The West Highland White Terrier Club of England Championship Show – 11th April 1915 108 entries, Shenston Village Hall, Staffordshire. I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge our so beautiful breed. Special thanks to Robert who coached me from my landing at the airport, as efficient steward at the show, spend the day after the show and brought me safe back to my flight. Also many thanks to Roz Dunn who takes the time to attend us the day after the show and not least my thanks to the exhibitors for a wonderful entry. Special Beginners Dog (1): Minor Puppy Dog (5, 2abs): 2. Thomson, Hillcloud Lightening Bolt with Ashgate: In good show condition presented young dog with strong bones. Compact body. Strong head with good proportions. Good harsh coat with thick undercoat. Shows and moves very well. Junior Dog (5): 2. Purchon, Lindenka Chesterman: Very well balanced strong in all parts. Very strong head. Correct eys and ears. Correct length of neck. Level short back. Straight short tail, very well set. Deep chest with good forchest. Correct coat in show condition. Moves and shows very good. Yearling Dog (3, 1abs): 2. Bartley, Atelib Playing The Star: Solid very well built up dog. Harmonic topline. Very good head. High tailset. Correct angulations, straight front. Very well presented. Novice Dog (1): Graduate Dog(4, 1abs): 2. See 1. Novice Dog Post Graduate Dog (4): 2. Steemson, The Dashing Devils Macho Man: Elegant dog with very nice outline. Good head, bit wide earset. Very good coat in good condition. Shows and moves very well. Limit Dog (6,1abs): 2. Corri, Inverglen Lowe N Behold: Balanced dog. Very good head proportions. Correct topline. Straight front. Strong quarters. Shown in very good coat. Should show better temperament in the ring when moving. Open Dog (9): 2. Carmichael, Windacre Ready To Rumble: Very strong, short coupled dog. Nicely balanced, in very good condition. Masculine head. Very good reach of strong neck. Short level back. Correct tailset. Very well angulated in front and behind. Excellent coat. Straight movement. Veteran D/B (6,1abs): 2. Gaydon, Wistonant Royal Ruby at Gilbri: Feminin bitch in all parts in excellent condition presented. Very well proportioned head. Excellent topline. Very good angulated in front and behind. Moves with good drive. Very nice handled. Special Beginners Bitch (3,2abs): Minor Puppy Bitch (8, 2abs): 2. Gaydon, Gilbri Mischief Maker: Balanced bitch. Very well balanced, feminine head. Excellent topline. Short, level back. Tail on top. Deep, well arched chest. Straight in front. Excellent coat in very good condition. Should show a bit more free. Puppy Bitch (9,2abs): 2. Gaydon, Gilbri Bright Star: Compact girl with a short body. Gorgeous head. Excellent topline. Level back. Very good angulated in front and behind. Straight front. Very good coat. Shows and moves very good. Junior Bitch (1): 1. Griffiths, Armadale`s Rosebud for Karamynd: Strong, balanced body. Pleasing head. Very nice topline. Straight in front. Strong quarters. Coat in show condition. Shows and moves very free. Yearling Bitch (5, 1abs): 1. Davison, Braxquin Forget Me Not: Strong bitch, balanced in body. Strong head with very well set eys and ears. Nice topline. Wished her a little bit more behind. Deep well arched ribcage. Straight front. Excellent coat in show condition. Moves and shows very well. 2. Lancaster, Clanestar Chimes: Strong bitch, with a short body. Very good head. Good topline. Deep chest. Straight front. Very good coat. Moves and shows free. Novice Bitch (2, 1abs): 1. Cooper, Brorastar Love Me Do: Good type of a bitch. Head well proportioned with correct ears and eyes. Very good reach of neck. Good angulated in front and behind. Topline could be better brought out. Very good coat. Shows and moves very good. Graduate Bitch (4, 1abs): 2. Adhams, Juraspirit Mint Julep: Strong girl with very good substance. Head very good in proportion. Good reach of neck. Good angulated in front and behind. Very good coat, but not in show condition. Moves and shows good. Post Graduate Bitch (11, 4bs): 1.Steemson, Roxholm Reign Dance By Bocans: Excellent build-up bitch. Pleasing head. Very good reach of neck. Short level back. Correct angulated in front and behind. Straight front. Excellent coat in show condition. Moves and shows very good. RESERVE BITCH CC 2. Jennings, Comdale Lovely Molly: Lovely type of bitch. Excellent head. Very good reach of neck. Clear shoulders. Straight front. Pleasing topline. High tailset. Excellent coat in show-condition. Moves and shows well. Limit Bitch (10, 1abs): 1. Foster, Thozow Forget Me Not: Excellent type of bitch. Very good head and exciting expression. Very good reach of neck. Clear shoulders. Very good angulated in front and behind. Level short back. Excellent coat in show condition. Moves and shows very well. 2. Cooley, Karamynd So What at Kingsview: Strong short coupled bitch in very good show condition. Strong head with very good proportions. Good reach of neck. Short level back. Excellent coat in show condition. Moves very good. Open Bitch (5, 1abs): 1. Griffiths, Krisma Asking For Trouble At Karamynd: Outstanding, very typical bitch. Full of quality. Very good head and expression. Correct gently sloping topline. Short level back. High tailset. Strong, straight bones. Excellent angulated in front and behind. Deep in chest. Excellent coat in splendid condition. Shows and moves very free. BITCH CC, BEST OPPOSITE SEX IN SHOW, RESERVE BEST IN SHOW 2. Fox, Comdale Miss January At Hillsted: Excellent type. Very feminine in all parts. Lovely head and expression. Excellent topline. High tailset. Straight front. Very well angulated in front and behind. Excellent coat in splendid condition.
