SKYE JUDGE BLACKPOOL 08 Skye Terriers V (2) 1 Curtis’ Ch Oldmeer Ruby’s Rascal, in very good condition, excellent dentition for age, strong head, good muzzle, neck & topline, moved well. MPD (1) 1 Samuel’s Skyelander Wee Man of Storr, very raw baby, drop eared, nice head, neck & shoulders, good length. BP. PD (1) 1 S Wee Man of S. JD (2) 1 Harrison’s Knowlespring Jail House Roc for Trenson, lovely cream, good head, nice neck, good bone, level & sound; 2 Parker’s Glorfindel Basil Brush, could change places with 1. Lovely dog, good head, neck, shoulders, long & level. A bit over-excited on the move & tended to do the bunny hop. PGD (3) 1 Samuel’s Glorfindel Son Of Angus, very sound, nice size, good head & foreface, level topline, good shoulders, straight front; 2 Heeps’ Azrakhan Mr Buttons, very long & good topline, super thick black coat, nice head & ears. Not as good in shoulders as 1. LD (3) 1 Woodhead’s Knowlespring Sunday Best, very good dog, good head & ear placement, best of neck & shoulders, level & good mover. RCC; 2 McLean’s Glorfindel Rob Roy, from the top drawer & all the attributes as 1. I was splitting hairs with my decision; 3 A Mr Buttons. OD (7) 1 Breeze’s Ch Gumshoe A Touch Of Frost by Salena, streamlined in first class order, nice head, long neck flowing into well laid shoulder, level topline, moved well back & front. CC & BOB; 2 Marshall’s Ch The Black Touch of Morningsky at Glorfindel, close decision. A little heavier in type but everything fits. Good head & outline; 3 Miller’s Ch Feorlig Give Me A Reason. MPB & PB (0). JB (3) 1 Marshall’s Glorfindel Betty Boop, very feminine, nice head, super long neck, level topline, good tail carriage; 2 Garland-Collins’ Bhuidh Motholeli, nice type. Heavier in shoulder than 1. Good head & outline; 3 White’s Knowlespring You’re Wicked by Gumshoe. PGB (5) 1 Hawkes’ Maridale Bella Fiore, lovely bitch of good conformation, long & level, sound in movement; 2 Miller’s Feorlig Take Me Or Leave Me, in wonderful condition, very nice head, good neck long. Tucking up a little in topline. Moved very well; 3 Olding & Munroe’s Lady Orlith of Papplewick. LB (6,1) 1 Miller’s Feorlig Somthing Wicked, nice head, best of shoulders, long & level, sound. Needs time to get the final finish on her coat; 2 Curtis’ Tsuki Solastar of Brakemill, dripping in coat, lovely head & ears, neck & shoulders. Topline rises slightly in middle of topline; 3 Garland-Collins’ Bymbriger Brie Gloral for Bhuidh. OB (5) 1 Bailey & Hansel’s Ch Silisia Firenze, first class bitch, very good head & ear carriage, long neck, good topline, in super condition, moving well. CC; 2 Woodhead’s Knowlespring She Knows, lovely cream, covered the ground well, good head, ears & topline. RCC; 3 Breeze’s Salena Secret Passion. JUDY AVERIS |
