Soft-coated Wheaten Terriers

1 Hobson’s Abiqua Wild Knight Romance, 6 months, good scissor bite, soft coat of good colour, nicely balanced, moved steady around the ring keeping his topline level;

2 Whitehead’s Shanghai Shoggoth, 8 months, up for size, lovely soft coat of good colour, good bite, nice shoulders & depth of chest, moved well;

3 Clarke’s Loofahsa Scaramouche.

JD (1)

1 Bott’s Whitevale Prince Of Thieves, good sized dog, lovely head, excellent bite, dark pigmentation, nice reach of neck into shoulders, good front, well muscled rear, moved soundly & well around the ring.

PGD (2,1a)

1 Webster’s Kazeen Too Bright To Bovver, nice size, good front, nice dark eye & scissor bite, nicely boned, coat of good colour & texture, moved steady around the ring.

1 Dunhill’s Fantasa Blonde Kaos, have liked this dog from a puppy & he didn’t disappoint, nice size with square outline, lovely male head, big teeth & scissor bite, dark eye & pigment, nice neck, good shoulders, level topline, tailset good, nice depth of chest, nicely angulated, moved well with drive. RBD;

2 Axon’s Tinjoby Running Bear, another good sized, masculine, square dog, excellent dark eye & pigment, level topline, good tailset, well muscled, moved with drive around the ring.

OD (2,1)

1 Johnson’s Ch Fantasa Blonde Fagin, love this dog & he improves with age, still in excellent condition, masculine head, good bite, strong neck into good shoulders, deep chest, level topline held well on the move, very sound dog. BOB.

PB (4,1)

A lot to like, both show promise.

1 Hammond & Evans’ Calvenace Toppa Totty, 10 months, stood nice & square, lovely feminine head, scissor bite, good eye & pigment, nice reach of neck into shoulders, level topline, moved OK, lovely soft coat of good colour. BP;

2 Moran’s Abiqua Wild in Satin Sash, another nice puppy 6 months, nice head, good bite, nicely developed for a youngster, coat of good colour & texture, moved nicely around the ring. Just preferred the size & shape of 1 but still full of promise;

3 Williams’ Brynhir Rochelle Lil Rock.

1 Howes’ Daisymaes Arrabella, nice feminine girl, plenty to like about her, stood foursquare, correct mouth, dark eye & pigmentation, lovely neck into shoulders, good depth of chest, kept topline on the move, correct tailset, lovely rear angulation, moved with drive, will watch with interest;

2 Bott’s Whitevale Sunshine Straw, good head with dark eyes & pigment, nice neck into shoulders, level topline, good tailset. Just thought 1 moved with more drive;

3 Tilley’s Starzak Solid Gold Ez Action.

1 Hammond & Evans’ Calvenace Boodles, lovely feminine girl, nice & square, right size, correct mouth, eye & pigment, nice neck into well laid back shoulders, level topline held well on the move, good tailset, well muscled rear so drove around the ring, coat clear & soft. RBB;

2 Pascoe’s Middlebury Silver Lady, nice feminine head, eyes & pigment good, held her topline on the move, good tailset & depth of chest, moved well around the ring;

3 Webster’s Kazeen Too Bright To Boogie.

1 Axon’s Keridown Breakthrough for Noxa, lovely & square, nice for size, correct bite, dark eye & pigment, good shoulders, level topline, good tailset, depth of chest, nicely angulated, moved around the ring with drive. BB;

2 Pilkington’s Stevelyn Rock ‘N’ North at Treilyn, have judged this young lady before, lovely soft coat, feminine head, good bite, keeps topline level, correct tailset, nicely balanced;

3 Bott’s Whitevale Golden Honey.

OB (3,1)

1 Howes’ Ch Emalot English Rose, feminine girl, stands foursquare, correct bite, good neck into shoulders, kept topline level on the move, correct tailset, nicely angulated at rear & drove around the ring, nice soft coat;

2 Tilley’s Ch Snowmeadow Hetti Hopscotch at Starzak, paler in colour but coat texture soft, mouth OK, good neck, level topline, correct tailset, moved around ring with ease.
