WELSH WELSH KENNEL CLUB 14 Judge: Mrs C J Dorking BEST OF BREED : 5304 SNOW Mr E H Cwmniaeth Fallen Angel WELSH JUDGE WELSH KENNEL CLUB 14 Welsh Terriers PD (2) 1 Witmond’s Boowire Ignite My Fire at Tiltser, better presented than 2, with nice head & expression. Moved reasonably well, but a wee bit close at the back. BP; 2 Jones’ Felstead Caio Dyma Fi at Cwnogion, lovely coat & colour. Well presented & behaved. Head & ears let him down. JD (3) 1 Shackell & Redman’s Romaunt Waking The Dead, keen expression, well laid back shoulder & presented nicely. Won mainly because of his good movement; 2 Ashton’s Red Kite at Kitesprite, excellent bite, true coat & colour, but a bit wide in the front & somewhat close at the back; 3 Crabtree’s Brocolitia Revenge LD (1) 1 Williams & Bradley’s Aman Man That Can’t Be Moved, well presented dog with good coat, colour & pigment. Keen expression & moved well front & back. OD (2) 1 Williams’ Taicligh Star Trooper, smashing expression from head with a small, dark eye & well placed ears. Correct bite. Well placed shoulders resulting in good reach of neck. Short back with tail on top. Strong ribs & correct angulation front & rear. CC; 2 Chong & Wong’s Multi Ch Aman Raider Of The Lost Ark, beautifully presented dog as always from this handler. Ran a very close second but preferred the head of 1. RCC. PB (1) 1 Williams’ Boowire Imperial Royale at Tillmont, good head & expression & presented well. Slightly upright in shoulder making her long in the back. JB (4) 1 Snow’s Cwmnlaeth Fallen Angel, excellent coat, colour & pigment. Lovely head, with correct bite. Small, dark eye & well placed ears making her look super-keen. Very well presented & moved soundly both ways. CC & BOB; 2 Averis & Scawthorn’s Saredon Delilah, delightful little bitch with, once again, a good head & keen eye. Felt she needed more hair removing from the outside of her front legs to show her outline & movement better; 3 Thomas’ Saredon Desert Bloom. PGB (1) 1 Varey’s Knowlelion Hocus Pocus, small bitch with nicely placed shoulders & short back. Would prefer a stronger head. Moved OK. LB (4,3a) 1 Spragg’s Westpenn Merry Go Round, coarse coat, but colour not too good – possibly because she was trimmed exceedingly close. Great head with alert expression. Moved a little close behind. OB (3) 1 Pott’s Kebulak Femme Fatale, well presented with good coat & colour. Smashing head with lovely ears & alert expression. Best tailset of the day & she moved fine. RCC; 2 Gatto-Ronchieri’s Solentine Say It Again, a very nice bitch with well placed shoulders & short back. Bite & pigment good. Moved OK both ways; 3 Poole’s Alokin Alive And Kicking.
