WELSH LEEDS 15 Judge: Mrs A Maughan BEST OF BREED : 7890 BYRNE Ms J Eskwyre A Dash Of Class WELSH JUDGE LEEDS 15 Welsh Terriers Thank you to the Leeds committee for their hospitality. I found no bad mouths or small teeth. Movement needs to improve. PD (1) 1 Vicker’s Eskwyre Pistol Pete, alert expression, good outline with level topline, when settled moved well. Sure he will have a bright future. BP. JD A. PGD (1) 1 Humphries’ Serbonche Breuddwyd Man, would like smaller eye & cleaner skull. Presentation OK. LD (2) 1 Whitmond’s Boowire Ignite My Fire at Tiltser, not my type of welsh but an easy winner here. Alert expression, good reach of neck with well laid shoulders. Held his topline on the move & moved with drive. CC; 2 Ashton’s Red Kite to Kitesprite, heavier set dog, wide in front & not moving well behind. OD (1) 1 Potts’ Ch Kebulak Trigger Happy, not putting all in today. Good head but not using his ears, short back, with good set on & bend of stifle. Moved OK. RCC. VD (0). PB (1) 1 Robertson’s Renevis Rhapsody, nice outline, good coat & colour, her ears need to settle. Moved OK. JB (3,2a) 1 Heath’s Cannyatton Flora Lilli, would like finer head. Movement not good front or back. PGB (3) 1 Graham’s Stanstead Miss Whiplash, won this class on movement. Neat ears, nice head, level topline , tail on top; 2 Nicholson’s Rickarton Fancy That, good coat, colour & outline. Would prefer smaller ears. Standing she looked the part but movement let her down; 3 Humphries’ Serbonche Cynhaeaf Aur. LB (1) 1 Byrne’s A Dash Of Class, loved this girl as soon as I saw her, certainly is a dash of class. Real show girl. Lovely head with small dark eye, well laid shoulders into short back, tail on top, moved with purpose. CC & BOB. & a big congrats on G1. OB (1) 1 Snow’s Felstead Miss Prim, lovely outline, would prefer smaller ear. Good coat & colour. Moved sound when she settled. RCC. VB (0). A MAUGHAN |
