IRISH BELFAST 08 Mr Philip J Greenway DCC KERRYKEEL RONAN (MR K ANDERSON) Irish Terriers I would express some doubts about the direction heads are taking; too many full cheeks, rounded skulls & low earsets. PD (1) 1 Pratt’s Terrijay Special Brew, very well balanced dog, weight evenly placed, good head, eyes & mouth, reasonable ear placement, nice neck, topline, set-on, angulation, moved well, in good coat, nice feet. BP. JD (2) 1 Seabridge’s Kerrykeel Wounded Knee at Sujoncla, nice dog of balance & shape, good neck, topline & set-on, well angulated, moved soundly, in good coat, liked his foreface, eyes, mouth & ears; 2 O’Reilly’s Cilradharc Dian Cecht, too much of a good thing. Scored in head, good neck, topline, set-on, angles & hind action. PGD (3) 1 Hackett’s Bridgeways Rough And Ready, the more you look the better you like him, stands on his own completely balanced, nice neck, topline. Set-on could be higher. Good angulation & well muscled, sound as they come, good head, eyes, mouth & expression; 2 Davis’ Bensheir Kane, good typical fellow, well balanced, good neck, topline & set-on, neat & tidy on the move; 3 Atwell’s Montelle Mr Sandman at Xanwil. LD (3) 1 Anderson’s Kerrykeel Ronan, well here I am, a real Irish Terrier, not a singer! Very good head, eyes, mouth & expression, clean neck, good topline & set-on, well angulated & sound. Yes graceful racy, outline he has yet plenty of substance. CC; 2 Bradley’s Brilliant Mr Sirius at Montelle, nice dog in pleasing order, good neck, topline, set-on & angulation, moved well, well balanced profile, good head, liked his eyes, ears, mouth & foreface; 3 Cooke’s Lionwood Rowanberry. OD (4) 1 Seabridge’s Ch Balengro Tben Tainte at Sujoncla, quality dog of balance, shape & size, good head, mouth, eyes & ears, nice neck, topline & set-on, well angulated, sound movement, in spot on order. RCC; 2 Seabridge’s Sujoncla Sinte Galeshka, sound, well balanced, good angulation, neck, topline & coat, balanced head, eye & mouth; 3 Barker, Clyde & Cummings’ Am Ch Galeways Harbor Master. PB (3) 1 Rundle & Goddard’s Allatsea Gift Of Gold at Marshcourt, some promise here, stylish profile, elegant neck, good topline, set-on, moved soundly, very good head, eye, ears, mouth & expression; 2 Wooding’s Woodraith Golden Buttercup, nicely balanced, good outline, neck, topline, set-on, moved soundly, good head, mouth & eyes; 3 Bradley’s Montelle Star Of The Ring. JB (3) 1 O’Reilly’s Cilradharc Dierdre, pleasing balance, good outline, nice neck, topline & set-on, well angulated, moved soundly, good head, mouth & eye. Ears reasonable; 2 Devine’s Molly’s Surprise, nice head, mouth & eye, good outline, neck, topline & set-on, neat & tidy on the move; 3 Atwell’s Chouxfleur Magic Willow at Xanwil. PGB (2,1) 1 Barker’s Irvonhill Mujito, pleasing bitch, good outline & balance, nice neck, topline, set-on & angulation, moved soundly, good head, ears, eyes & mouth. LB (2) 1 Jackson’s Montelle She’s A Lady, well balanced throughout, good head, eyes, mouth & ears, nice neck, topline & set-on, well angulated, moved soundly; 2 Wooding’s Sujoncla White Horse, very good head, eye, ears & mouth. OB (5) 1 Anderson’s Kerrykeel Orlaith, class act, elegant, racy but with substance, excellent head, eyes, ears, mouth & expression, reachy neck, good topline, set-on & angulation, moved soundly. CC & BOB: 2 Lovelace’s Brazan Seghill, liked her very much, a composite whole, nothing out of place, very good head, eye, mouth & ears, nice neck, topline, set-on & angulation, moved well.
