ENGLISH BULL DARLINGTON 08 Judge: Mr J Woolliss BOB Lydsyll's The Untouchable ENGLISH BULL JUDGE DARLINGTON 08 Bull Terriers MPD (2) 1 Mellor’s Licorice Calhoun at Credetta, nice head, good profile with enough fill, wicked expression & correct mouth, straight front with enough bone, short back, correct topline, well angulated rear used well on the move; 2 Hickey’s Great Gigin The Sky, strong head but not the profile of 1. Straight front with plenty of bone. Nicely made but difficult to assess as he didn’t co-operate with his handler either standing or on the move. PD (5) 1 Wannop’s Red Ace Flyer over Charisalee, nicely arched head into long neck, short back & good well bent rear. Moved well behind, a little close in front; 2 Roberts’ Bullambi White Mischief, good head with strength & turn, correct expression, plenty of bone & substance. Needs a little ring training to make him easier to look at; 3 Tinkler’s Danbull Dominator. JD (3) 1 Ley’s Fortifer’s Flammetta, outstanding head, powerful, good length & plenty of profile, ears set a little wide. Good length of neck with straight front, plenty of bone but short in upper arm, moved parallel in front, close behind; 2 Blakely’s Thunderin Sky at Dazlin, powerful head, not quite the length & turn of 1. Good length of neck. Short back but didn’t co-operate with his handler under I was writing his critique so difficult to assess, I’m sure he will do better with a little training; 3 Howes’ Ragnarok Sigurd for Palanca. PGD (5) 1 Thomas’ Terigwyn Snow Blaster, strong head, good expression, plenty of bone, short back & well bent rear. Moved a little close coming & going; 2 Wright’s Rightstuff Fire Storm, nicely turned head, short back & plenty of quality throughout. Would have liked a little more strength & substance; 3 Lambert’s Embullient Falcons Fury. LD (4) 1 Leesley’s Lyosyll’s The Untouchable, super head turned & filled with the wickedest of expressions, long neck into straight front with plenty of bone, short back, well ribbed up & powerful well angulated quarters, moved well, add to this his outstanding ring presence which carried the day for him in the challenge. CC & BOB; 2 Hawkin’s Keltic Prince, nice head with good strength & adequate profile, short back, correct topline but lethargic on the move; 3 Dobbin’s Buster Black Ears at Debully. OD (4) 1 Roberts & Grieves’ Ch Teirwgwyn Son Of A Gun at Meilow, excellent head with fill & turn, long neck into straight front with plenty of bone, correct topline, good length of back & well angulated rear. Moved well in front, a little close behind. Outstanding dog whom I have admired many times but lacked a little sparkle here. RCC; 2 Young’s Bullyview Screaming Eagle, good head with nice turn & wicked expression, long neck, straight front with enough bone & classy bodylines, moved well when settled; 3 Ley’s Virtuouse Brute Force by Fortifer. MPB (0). PB (2) 1 Williams’ Cwmdulais If I Only New for Gwnsel, strong but feminine head with good length & correct mouth, straight front with plenty of bone into strong body, well ribbed up & well bent rear. Not at her best on the move; 2 Tubb’s Elvroc Crazy Cracker at Gazanniou, classy head with long neck, short back & good rear, well made frame. Just needs a little time to fulfil her potential. Moved well. JB (3) 1 Roff”s Bobuddy Dilemma, good head with sweeping profile & enough fill, correct mouth, long neck, straight front & elegant bodylines, strong quarters with good definition, gleaming coat & hard condition, moved well from all angles with plenty of drive. CC; 2 Pilkington’s Wanna Be Posh at Javarke, sweeping strong head, good neck & bodylines, shortest of backs, straight front. Would like a little more bone, moved well in front, close behind, needs to mature but has time on her side; 3 Leesley’s Bullyview Sheer Bliss at Lydsyll. PGB (7) 1 Roberts’ Teirwgwyn Treacle Tart, power packed head, good front & length of neck, short back, top class make & shape, moved well. Her mouth fault is her cross to bear; 2 Karta’s Cause For Conspiracy at Karmara, nice head, feminine yet strong & well turned, good neck into short compact body. Would have liked her a little less weight, she didn’t show to her full potential here. Moved well in front, close behind; 3 Lambert’s Ebullient Nevaeh Angel. LB (4) 1 Maton’s Ukusa Ultimate Joy, good head into long elegant neck, good shoulders, well laid with straight front, short back & correct topline, well bent stifle. Moved well in front, a little close behind; 2 Roderick’s Warnerdales Looney Toon, strong head, good earset, straight front with plenty of bone. Would have liked a little more length of neck & slightly more laid back shoulders, but overall quality bitch who had she shown a little better could have pushed for the top spot; 3 Walker’s Daisy’s Magic Lily. OB (10) 1 Holt’s Sherrywell’s Nuzzle Muzzle of Eiramsel, strong well filled head, good neck into short compact body, straight front with enough bone for size, short compact body, moved well. RCC; 2 Whittaker’s Yendorian Solitaire at Wengormick, good head with turn & fill, long neck, short back & straight front, well made body with well angled rear, moved a fraction close coming & going; 3 Jackson’s Dazlin Delivery for Evaduse.
