PARSON DRIFFIELD 08 Judge: Miss K Rimmer PARSON JUDGE DRIFFIELD 08 Parson Russell Terriers PD (4) 1 Goldfern Grand Lad, good masculine head tri half to nearside, dark eye pigment, correct bite, enough length neck, good lay of shoulder, plenty of bone & tight feet, spannable, good hind angulation & standing over a lot of ground, carries tail well, moves effortlessly. Can only improve with age. BP & BD; 2 Digaden Chase The Ace, tan badger head, good triangular shape, correct bite, dark eye, good harsh pelt & spannable, good return of upper arm, tight feet, well let down on the hock, good bend of stifle, plenty of drive on the move. A very difficult choice with these two, just preferred expression of 1. RBD; 3 Giftwrapped of Lovealoch to Pacolito. JD (0), YD & PGD (0). OD (2) A. PB (4) 1 Ilexquercus Rosy Rustic, very pretty feminine head half tri to offside, dark eye, good lay of shoulder, easily spannable, enough bone & tight feet, well angled in hind leg, moving with drive & purpose, super coat, in harsh condition, well handled; 2 Pacolito Persuit, different head type to 1, light tan badger coloured with complimentary lighter eye, good bite. Would maybe like a touch more definition to stop. Well put together, excellent mover, good clear harsh pelt, tight feet. Handler needs work; 3 Goldfern Glory. JB (2) 1 Pacolito Premiere, tan coloured badger head, quite strong in muzzle, correct bite, dark eye, good clean coat colour, harsh pelt, plenty of bone, tight feet, good hind angulation. Moving a little choppy due to longish grass. Very expertly handled. YB (2) 1 Garsayno The Dancer, attractive head marking in dark tan. A touch long in muzzle from stop. Short harsh pelt, good bite, tight feet. Difficult to assess movement as she was not enjoying herself & was quite tense & not relaxed standing. Will do better when she relaxes. PGB (4) 1 Warden Law Stitch at Jacksden, tan badger marked head of good triangular shape, good bite, dark eye, easy to span, short harsh pelt, well angled & moving OK. Would not like to see any more weight on her; 2 Parruss Twist Of Lemon, lighter in build to 1 but surprisingly not as easy to span. Very pretty feminine head, good expression with tan marking over foreface, harsh pelt, well angled in rear, tight feet; 3 G The Dancer. LB (4) 1 Pacolito Pathfinder, light tan half coloured head to offside & near ear, eye colour in keeping, triangular head shape perhaps not the most feminine. Excellent coat & pelt, well let down on the hock, active straight movement, tight feet, very well handled; 2 Olliebark That’s My Girl, almost a full tan head colour, good shape, dark eye, well set ears, enough reach of neck, short harsh pelt, spannable. Would prefer a little more hind angulation. Well handled. OB (6) 1 Pacolito X Rated, half tan coloured head to nearside, good dark eye, correct earset, enough reach of neck, good lay of shoulder, tight feet, spannable, good angulation in rear, standing over good amount of ground, moves very actively. BOB; 2 Ch Garsayno Tutti Fruitti, very difficult choice between this bitch & 1. Feminine head, good dark eye, good reach of neck & shoulder, tight feet. Not quite the angulation in rear but could change places another time. RBB; 3 Pacolito Dymanti Prima Dona. K RIMMER
