MPD (2)

1. Tuffin’s Withershins Del Boy at Oatberry. B/T baby of overall good make and shape. Good head and eye, pleasing neck and shoulders, correct tailset, racy quarters, sound. A little between coats on the day.

2. Westland’s Renaissance Rhododendron. Good head shape, pleasing eye and expression, good legs and feet, nice width of quarters. Not as positive on the move as the winner.

PD (5,2)

1. Wallace’s Hobholt Helmsman. Very promising. Balanced and well made throughout. Pleasing head and expresion, best of fronts, good legs and feet. Very clean over the neck and shoulders, good body shape. Moved well with good reach and drive, BPD.

2. Horner’s Stineval Maraschino. Slightly different stamp and style, but a very good type and size of youngster. Balanced head with good strength of jaw and a keen dark eye. Straight front, firm topline that he keeps on the move, well developed quarters, moved soundly.

3. Spencer’s Cobstoneway River Magic.

JD (3,1)

1. McPherson’s Brumberhill Blue Tempest. Quality B/T, lovely outline and beautifully balanced. Cracking head with correct eye shape and typical expression. Best of fronts, good layback of shoulder, pleasing length of rib, well developed quarters with correct bend of stifle. Good coat and pelt, put down to perfection. Sound and posative on the move, Res.CC.

2. Ramus’s Onthill Fernando. Good size, make and shape. Pleasing eye and expression. Best of legs and feet, firm well muscled body, racy quarters, moved soundly. Looked like he good do a days work.

ND (1)

1. Wallace’s Hobholt Hans Solo. Alone but a worthy winner. Good dog throughout built on racy lines. Best of heads, well set ears, excellent neck and shoulders, pleasing body shape. Level topline which he keeps on the move, good tailset and carridge. Moved well with good reach and drive.

GD (6)

1. McPherson’s Brumberhill Benchmarked. Another quality youngster from this kennel. Lovely make and shape, good size and very sound throughout. Best of heads, lovely eye and expression. Scores in neck and shoulders, straight front, firm topline, best of quarters, well let down hocks. Once he got into his stride very sound on the move. Definitely one for the future.

2. South’s Bordella Day Tripper JW. Well made throughout and presents a very typical outlook. Balanced head of correct proportions, keen eye and good strength of under jaw. Well angulated front assembly, pleasing hindquarters, best of coats and pelt, moved well.

3. Ramus’s Onthill Super Trooper.

PGD (6,1)

1. Anscombe’s Orangebox Firecracker. Lovely type and shape and so well balanced throughout. Very typical in head, good eye and expression. Best of fronts, good neck and shoulders, easily spannable, racy quarters. Sound posative mover.

2. Cobbledick’s Laurelton Moonlight Cowboy ShCM. Handy size of dog, pleasing head, strong muzzle, good reach of neck set in well placed shoulders. Powerfull muscular quarters which he uses to advantage on the move.

3. Moore’s Rhozzum Mercury at Bamblequest.

LD (6,2)

1. Gilpin’s Otterbobs Riggindale JW. Quality dog who has developed from the raw baby I judged nearly two years ago. Lovely “otter” head with correct eye shape and best of expressions. Good bone, excellent front, catlike feet, super layback of shoulder with good length of upper arm. Well muscled hindquarters, pleasing bend of stiffle, super harsh coat, moved soundly with excellent reach and drive, CC & BOB.

2. Hunt’s Ethlencoral Pip of Ottaswell JW. Good size and very well made throughout. Built on pleasing lines and presents a good outline both stood and on the move. Good head, dark eye, well set ears. Firm body of good shape, best of quarters, sound posative mover.

3. Dean’s Digmoor Captain Rock by Tyrian.

1. Wallace’s Hobholt Harrier JW. Lovely type of dog who I have done well in the past and still think highly of him. So well balanced and built on correct lines. Pleasing head and expression, good reach of neck set in well placed shoulders. Excellent legs and feet, straight front, level topline, good tailset. Put down in lovely coat and condition, very sound on the move with excellent reach and drive.

2. Lee’s Ch.Tythorp Tapas. Another favourite of mine who is of excellent make and shape throughout and presents a super outline. Best of heads with a lovely eye and expression. Very clean over the neck and shoulders, strong firm topline that he keeps on the move, correct tailset and carriage, racy quarters, soundest of movers. Put down to perfection. Very close decision between two cracking exhibits.

3. Regan’s Digmoor Ace’s High JW.

MPB (11,3)

1. Hamilton’s Gameway Take A Bow. Good size and nicely made throughout. Best of heads, pleasing eye and expression, neat well set ears. Scores in neck and shoulders, good front, well made quarters, pleasing bend of stifle, moved soundly.

