WELSH DARLINGTON 21 Judge: Miss A Bradley JD (2) 1 Robertson’s Renevis Rollercoaster. Smart quality dog in great coat, rich tan and with a masculine head of good proportions. Would prefer a slightly smaller ear, has a keen dark eye, good bite, powerful jaws, neck of moderate length to well placed shoulders, straight front, has ample bone, stands well up on round well padded feet, back short with good depth of chest, strong quarters, hocks well let down, moved with drive. RCC. 2 Plumbly’s Bolhaus Sedbergh Scholar. This young dog needs time to develop in body and substance, has a good length of head with dark well placed eye, neat ears, moderate length of neck, could be shorter coupled, moved ok. 1 O’Connell’s Darwyn The Best Is Yet Come. A compact short coupled exhibit, balanced head, moderate width between ears which were well placed, flat skull but rather strong in cheek, has a punishing jaw, fair length of neck to strong body with ample depth, has good bone and feet, good on the move. 2 Ashton’s Kitesprite Myrlyns Magic. Another well balanced exhibit with short back, head of good proportions, dark eyes, in good coat, moved ok. 1 Davies’ Perrisblu The Equalizer. Presented a smart workmanlike appearance and is ideal for size. Typical head, has excellent front, his correct length of neck is slightly arched, sloping to well laid shoulders, his short coupled body is well ribbed up with ample depth, quarters strong and muscular allowing for drive in movement, held a good topline on the go round. Presented in great coat and condition. CC and BOB. Delighted to see went on to BIS. Congratulations. 2 Davani & Potts’ Kebulak Shot In The Dark. Another of nice size, has a balanced head, flat skull, eyes well placed and dark, ears a little high which detracted from expression, has a pleasing front, short back, good set on, quarters well angulated, covered the ground well on the move when settled. 1 Averis & Barker’s Saredon Amazonian Princess. Lovely size feminine girl, nicely proportioned head, well placed, and used ears, pleasing small dark eye, moderate length of neck, straight front, compact body, chest developing, firm back, good quarters, hocks well let down, showed and moved well. BP. 2 Robertson’s Boowire Reach For The Skye At Renevis. Attractive mature pup, big enough for age. Has good length of head with powerful jaw, dark well placed eye, just a little heavy in ear, has moderate length of neck to strong body, firm back, good set on, has ample bone, moved well when settled. In great coat and condition. 1 O’Connell’s Knowlelion Skys The Limit. Nicely proportioned head but not using ears to advantage which spoilt expression, has fair length of neck, straight front, short coupled body with good set on, sound on the move. 1 Spragg’s Westpenn Black Magic Woman. Has a well proportioned head, flat skull, neck of moderate length, short coupled body, good depth, has well set tail, carried a little too gaily at times, has hard coat and is sound in movement. 2 Clarke & Jones’ Westpenn My Baby’s Sweet. A nicely balanced short coupled exhibit, head of good proportions but would prefer a better ear, has enough neck, strong body, well ribbed up, in hard coat. 1 Vickers & Dams’ Jodean Sunflower. Possesses a most typical Welsh head, skull flat, perfectly set ears used to advantage, well placed dark small eye, correct stop, just visible, good strength to foreface, neck of moderate length to well laid shoulders, straight front, strong well made body, well ribbed up, powerful quarters giving drive in movement, in excellent coat, well presented as always from this kennel. CC. 1 Davies’ Perrisblu Infinity. Half sister to the DCC. Presents the same workmanlike appearance. Pleasing head, flat skull, excellent ears, dark well placed eyes, powerful jaws, has moderate length of neck flowing well into shoulders, straight front, has a short back, deep chest, well ribbed up, strong loin, sound and positive on the move but lost concentration in the challenge. RCC. 2 Vickers & Dams’ Jodean A Dash Of Poison. Another very typy exhibit from this kennel. Has a good head with dark small eye, has fair length of neck, straight front, well made body with ample depth, sound on the move. 3 Barker & Hayakawa’s Stanstead I Want It All.
