SOFT COATED WHEATEN JUDGE BORDER UNION 12

Soft-coated Wheaten Terriers

PD (1)

1 Patterson’s Standoric Herakles Con Gavleash, balanced head with good skull & muzzle, good eye & ears, good strong teeth, good upstanding youngster with good coat texture, good body & good tailset, good bone & feet, promising youngster who moved well. BP.

JD (1)

1 Dunhill-Hall’s Fantasa Blonde Neville, moderate length of head with good muzzle, good eye & earset, very good neck & good bone, good body shape & well muscled, stands foursquare on very good feet, covered ground with purpose & holding good outline, just a little more finish & will trouble the best.

LD (3)

1 Pascoe’s Middlebury Shooting Star, balanced masculine head with good muzzle & strong teeth, good bone & width, good depth & well ribbed, good coat texture & holds good outline when covering the ground;

2 Fletcher’s Keridown Shaken Not Stirred, another good dog, slightly smaller cast but balanced & shows a quality picture, good ear placement & size, good type & body condition, firm topline, prefer the rear drive of 1;

3 Wright’s Kariskiye Horrid Henry for Abbeymead.

OD (4)

1 Lawrence’s Snowmeadow Numinous Niilo, masculine balanced head with good skull & head of good length, good eye & ears, good stop & very good reach of neck, good bone & stands foursquare, very good coat & condition, good wheaten colour & stands on good feet, covered the ground showing presence, holding firm balanced outline & with drive. CC;

2 Bott’s Whitevale Prince Of Thieves, another masculine balanced square exhibit who projects quality & also presented in very good condition, good bone, feet & tailset, balanced head with good expression, very close decision but unfortunately 1 was on best form when covering the ground. RCC;

3 Johnson’s Se Uch Seamrog Cactus Lime at Garsayno.

PB (3)

1 McIntyre’s Calvenace Cooley Thistle, a real baby but still full of breed type, good head & dark eye, good ears & expression, good body shape, still a long way to go to complete the picture, needs to be more together on the move, but has many breed virtues to appreciate.

JB (2)

1 Fletcher’s Elijoamber Dancing Queen, has lots of breed type & presented good coat colour but not in as much coat as I would prefer, square & had good reach of neck, good depth to body but I would have preferred a little more bone. Active on the move.

PGB (3)

1 Taylor’s Keridown Strathisla, balanced feminine head of good length with dark eye & good ears, good neck, good bone & body shape, good depth, good coat & presented in good condition, active on the move with good front reach;

2 McIntyre’s Keridown Thistle Be Good, also with good head & expression, good ears, good bone & depth, good topline & in good body condition, prefer slightly better feet & more drive from the rear, coat slightly open in texture.

LB (4)

1 Tanner’s Kariskiye Born To Bewitch, feminine head of good length, good skull & muzzle, strong teeth, good eye & ears, good neck, square & good depth, good rear & firm topline, good feet & good coat texture & colour, active & covered ground with purpose. RCC;

2 Lawrence’s Emalot Little Miss Star, another with good head proportion & good expression, good depth, good shape & breed type, also active on the move & stands on good feet, good coat texture, prefer rear drive of 1 & also felt 1 had a little more finish;

3 Ewing’s Loofahsa Amareuse.

OB (6)

1 Withington’s Ch Fantasa Blonde Lilley, feminine balanced head with dark eye & good ears, good neck & stands foursquare, good bone & feet, good depth of body & rib, no exaggeration, compact & well muscled, covered the ground with drive holding firm outline, good tail carriage & presented in good coat of good texture & colour. CC & BOB;

2 Satherley’s Tobamorrey Sitting Pretty at Silkcroft, another quality head with good ears & expression, good neck & body shape, good bone & feet, good depth & also in good coat & condition, also close to 1 but not covering the ground with the drive of 1;

3 Macgregor’s Kirktonhill No Matter What.
