1 Boyce’s Trakside By The Loch, brindle, good length of head, deep front, great bone & substance, plentiful coat. Just needs to settle on the move. Should do well in the future. BP;

2 Sherwood & Pearmain’s Ashkeltar Ewan Me at Delandmar, brindle, good head & expression, straight front, level topline, moved well, in good condition. Not the body properties of 1;

3 Bettis’ Glenheath Independent by Ornella.

1 Kenny’s Millingford Northern Rock, black, good head & expression, deep front & good run in to short coupled backend, in good coat & condition. Pressed hard for RCC but didn’t want to settle;

2 Hopcutt’s Highland Dancer at Celticbridge, well up to size, strong head, good body. Coat needs more work & would have liked to see him move better;

3 G Independent by O.

1 Hill’s Bonnieanne Norman of Taghmor, nice, well balanced dog, good head, expression & front, level topline, strong quarters, nice to go over, coat OK, moved well;

2 Smith’s Killisport McNaught at Soarvale, strong brindle, balanced head, straight front, deep ribs, good backend, coat OK. Would have liked to see him move better;

3 Dodson’s Polwicks Smokey Quartz.

1 Maidment’s Berrybreeze Jubilation, what a lovely dog to go over, correct head & expression, deep front, well boned front legs, good run in to level topline, well set tail & strong quarters, in lovely coat & condition, moved with drive that was lacking in some of the dogs. CC & BOB;

2 K McNaught at S;

3 P Smokey Quartz.

1 Pagram’s Torcraig With A Difference, eyecatching wheaten, correct head & expression, good front, level topline, good quarters & well set tail, good bone & substance, moved well, in very good coat & condition as one would expect from this kennel. RCC;

2 Plane’s Stuane Loch Ranger, very nice black, good length of head & front, deep ribs, level topline, well set tail, excellent coat & condition. Didn’t move as well as 1;

3 Hill’s Polwicks Black Tourmaline of Tahgmor.

PB (2,1)

1 Wallis’ Wildbriar Truffle Trusty, black, standing alone & didn’t enjoy being handled. Good head. Would look better with a little more body. Soft coat. Not too happy on the move.

JB (5,1)

1 Marshall’s Jessica at Midnight with Benartybrae, nice black, pleasing head & expression, good front, level topline, well set tail & good backend, showed well, in very good coat & condition, one to watch in the future;

2 Pearmain & Sherwood’s Ashkeltar Time And Tide at Delandmar, good black, balanced head, straight front, good topline & quarters, moved well. Not quite as short as 1;

3 Pagram’s Torcraig Black Pearl.

1 Pearmain & Sherwood’s Ashkeltar Maybe This Time at Delandmar, black, nice to go over, handles well, head of good length, deep front, good shoulders, deep ribs, strong quarters, moved with drive, in good coat & condition;

2 Smale’s Ericmar Dark Secret, feminine, nice head, well placed ear, straight front, good outline. Didn’t show as well as 1;

3 Pagram’s Torcraig Fair Enough.

LB (3)

1 Marshall’s Benartybrae Starlett Belle, very feminine, nice head & expression, good front & shoulder placement, level topline, well set tail, very nice bitch, in good coat & condition, moved well;

2 Baker’s Glenheath Chit Chat, brindle, balanced head, good front, deep ribs, strong quarters, moved well, in excellent coat & condition. Preferred size of 1;

3 Smale’s Ericmar Midwinter.

OB (3,1)

1 Beckton & Blower’s Killisport Amaretta, lovely feminine bitch, good length of head, nice eye, very good front, deep ribs, nice run in to short coupled backend, tail well set-on, excellent presentation, moved very well. CC;

2 Boyce’s Killisport Alice at Trakside, very good bitch & a worthy champion. Balanced head, good body, strong quarters, moved out OK. Movement was spoiled by profuse long furnishings. RCC.
