My thanks to Val & John Finney for excellent stewarding as always, but on this which must be the hottest day of the year for keeping me supplied with cold drinks. I felt for the dogs as with their dark jackets they absorbed the heat & I was conscious not to move them more than necessary.

1 Crabtree's Brocolitia Revenge, nice head, neat ears, good eyes full of expression, good neck & shoulders, well bodied, moved well.

1 Connell's Ch Sonorra Danny Dazler, a very worthy ch, really good head & expression, good rib with firm loin, well muscled hindquarters, good tailset. He really strides around the ring very well presented. I was very pleased to award him the CC & BOB;

2 Potts' Ch Kebulak Trigger Happy, well known dog who is a true Welsh, good colour, put down to the minute, moves well. RCC.

1 Averis & Scawthorn's Saredon Delilah, 8 months bitch with good breed type, lovely colour, good head, neck & shoulders, firm topline, moved well. BP;

2 Williams' Boowire Imperial Royal at Tillmont, another pretty young bitch who was very well presented, just preferred over all balance of winner.

1 Hughes & Pearce's Knowlelion Keep It Secret, good looking bitch shown in fabulous coat & condition, good head, neck & shoulders, enough dog behind the tail, she moves really well. RCC;

2 Graham's Stanstead Miss Whip Lash, another nice bitch, shown in good coat & condition, good front, firm topline, moved well.

1 Hughes & Pearce's Knowlelion Calamity Jane, a really stunning bitch I was amazed to find that had not gained her title until today! She has a lovely clean head with good ears & expressive eyes, well laid back shoulders, good topline, well muscled hindquarters, moved really well. CC;

2 Hughes & Pearce's Knowlelion Bertha Brainbox, this kennel certainly knows how to produce good Welsh! Lovely coat & condition. Should trouble the best.
