Thank you to the Officers and the Committee for inviting me back in 2018 to judge at their Championship Show. Due to Covid and illness it has been a long time coming. Thank you to my efficient stewards. A very special thank you to all the exhibitors who entered their dogs under me. It was lovely to catch up with everyone. Due to illness, there were some absentees. I hope you are all recovering well. Lack of deep chests, and flying tails were an issue for me on the day.

1st MITCHELL’S PACEYPAWS PHILIPPA. 7 ½ month old bitch. Very pretty. Good expression. Dark eyes. Correct bite. Good length of neck. Good topline. Moved well once settled.

1st GRAHAM’s JANMARK JE NE REGRETTE RIEN AVEC RUFFSFURZE. 10 months old. Right up to size. Excellent, strong head with no coarseness. Strong jaw with excellent dentition. Good length of neck on good shoulders. Good pigment with soft puppy coat. Topline flattened on the move. Needs time to settle.

1st GODDEN’s OZBREEZE SURPRISE OF THE DAY AT VAKURBLUE. 2 ½ years old. A lot to like about this young man while standing in profile. Lovely head. Correct dentition. Good length of neck. Deep chest. Very good angulation both front and rear. Good topline. Coat a bit light but excellent pigmentation. Very good tail set and carriage. Presented well. Wide in front on the move.
2nd KINNS’ KINNUVA SUMMER PEARL. 4 ½ years old. Smaller dog than 1st. Well presented. Good expression. Would prefer a stronger foreface. Good dentition. Short in back. Excellent depth of chest. Good angulation. Excellent tail set and carriage.

1st SCOTT’s L’END SHOW MELODY MAKER (IMP RUS) 2 Years old. Lovely expression. Very strong foreface with excellent square jaw and dentition. Dark eyes. Large well defined nostrils. Neck, shoulders, upper arm all excellent. Lovely deep chest. Well placed arch over the loin. Excellent angulation both front and rear. Well let down hocks. Super thick furnishings. Moved extremely well. DCC.
2nd KINNS’ KINNUVA DARK SLEEKSTER. 6 Years old. Very different type to 1st. Very strong dark liver coat. Correct head proportions with soft silky topknot. Shorter neck but with good angulation. Deep chest . Short body. Good angulation. Carried his tail well. Moved well.

1st ALDERS’ CATCHFRAZE FREE N EEZZI. 15 Years old!!! This old man is absolutely wonderful for his age. Good head. Strong jaw and still has all his teeth. Long neck. Excellent length of body. Deep chest. BV
2nd BUTTON’s JETSWAY SOLE STAR 7 ½ Years old. Nice head. Good dark eye. Correct terrier bite. Low ear set but lovely thin ears. Good front angulation. Chest not as deep as 1st. Coat colour and texture very good. Walked well.

1st MIDDLEBROOK’s CH TCHERIA TCHARLESTON. 5 years old. A blue dog with a lot going for him. Lovely head with strong foreface. Super expression. Oozing pigment. Excellent shoulders. Lovely deep chest. Correct tailset. Turn of stifle a bit straight. Moved well. Seriously considered for ticket. RDCC
2nd WORRALL’s CH BLUESMURF BOOGIE WOOGIE. 2 Years old. Another very nice worthy champion. Also oozing pigmentation with a dark coat. Good head with excellent dentition. Deep chest with good length of loin. Arch slightly forward of the loin. There was very little between these 2 dogs.

2nd MIDDLEBROOK’s TCHERIA SWEET CHARITY. 13 Months old. Lovely blue bitch. Standing in profile this beautiful girl has everything going for her. Super head, shoulders, front. Not as deep in chest and 1st. Good length of back. Good angulation. Unfortunately, this young lady let herself down today on the move and did not settle.

Lovely shoulders and front. Shorter in neck and body than 1st. Lost her topline on the move. Moved well.
