WELSH THREE COUNTIES 18 Judge: Mr Max S King BEST OF BREED : 1337 BRADLEY Mr W Aman The Prince Of Wales WELSH JUDGE THREE COUNTIES 18 PD (2) 1. Robertson’s Tiltser Thunder Bay at Renevis. Up to size but all masculine appearance, good head and ears, well ribbed body, in good firm coat, moved OK. 2. Jenner & Jenner’s Tilster Twin Peaks. A little too tall for me, expression spoiled by heavy ears, needs a little more ringcraft training PGD (2.2) Abs LD (3) 1. Bradley’s Aman The Prince of Wales. Correct size. Liked strength and balance of head, strong and powerful, well set ears, good expression, nice neck and shoulders, short level topline with well set tail, coat in good order, moved out well. Dog CC and BOB. 2. Roberts’ Brecknock Bleddyn. A little longer cast than 1 and not always presenting himself to advantage, expression improved when using ears correctly, solidly built throughout. 3. Pearce’s Demorner Nightmoon. OD (5) 1. Pearce’s Darwyn Knowlelion Special Brew. Correct size, strength without coarseness, typical Welsh head, good ears, well ribbed body with short loin, well muscled thighs, in good coat. Res Dog CC. 2. Avveduti & Sarycheva Cunnings Boris The Blade. Upstanding and workmanlike type, but appearance detracted as standing a little too wide in front, strongly made body, moved soundly but would like a bit more spark. 3. Young & Duval’s Monaline Lancelot. PB (2) 1. Witmond’s Tilster Liberty Lady. Eye catching young lady of nice size and proportions, nice length and width of head, well made body, coat coming on well, moved true. BP. 2. Davies’ Perrisblu Ana. Nice feminine type and developing nicely, would prefer more rear angulation as not as positive in rear movement as 1. JB (2) 1. Spraggs’ Westpenn Sugar Mana. Quality youngster with lots to admire, smart appearance, balanced and of correct size, good head and ears, very nice body, well muscled throughout, moved OK. Res Bitch CC. 2. Rileys’ Yonichi Splash of Ginge. Nice body shape, but expression marred by not using ears to advantage, a little straight in stifle, not settling to conditions on the move. PGB (3.1) 1. Robertosn’s Renevis Revival. Nice overall size and appearance, strong head but carrying ears a little high, straight front, level topline with well set tail, good coat and colour. 2. Watkin-Jones’ Little Blossom of the Sky. Too tall for me and rather long cast. LB (2) 1. Avveduti & Sarycheva’s Cunnings Eternal Ruler. Nice overall size and shape, good balance throughout, a little short of coat today but could not deny positive virtues. 2. Thomas’ Saredon Desert Bloom at Somerwel. Well presented but would prefer a more cleaner blending of leg furnishings which made front appear wide, well made body, good rear quarters. OB (4) 1. Graham’s Stanstead Shining Star. Star shone bright today as one that appealed to me, good head with well set ears, nicely made front, good depth of chest, well angulated and muscled rear which produced good driving movement, good coat and colour. Bitch CC. 2. Hughes & Pearce’s Knowlelion Morning Sky. Another of correct size and good proportions, nicely made body and good topline, moved OK. 3. Young & Potts’ Kebulak She Devil.
