BEDLINGTON JUDGE NATIONAL TERRIER 16

Bedlington Terriers

Delighted to find a good number down to Standard height but disappointed to find so many with weak second thighs causing stilted hind action & a lack of drive/propulsion. Too many had smaller teeth than I would expect to see in this breed. Several needed their teeth cleaning & perhaps a change of diet, as some were too young to have such a problem in my view.

PD (4)

1 Davies’ Honeymist Blue Bols, compact type, perfect size for age, good length of head, moved soundly;

2 McNally’s Coneksheved Ironstone Boy, A taller, rangier type than 1, mature for age, good head & length of body;

3 Button’s Jetsway Sole Star, good jacket, good length of neck & reach of neck.

JD (1)

1 Lawson’s Maevani One And Only, correct topline, elegant blue, good head, nice big teeth, moved soundly enough but would prefer more drive behind.

PGD (1)

1 Offer’s Woolytop Theodore, tall blue with plenty of substance, correct topline, powerful head & good reach of neck.

LD (6)
