CAIRN RICHMOND 08 Judge: Mr Maurice Marshall CAIRN JUDGE RICHMOND 08 Cairn Terriers MPD (1 1 Downie & Tate’s Jaeva Face The Music, pretty youngster, good head & expression, good front & feet, tail correctly placed, good quarters. Needs to tighten up in movement & just coming into a new jacket. PD (3) 1 Inett & Harrison’s Noncom Inett Tu Winnit with Carradine, very handy young dog, with good outlook & temperament, needs a little more body but moved very well; 2 Felters & Rumens’ Landbuck Colour Code, another very pleasant one with lots of show. A little smaller than 1 but an excellent mover; 3 Peers’ Tweedisle Krazy Koot. JD (3,2) 1 Keeves’ Conundrum Under Your Spell with Seveek, very nicely appointed youngster, in very good coat & condition, good topline, nice rib, tail correctly carried, good quarters & moved very soundly. PGD (4) 1 Smee’s Malmay King Of The Road, beautifully made one, but not yet in full coat form, lovely head & expression, nice well laid shoulders, good front, good topline, moved well behind. A trifle loose in front; 2 Middlehurst’s Zalazar Un Zipped! at Starveren, in need of a new jacket. Good topline, strong quarters, lovely outlook, moved well in front; 3 Lifton’s Glenrood Stormkeeper at Liffycairn. LD (6,1) 1 Grainger’s Devil In Disguise, I did so like this one, good head & expression, well placed shoulders, nice topline, good tailset, moved very well; 2 Keeves’ Maximal Between Dreams with Seveek, good outlook & a trier, good body, front legs & feet, tail well placed, moved very well behind; 3 Lifton’s Glenrood Stormkeeper at Liffycairn. OD (4) 1 Shopland’s Cherrycrack Mack The Knife, very attractive looker, in good form, nice head & well placed ears, nice shoulder placement, good topline, tailset & quarters, very sound in movement. CC & BOB & well worth it; 2 Middlehurst’s Ch Cannwood As If By Magic to Starveren, RCC but not disgraced here, lovely head & expression, good neck, good topline, moved very well also; 3 Dolan & Inett’s Glenrood Ice Man. MPB (7,2) 1 Confue’s Anjofra Welcome To La La Land, a very pretty, very feminine young bitch in good coat & form, moved & showed very well; 2 Burgess’ Xenmur Dark Red Ruby, a good head with well placed ears, good front & feet, nice topline, moved very well; 3 Poile’s Kedvaiy Liza with A Z. PB (7,3) 1 Felters & Rumens’ Landbuck Jazz Hands, very good outlook. Nicely placed ears, good front, nice outline, moved very well; 2 Powell’s Noncom Mad Madam Mimm at Rosenez, very close up, grand shower, very gay in temperament; 3 Brown’s Bencana Sunday Best. JB (4) A. PGB (12,2) 1 Thompson’s Castleline Bonnie, very sound & showy bitch with excellent coat, good head & expression, nicely placed shoulder with excellent feet, good rib, nice topline, good quarters, moved very well; 2 Dolan’s Glenrood Forever Popsy, very pleasant one with a good outlook, tried & showed extremely well; 3 Smee’s Malmay Sky’s The Limit. LB (10,1) 1 RCC, Williams’ Curtisey Joint Venture, a really great trier, gay outlook, good ears, nice neck & front, good rib, tail well placed, good quarters, showed & moved very well; 2 Keeves’ Seveek The Mystery Of Dreams, also a good trier, showing very well indeed. Coat just on the turn, moved very well; 3 Oldale’s Cranae New Dawn. OB (3) 1 Harrison, Inett & Clayton’s Carradine Magic Star, good expression & ears, nice neck & shoulders, good rib, correct topline, tail well set, good quarters, moved very well indeed. CC & well worth it; 2 Dolan’s Glenrood Mateus Rose, good little shower, grand head & ears, good neck & front, tail well set, good coat, moved very well; 3 Hewitt’s Correnie Jazz Talk at Littleacorn.
