Soft-coated Wheaten Terriers

PD (4)

A good class to start the day. Three lovely pups.

1 Dunhill’s Fantasa Blonde Nevill, smart pup with good head & eye giving a good expression, well placed shoulders, level topline, correct outline, well set tail carrying enough body for age, in lovely coat & condition, must be a good prospect. BP;

2 Howes’ Daisymaes Desmond Decker, slightly bigger pup, unlucky to meet the more mature winner but should have a good future. Lovely to go over but not quite as settled on the move, short deep body, lovely colour;

3 Twiselton’s Daisymaes Double Diamond.

JD (7)

1 Ross’ Seamrog Best Of Me for Keridown, big bodied dog of good type, good shape & of good size, liked his balanced head, good eye, neat ear, correct mouth, well placed shoulders, straight front, level topline, carries his tail well, arrogant look about him, lovely colour, moves true but would like to see him go on a loose lead. RCC;

2 Maleary’s Saffini Teenage Sensation, honest dog of good type, head is balanced with good expression, true front, well sprung rib, good hind angulation, correct coat texture;

3 Fallon’s Janeyjimjams Jenson.

PGD (1)

1 Pascoe’s Middlebury Shooting Star, well grown dog, attractive head & eye, well placed ears, slightly straight in shoulder which affects his front movement but has nice rib & coupling, strong quarters.

LD (3)

1 Satherley’s Elkis Aquila of Silkcroft, bigger dog, balanced head but I would prefer better head planes. Dark eye, correct mouth, well placed shoulders, level topline, well set tail, in good coat & colour, true mover;

2 Shrive’s The Groover, smaller neater dog, dark eye, balanced head, decent shoulder, level topline, good quarters;

3 Johnson’s Garsayno Gold Freeman.

OD (12)

1 Dunhill’s Ch Fantasa Blonde Kaos, lovely dog, so well balanced & looked the part, good head & eye, lovely shoulder & topline, good depth of rib, well set tail, coat in lovely condition & had enough length to hang in waves, his movement was precise & true. CC & BOB;

2 Bott’s Whitevale Prince Of Thieves, another I have admired before, great type, really good head, correct mouth, well set ear, good topline, lovely angulation, moves true;

3 Carter’s Chloeanco Hunni Dream.

PB (3)

1 Clarke’s Calvenace Fat Bottomed Girl for Flaxela, such a pretty pup, so well constructed, lovely head, good outline, free mover. Gave her handler a hard time but is a natural showgirl;

2 Connor’s Fantasa Blonde Nell, another playful pup, of lovely type, pleasing head & eye, well placed ear, correct mouth. Not as fluid on the move as 1 but she has time on her side & will undoubtedly improve with more experience;

3 Williams & Moles’ Kinaelan Cachique.

JB (6)

1 Wardle’s Saffini Yours Truly, lovely youngster of very good colour, gave her handler a hard time & almost threw away her chances. On the move her good construction is evident & her movement is true;

2 Escott’s Silkcroft Light Fantastic, paler bitch who appeared a touch longer than 1 but has very good neck & shoulder, nice head, good expression, level topline;

3 Smith’s Amaricy Don’t Rock My Boat.

PGB (10)

1 Tanner’s Kariskiye Born To Bewitch, lovely sized bitch of good type, quite good in head, lovely eye & expression, true front, level topline, well handled to get the best from her;

2 Rogers’ Kizzahla Dreamsicle, so similar to 1 & has a lot to like, good head & eye, true front, shows well but not quite the steadiness in front as 1 but has drive behind;

3 Satherley’s Silkcroft Colour Of Magic.

LB (9) 1 Williams’ Brynhir Rochelle Lil Rock, thought she was lovely, very good head, dark eye giving a good expression, well placed shoulders, correct mouth, well set tail, lovely outline, good quarters, very sound & holds herself together, coat falls into loose waves. CC;

2 Withington’s Fantasa Blonde Lilley, great outline, touch shorter than 1. Lovely head & eye, true front, good clear colour & texture, moved really well but looked less mature than 1 but still a very good bitch. RCC;

3 Tilley’s Starzak Solid Gold Ez Action.

OB (11)

1 Dowdy’s Starcadia Luna Sea, nice size & shape, good head, well placed shoulders, good topline. Lovely colour but not the finish of coat as the winners. True mover;

2 Bradford’s Ch Abiqua Wild Lace Effect, paler very well balanced bitch, good head & eye, good shoulders with attractive outline;

3 Satherley’s Tobamorrey Sitting Pretty at Silkcroft.
