. Just preferred the expression of 1. Moved OK; 3 Fraser & Butler’s Wagtail Lass via Ycart. LB (15,3) 1 Hogg’s Raeburnfoot Claret, excellent outline, head & expression, good coat & pelt, not overdone in any way, moved out well, a lovely bitch. RCC; 2 Lee’s Tythrop Traviata, good bitch from this kennel, good topline & tailset, nice head & expression. Coat not at its best, preferred shoulders on 1. Moved well; 3 Fraser & Butler’s Blue Tutu via Ycart. OB (10,3) 1 Singh’s Nanrich Lets Go to Vanderemere, one I have admired from the ringside, I wasn’t disappointed when I went over her, wonderful coat & pelt, lovely outline, good shoulders & forehand, front super, in good hard condition, well handled & presented, a lovely bitch.
