BEDLINGTON LEEDS 15 Judge: Mr David Shields BEST OF BREED : 7133 WALSHAW Mr & Mrs M & J Janmark Jkay JW Sh.CM BEDLINGTON JUDGE LEEDS 15 Bedlington Terriers PD (3) 1 Walters & Mitchell’s Tunman Ta Dah, promising puppy of good size. Pleasing head shape, small eye of good shape with an alert expression, good reach of neck, well developed body for his age with good depth of chest. Strong quarters, well let down hocks, moved out well once he settled to the task; 2 Mayer’s Tcheria Causing Tchaos, very well balanced throughout & with that graceful appearance the standard asks for. Good head, eye & expression. Very clean over the neck & shoulders, pleasing topline & tailset, nicely rounded hindquarters. Sound both fore & aft; 3 Lawson’s Maevani One And Only. JD (1) 1 Offer’s Woolytop Theodore, pleasing sort with a very typical appearance & looked as if he could do the job he was bred for. Good strength of jaw, long neck set in well placed shoulders, flat ribbed, pleasing bend of stifle, well let down hocks, positive on the move. Coat not as his best on the day. PGD (2) 1 Baldwin’s Woolytop The One And Only, very impressive youngster just out of puppy who ticked all the boxes for me today. Well proportioned with that correct ‘rectangular’ appearance & the strength throughout, but shows no sign of coarseness. Best of heads with a lovely dark eye & well set ears. Correct front assembly, well developed body for his age, pleasing arch over the loin with correct tailset & carriage. Best of movers holding his shape at all time. Presented on the day in excellent coat. CC; 2 Robinson & Allan’s Rivendown Tibbi Too Shoo, smaller framed dog but still has the required strength throughout. Good head shape, pleasing front with good depth of chest & plenty of heartroom. Correct ribs, muscular quarters, very typical on the move but not as positive as the winner on the day. LD (4) 1 W The One And Only; 2 Scorah & Wiles’ Isotops Bumblebee from Riverdown, good size & shape with a very balanced outlook. Very typical in head, good eye & expression, well set ears. Pleasing length of neck, strong muscular body, well made hindquarters with strong hocks, moved at a good pace but not the front action of the first; 3 Murby & Heraty’s Tasseltabs Timber. OD (5) 1 Cumming’s Ch Rocabec Definitely Maybe, very well made throughout & typifies the Standard with that graceful, lithe & muscular appearance. Best of heads with a pleasing eye, very clean over the neck & shoulders & correct front. Good body shape, correct tailset, pleasing bend of stifle. Best of movers with a very sound & typical action. In good coat & put down in first class order. RCC; 2 Kiernan’s Ch High I’m Viktor at Kierlander, one of the few I have judged before giving him a BP. Has definitely fulfilled his early promise & is now the finished article. Very typical appearance, good size with excellent strength throughout but shows no sign of coarseness. Good head & eye, long muscular neck set in well placed shoulders, firm body, moved well; 3 Jones’ Ch Pengerrig Unique. PB (3) 1 Bannister’s Miteymidgets All My Love, very well made young lady who shows much promise & is well proportioned giving a clean & balanced outlook. Lovely head, eye & expression, good legs & feet, well developed body for her age. Pleasing topline & hindquarters with that moderate bend of stifle asked for in the standard. Very sound on the move. BP; 2 Bannister’s Miteymidgets Love In Bloom, litter sister to the winner & has many of her siblings attributes. Feminine throughout but shows no sign of weakness. Good head shape, very clean over the neck & shoulders, good depth of chest for her age, moved well. Not as forward as the winner but another very promising puppy; 3 Mayer’s Tcheria She’s Tcheeky. JB (6) 1 Ames’ Sharnor Instnt Infatuation, lovely bitch who impressed both on the stack & on the move. Built on clean lines with the required strength but shows no sign of coarseness. Best of heads with a clean appearance & good strength of jaw. Well made front assembly, good length of neck set in well placed shoulders, pleasing body shape, well bent stifles, in good coat. Moved soundly with a positive action. RCC; 2 Bannister’s Miteymidgets Going Global, another good one from this kennel. Good size & very well proportioned. Pleasing head with a good eye & alert expression, well set ears, good legs & feet, firm body with good depth of chest. Well developed hindquarters, very well presented, sound both fore & aft; 3 Breeze’s Sharrpau Purple Blaze. PGB (4) 1 Baldwin’s Honeymist Take The Lead at Woolytop, very good type of bitch, graceful & muscular & of overall excellent make & shape. Very typical in head with a pleasing eye of good shape. Excellent reach of neck set in well placed shoulders, correct topline & tailset, best of quarters, well let down hocks. Best of movers with a good front action; 2 Davies’ Honeymist Posh Sugar, another very well made bitch who presents a very clean & balanced outlook. Good head, eye & expression, best of fronts standing on good legs & feet. Excellent depth of chest with plenty of heartroom, well muscled body, strong hindquarters, good coat, sound on the move; 3 Jones’ Tcheria Tydfil of Pengerrig. LB (7) 1 Cummings’ Honeymist Hot Spice at Rocabec, quality bitch who pushed hard for top honours on the day. Excellent make & shape, beautifully balanced & very well proportioned with that correct rectangular appearance. Lovely head with the best of expressions, very clean over the neck & shoulders, firm body, good tailset & carriage, well made quarters, put down in the best of coats, moved well; 2 Morris’ Bluemazzu Ballerina, very pleasing sort who is so well made throughout. Another of correct proportions & is built on flowing lines. Good size with excellent strength but shows no sign of coarseness. Pleasing head with a good eye shape & bright expression. Well made front, good depth of chest, pleasing bend of stifle, sound on the move; 3 Baldwin’s Honeymist Golden Daze at Woolytop. OB (7,1a) Quality class with strength in depth. 1 Walshaw’s Janmark Jkay, nothing exaggerated here, lovely bitch of quality & has a very typical appearance throughout. Fits the Standard well, graceful & lithe, but again has the strength to do the job she was intended for. Excellent head shape, dark eye with that almost triangular appearance, strong jaw, well set ears. Pleasing front assembly, firm well muscled body, correct arch over the loin, best of hindquarters. Moved soundly at a good pace holding her shape at all times. CC, BOB; 2 Bannister’s Ch Miteymidgets Look Of Love, another top class bitch who is so well made throughout. Excellent make & shape & another of correct proportions. Good head & expression, well made front, best of legs & feet, firm body, strong well muscled quarters that she uses to advantage on the move, in lovely coat & condition; 3 Ames’ Sharnor High Hopes.
