SCOTTISH JUDGE RICHMOND 08

Scottish Terriers

V (1)

1 Hill’s Digoran Katy Nowaitee with Clemegann, at 2 days short of 8 years this bitch put in a real good performance in the appalling conditions, feminine head, plenty of bone & substance, short coupled, low to ground, a real Scot.

PD (2)

1 Walker’s Beaureveur Magnifique, clean head, nicely placed ears which he used well, straight front, well muscled rear & short coupled but needs more depth of rib;

2 Lawrence’s Sweetgarret My Wee Geordie, well presented youngster in excellent harsh coat, well muscled & in lovely condition but needs more body, this should come with time. Preferred the head of 1.

JD (5,2)

1 Chick’s Brueik Magical Connection, solidly made boy, clean head, good mouth & eye, well muscled body, although I would like more depth of chest. Well angulated rear, showed well;

2 Greenwood’s Petmon light Of My Life, beautifully presented black youngster, clean head, correct mouth, straight front although would like more width & depth. Longer cast than 1. Both have time on their side.

PGD (4)

1 Milburn’s Gates Diddling Dan with Liroda, wheaten who has matured so much & also improved in colour, clean head with a well shaped eye, black nose & correct mouth, wide front & well placed shoulder but would like more depth of chest. Good rear angulation, moved well;

2 P Light Of My Life.

OD (6,1)

1 Hughes’ Turnaware Buccaneer, real Scottish Terrier, excellent long balanced head, well muscled neck running into well laid shoulders, super spring & excellent depth of rib, short coupled into big wide buttocks, with tail bang on top he moved beautifully, I came close to a kidnap attempt. BOB;

2 Hill’s Rolanka Rory for Clemagann, real Scot, well up to size but so beautifully constructed these two could change places on another day.

PB (2,1)

1 Milburn’s Gates Sweetgarret Girl Nellie with Liroda, pretty feminine little girl, clean head, correct mouth, nice width of front but needs depth. Good rear angulation & tail on top. Not keen on the 3” deep puddles. BP.

JB (4)

1 Pagram’s Torcraig Fair Enough, feminine wheaten bitch, beautifully presented, good bone & substance, clean balanced head, dark eye, correct mouth, black nose, well laid shoulders, deep ribs & a wide front, short coupled into wide muscular buttocks, moved well with tail on top & somehow managed to stay clean. BB;

2 Greenwood’s Petmon Miss Tiggywinkle, beautifully presented black, feminine head, well placed shoulders. Has not got the bone & substance of 1.

PGB (7,1)

1 T Fair Enough; 2 Beardsmore’s Miss Moochy Mabel, feminine head, short back & good rear angulation, straight front but lacks depth & spring of rib.

OB (2) A.
