I was delighted to see so many promising youngsters, which can only be good for the future of the breed. MPD (5,1a) 1 Gaydon’s Gilbri Williwonte, quality 8 months male who is maturing nicely, strong bone, super head with neat ears, correct bite, large teeth, good reach of neck, correct shoulder placement, short back, moved & showed very well for one so young; 2 Gill’s Cloonbeggane One Whizz Kid, promising young dog, good head & expression, lot to like, good pigment, strong backend. Just preferred the outline of 1; 3 Smith’s Lorbri Sweet Talking Guy. PD (4,1) 1 Smith’s Royalcartier Entertainer, very mature eyecatching 11 months puppy, excellent head, wide muzzle with large teeth, good reach of neck, well laid shoulders, deep in forechest with powerful quarters, strong well angulated rear, harsh white jacket, moved with purpose & drive, real showman, should have a bright future. BP; 2 Bailey & Wilson’s Lymehills Super Trouper, quality puppy, strong head, super expression, good reach of neck into very good shoulder placement, short coupled, moved well, close decision; 3 Kabel’s Llovall Ain’t Misbehavin Mr. JD (4) 1 Minett’s Candido Du Moulin de Macgregor, what a super youngster of correct size & shape, strong bone, deep chest, strong head with super expression, correct scissor bite, neat ears, elbows well in, best of fronts, strong well angulated rear, moved with confidence & drive, when fully mature should be one for top honours. RCC & strongly considered for the CC but just lost out on maturity; 2 Dale’s Lynnsto Mastercard, quality youngster who I have always liked, strong young dog in hard condition, excellent coat of correct texture, put down to perfection, his day will come; 3 Pegg’s Ambalasi Frisky Whisky. PGD (5,2) 1 Gill’s Cloonbeggane Celtic Tiger, well up to size, quality dog to go over, super head, good layback of shoulder, deep chest & ribs, strong backend, showed very well; 2 MacBean’s Bellevue Going Dutch with Pryorvale, smaller type than 1. One I have long admired, super to go over with good reach of neck to well laid shoulders, short coupled, strong well angulated hindquarters; 3 Hill & Wilson’s Olton Aye Sweater Man. LD (5) 1 Carlin & Gillott’s Comdale Curtain Call at Lizandycris, smart dog of good size, deep chest & ribs, well domed head, broad muzzle with good scissor bite, strong muscular neck into well laid shoulders, compact body, well presented; 2 Cook’s Roxholm River Spirit, quality dog. A little overweight. Good head & expression, neat ears, good layback & elbows well in, strong hindquarters; 3 Squire’s Kimgarwyn Handy Man. OD (6,1) 1 Squire’s Ch Bellevue Spirit Catcher, super to go over, strong muscular dog who has all the essentials, correct shoulder placement, good reach of neck, short coupled, well angulated, free flowing movement when settled. CC, BOB & G2, a great ambassador for the breed; 2 Mellor’s Ch Bellevue Caught In The Act at Jillso, quality, very strong powerful dog, deep chest & powerful quarters, good head & expression. He could benefit from losing a bit of weight & preferred the movement of 1; 3 Abbey’s Kristajen Know It All. MPB (9,2) 1 Gaydon’s Gilbri Charisma, very feminine puppy, good head, correct bite, nice dark eye & correct ear placement, good coat, very well presented, clean neck & shoulders, promising youngster; 2 MacBean’s Pryorvale Swing Time, difficult decision here, these two could easily change places, another nice baby with the same attributes as 1; 3 Bailey & Wilson’s Lymehills Let’s Party. PB (5) 1 Hughes’ Brychden Kite Mark, she has all the essentials to make it to the top, excellent head, wicked expression, super shoulder placement, short coupled, strong muscular hindquarters, short tail, bang on top giving plenty behind the tail. Enjoys herself on the move sometimes preferring to play & this let her down in the challenge for BP; 2 Kabel’s Llovall A Fine Romance, promising youngster, very good head & expression, short coupled with strong hindquarters, tail on top, moved & showed well; 3 Bancroft, Hopecharm Win In Spirit. JB (5,1) 1 Smith’s Lorbri Motown Magic, this is the one I would have taken home, super young bitch, with maturity has all the qualities to hit the top, loved her shape & size, super head & expression, straightest of fronts, good reach of neck to well laid shoulders, short coupled, level topline kept on the move, tail bang on top, strong hindquarters with good angulation, moved true; 2 Carlin & Gillott, Lizandycris Girl of Action, have watched her mature into a very promising youngster who should do very well, super head & expression, excellent shoulder placement, moved with purpose & drive, put down to perfection, credit to her owners; 3 Dale’s Lynnsto Ultra Violet. PGB (10,2) 1 Fox’s Hillsted Sweet Breeze, quality bitch, lovely to go over, has all the essentials to do very well, good head, neat ears, super expression, good reach of neck, well laid shoulders, good front, short coupled, strong backend, moved & showed very well; 2 Reide’s Asheridgelee Miss Ambition, quality bitch who I really liked, whitest of jackets of correct texture, good head, neat ears, good reach of neck & shoulder placement, straight front, moved with purpose & drive; 3 Jones’ Fernlair I Was Framed. LB (7) 1 Smith’s Davot Chase The Lady for Faymar, quality bitch who is a pleasure to go over, whitest coat of correct texture, everything in the right place, super head & expression, very short coupled, good reach of neck to well laid shoulders, straight front, very well presented, credit to her owners. Not too settled on the move but nevertheless could not deny her the RCC; 2 Hughes’s Hopecharm I’m No April Fool at Brychdyn, quality bitch in hard condition, who is a pleasure to go over, good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, strong backend with good angulation, really keeps her shape on the move, harsh white jacket, very well presented; 3 Gaydon’s Wistonant Royal Ruby. OB (10,3) Real quality in this class, unfortunately, some had to go cardless. 1 Hands’ Crinan Come Fly With Me, presentation can let this bitch down & she has to be handled to appreciate her qualities. Strong well boned head, well made up under the eye, correct scissor bite, good reach of neck, excellent shoulder placement, short coupled, strong backend, level topline kept on the move, very free & easy movement when her handler moves quick enough for her to stride out. I could not deny her the CC; 2 Edmundson’s Ch Pepabby Priceless, very worthy ch, pleasure to go over, so close to the Standard, I can see why she has done so very well in the show ring. Perhaps she was carrying a little too much weight. Moves with drive & at one with her handler, true showgirl who is a credit to her owners; 3 Mallon’s Ir Ch Lamsmore Esha at Colla.