2. Morgan’s Blewecourt Harlem. Built on pleasing lines and of good make and shape. Balanced head, good dark eye, best of fronts, racy quarters. Very good coat and pelt, moved well.

3. Milton’s An Cnoc of Baillieswells.

PB (15,4)

1. Reynold’s Enchanted Evening at Etterburn. Well developed youngster who took your eye as soon as she entered the ring. Balanced with good strength but has a very feminine outlook. Best of heads, correct eye shape and a keen alert expression. Excellent neck and shoulders, good legs and feet, firm topline, well rounded quarters that she uses to advantage on the move. Presented in superb order, good coat and pelt, soundest of movers, BP & ResCC.

2.Horner’s Stineval Santina. Another very promising youngster who was unlucky to meet the winner on such form on the day. Super type who appealed greatly, lovely head and eye, very clean over the neck and shoulders, straight front, excellent body shape, best of quarters, moved well.

3. Aldis’s Torryburn Tickled Pink.

JB (4,2)

1. Guvercin’s Achnagairn Code Name Glebeheath JW. Lovely youngster out of the top draw. Very typey and built on super clean lines. Good size and presents a very balanced outline. Excellent head and eye, best of fronts, super tight padded feet, good neck and shoulders. Thick pelt, pleasing topline and tailset, well muscled hindquarters, soundest of movers with excellent reach and drive. In excellent jacket and very well presented, CC.

2. Robert’s Smaleworths Maylady. Well made and of pleasing conformation. Very typical in head with a lovely eye and expression, best of fronts, pleasing reach of neck, good layback of shoulder. Racy quarters, well let down hocks, moved soundly.

NB (4)

1. Gameway Take A Bow.

2. McPherson’s Brumberhill Bonjour. Typical sort from this kennel. Good size, make and shape. Pleasing head and eye, scores in neck and shoulders, straight front, very good bodyshape, best of hindquarters. Very sound on the move on a free and easy stride. Just lacking face furnishings on the day.

3. Mooney’s Chesterton Honeymoon.

GB (1)

1. Roslin-William’s Mansergh Singsong. Very good bitch of pleasing size. Balanced head of good shape with a lovely eye and expression. Well made front assembly, standing on good legs and feet. Best of neck and shoulders as always from this kennel. Well developed body, good tailset, nicely rounded quarters. Moved soundly both fore and aft.

PGB (11,1) 1. Lee’s Bromscar Wasted Time by Tythorp. Well made bitch, good bone throughout and beautifully balanced. Appealed greatly and pushed hard for top honours. Very typical in head, lovely eye and alert expression. Scores in neck and shoulders, lovely body shape, good strength of loin, firm level topline that she keeps on the move, racy well muscled quarters. Sound positive mover.

2. Moore’s Bramblequest Brocade. Good size and shape. Pleasing head and eye with a typical expression. Strong muzzle and big teeth. Very good legs and feet, straight front, good length of rib, pleasing hindquarters, well let down hocks, soundest of movers.

3. Waller’s Worker’s Playtime.

LB (10,1)

1. Small’s Badgerbeck Tree Pipit at Tilmoray JW ShCM. Top class bitch of super type and excellent conformation throughout and another who was close up for top honours. Best of heads with that correct “otter” shape and outlook which was lacking in many. Lovely eye and expression, good reach of neck set in well placed shoulders, best of fronts, excellent pelt and coat and correct colour for a B/T. Well made quarters, sound on the move.

2. Dean’s Yeomeadow Heather for Tyrian. Typey bitch of pleasing make and shape throughout. Good size and has a very feminine outlook. Balanced head with a good dark eye and keen expression. Very clean over the neck and shoulders, best of legs and feet, good width of quarters, soundest of movers with good reach and drive.

3. Roslin-William’s Mansergh Speckles JW.

OB (6)

Difficult class to judge as headed by four good bitches all of differing types each of which had many positive attributes.

1. McPherson’s Brumberhill Bequest. Another well made bitch from this kennel. Good size and very typical in outlook and presents a very balanced outline. Pleasing head and expression, straight front, well padded feet, scores in neck and shoulders. Well muscled hindquarters with a good bend of stifle. Positive sound mover.

2. Roslin-William’s Mansergh The Canny Granny. Bitch of overall good make and shape and pleasing size. Balanced head with a good dark eye of correct shape. Best of fronts, good layback of shoulder, pleasing body shape, nicely rounded quarters, thick pelt, moved well.

3.Judge & Thompson’s Plushcourt The Bees Knees in Thoraldby.
