BEDLINGTON JUDGE BLACKPOOL 10

Bedlington Terriers

My first appointment in Bedlingtons. I was very pleased with the overall quality of the dogs & the overall presentation.

PD (3)

1 Cummings’ Rocabec Definitley Maybe, 7 months, very nice head & eye, very good front & shoulders, well balanced, strong quarters, well tucked up, in nice form, moved well when settled. BP;

2 Jones’ Pengerrig Unique, similar type & shape to 1, liked his head & eye, good bone, well muscled, moved well. Just preferred the overall shape of 1.

PG (1)

1 Owens’ Bisbee Beachcomber, liked his outline & size, correct head & eye, neat feet, well tucked up. Would like less skull. Very good neck & brisket, very sound back & forth.

LD (3)

1 Davies’ Honeymist Buglecall Rag, liked this dog for his balance & size, correct length of jaw & tapering, well filled up beneath the eye, good size nose, with that small deep set small eye, nicely tucked up, neck & shoulders good, very good going back & forth;

2 Baldwin’s Woolytop Another Star, male, good quality dog, good outline & shape, nicely presented, good length of neck, nice flat shoulders with correct slope, well tucked up, really moved well;

3 Walshaw’s Janmark Alannora.

OD (5)

1 Kieran & Liu’s Bisbee Boy Wonder, male, soon as he came in the ring took my eye for his overall shape, balance & presentation, didn’t disappoint me when I had my hands on him on the table, correct narrow skull, with good depth, long jaw with good tapering, good beneath the eyes with good tight lips, deep set eye & good colour, good length of neck with good shoulder placements, correct arch over loin, with good tuck up, well muscled quarters, which he used on the floor, with good gait, very good coat, & presented in tip-top form. CC;

2 Walshaw’s Janmark Blue Encounter, top quality male, lots to like about him, certainly doesn’t disappoint when hands on, attributes of becoming a ch. Felt that he wasn’t putting the effort into his movement as 1 but could swap places on another day. Same applies, presentation & handling at its best. RCC.

PB (7)

Lovely class of puppies, liked my first three who could swap places on another day.

1 Davies’ Honeymist Midnight Star, 7½ months, very well balanced & lovely outline, pleasing head & eye, nice neck & shoulders, well tucked up, moved well;

2 Ames’ Sharnor Emerald Electra, 6½ months raw puppy, with lots of quality, lovely head & eye, overall shape good. Just needs to settle in front, in lovely condition, handler got the most out of her;

3 Walshaw’s Janmark Misty Horizons.

JB (2)

1 Owens’ Bisbee Belle Inni, lovely quality bitch, has all the right essentials, liked her overall head & shape, pleasing body, with correct quarters, & went well. RCC;

2 Parley’s Eglingham Belle, nice size of bitch, liked her front, well bodied for age, strong movement for age, in good order.

PGB (5,2)

1 Ames’ Sharnor Crystal Clear, bitch which I liked for her overall balance, very nice expression & eye, good jaw, neat eyes, liked her shoulders & neck, well bodied, went well;

2 Hardy’s Miteymidgets Carleon Cove, quality bitch, pleasing head & eye, nice head & shoulders, nice bone for size. Not moving at the best behind, which lost her the class;

3 King’s Linbarick Queen Chiela at Frindleslane.

LB (1)

1 Banister’s Miteymidgets Matilda, balanced shape & size, good outline on the move, very well on side gait, with correct spring.

OB (4,1)

1 Yearley’s Ch Gnejnabay Geneg Enie Gal at Lowbrook, top drawer material, overall balance & shape takes your eye, very pleasing head with nice eye, correct neck & deep brisket, good shape body, with very good quarters, immaculately presented & put down, handled to perfection, really moves free, holding her own in top company in the group. CC & BOB;

2 Davies’ Honeymist Crazy Rhythm, nice quality bitch, overall shape good, with lots of style, moves out really well, just preferred the eye of 1 & a bit more positive in movement, handled & presented as always. Breeder Bannister’s Bedlingtons, good honest team of Bedlingtons, all of the correct size & shape, moved out well, all well put down.
