SOFT COATED WHEATEN THREE COUNTIES 10 Judge/s:Mrs S Munn
Soft-coated Wheaten Terriers A quality entry for a midweek show with no absentees. Overall some need to have more muscletone & some moved close behind. My BOB went well in the group. PD (0). JD (1) 1 Taylor’s Pippajam Break On Through, good bite, nice neck, shoulders & topline, tailset OK, well angulated, nice coat. Colour coming needs more wave, which will come with time. Moved well. PGD (1) 1 Cooper’s Merriwell Midnite Magic, nice head & neck, deep chest, coat OK. Moves close behind. LD (8) 1 House & Lampkin’s Glendowan Going For Gold, lovely masculine head, good stop, bite & pigmentation, black lips, big black nose, good neck & shoulders, good coat with waves & curl, good topline, tailset, & set on, a strong dog who moved well. CC; 2 Cross’ Starcadia Willow Pickwick, smaller dog who could be more masculine. Nice coat, good neck & shoulders, good topline, tailset OK, moved well; 3 Coulbert’s Janeyjimjams Jazzbo. OD (3) 1 Roger’s Ch Kizzahla Pompey Royale, very masculine dog, nice head, good bite & pigmentation, good neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, nice coat, colour & wave. Moved well, but a bit sluggish in the challenge. RCC; 2 Mackenzie’s Linatina Truly Ruly, smaller dog, lovely head & expression, good bite & stop, good neck & shoulders, beautiful coat, silky waves & colour, moved steadily & well; 3 Tilley’s Emalot Golden Delicious. PB (2) 1 Ford & McMurray’s Kanjuley Scarlet And Gold, 8 months puppy, very feminine, lovely head & expression, good bite, black lips, good neck & shoulders, level topline, good tailset, moved well. Would prefer less trimming. BP; 2 Brown’s Loofahsa Honeybee at Carkbark, 9 months, a little bigger than 1. Nice head, neck & shoulders, good topline, tailset OK. Coat needs to clear. Moved well, but not as settled as 1. JB (1) 1 Griffith’s Manawyddan Brigid, very feminine youngster, lovely head, good neck & shoulders, lovely topline & tailset OK, lovely coat with waves & colour, moved well. PGB (6) 1 Taylor’s Amberstar Eight Days A Week, very feminine, good bite, head & expression, good neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, nice coat & colour. Needs more wave. Moved well; 2 Davies’ Brynhir Jumaana Gold Pearl, nice head & expression, good neck, shoulders & topline, tailset OK, lovely coat, good colour & wave, moved well; 3 Mackenzie’s Linatina Fair Verona. LB (3) 1 House’s Glendowan Muffin McLay, nice size, lovely head & expression, good pigmentation, good bite, black lips, nice neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, lovely Irish coat, with loose waves, moved steadily & well. RCC; 2 Tilley’s Starzak Solid Gold Ez Action, good bite & pigmentation, lovely head & expression, good neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, nice coat, colour & waves coming, nice size, moved well; 3 Brown’s Chymidas Linel Stardancer at Carkbark. OB (5) 1 Roger’s Ch Kizzahla Katinka, nice size, lovely head & expression, good bite, neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, good set on, well muscled, hocks well let down, beautiful coat with colour & waves. CC & BOB; 2 Hanney’s Lilwaukee Veni Vidi Vici, feminine, lovely head & expression, good earset, good neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, lovely size, moved well, well muscled; 3 Hanna’s Ch Kinaelan Quietly Confident.
