WEST HIGHLAND WHITE JUDGE SKC MAY 16

West Highland White Terriers

MPD (2)

1 Havasu Hercule Poirot, a very promising young dog, self assured & moved with purpose. He is of good type short & compact. He has a good head with lovely pigmentation true front & carrying a good body. His coat is coming through;

2 Drumsheugh Mclintock, a well bodied dog with a pleasing head & dark eye. He has a true front & a decent rib. Gave his handler a hard time both standing & on the move but shows potential.

JD (1)

1 Lynnsto Judgement Day, a dog of good size & presents a typical shape. He has a balanced head with a good skull, level topline & well set tail. He was carrying a good body with sufficient rib. On the move he kept his outline & showed power from behind.

PGD (5)

1 Havasu Headlining, a smart dog with a reachy neck, his head is balanced but perhaps could have a touch more stop. On the move he excelled in front movement & maintained his outline. Showed steadily throughout;

2 Atelib Playing The Star, a slightly bigger dog who is very pleasing to go over, honestly constructed. His head has good proportions, well placed ears & a straight front keeping a level topline;

3 Brorastar Wanna Be Your Man.

LD (2,1a)

1 Lindenka Chesterman, a well constructed dog of good type, his head is of good proportions with jet black pigmentation, well placed shoulders & a correct tailset. On the move he gave a good account of himself & showed steadily.

OD (5,2)

1 Ch Tomlyndon Eager Ernest, a very well constructed dog presented in fine form. He has a masculine head with good pigmentation, neat ears, correct mouth, very good front assembly & a level topline with sufficient ribs for his size. He carried a good length of coat which had the correct texture. Pleased to award him the CC;

2 Ir Ch Magic Matisse vom Maerchengarten, a slightly taller dog who is well constructed & of good type. Attractive head & correct eye. Lovely run in with a short compact body. On the move he covered plenty of ground & gave a good account of himself. A touch short of coat on the day but what was there was of good texture. RCC;

3 Louie Conquistador.

MPB (2)

1 Drumsheugh White Diamond, a very raw baby who put on a decent performance, she has a sweet head with dark eyes, well placed shoulders & a short well ribbed body, true front with good extension on the move;

2 Frisbeck Fair Lady of Arrobricyn, another baby of good type, she handles very well but needs time. Pleased to see she coped well with the noise.

PB (2)

1 Burneze Billie On Air, a smart youngster of good type. Her head is of good shape with correct pigmentation, neat ears which are well placed, true front, moved & showed with confidence. Presented to show off her virtues;

2 Lynnsto Grace And Favour, not quite as mature as the winner but is well constructed with a neat head, good eye & short well ribbed body. She too showed with confidence. Just needs that little more time.

JB (6)

1 Burneze Copyright, this is a most promising pup, she has a quality head with good dark eyes, correct mouth, lovely neck & shoulders, correct mouth, carrying enough body for her age, stands well in front & nicely angulated quarters;

2 Top Secret De New Gryffindor at Karamynd, similar to the winner in size & shape, she too has quality neck & shoulders with a short cobby body. On the move she was not so collected, pulling to one side which affected precision. Lovely coat of good texture;

3 Highcross Crystal Charm.

PGB (5,2)

1 Burneze Our Marnie, the star of the entry, so like this exhibitor’s other pups but has the extra touch of maturity & style. She has a good head, dark eye, lovely neck & shoulders with a well boned straight front, short coupled body & well set tail. On the move she is sound & covers plenty of ground. Pleased to award her the CC & BOB;

2 Faymar Tartan Fling, a super coated youngster, much like the winner in size & shape, pleasing head & eye, neat ear, well placed shoulders onto a good body, not as collected on the move as the winner;

3 Lynnsto Issa Star.

LB (3)

1 Fernsunrise Face The Music, this bitch gave her handler a difficult time, decided to put a stop in whenever it suited her. She has a good head with a pleasing skull, enough neck into well placed shoulders, good topline & strong quarters. I think she could carry less hair to advantage;

2 Highcross Charmer, a heavier constructed bitch throughout with a beautiful coat, typical balanced head, good eye & expression, very short body, showed steadily;

3 Cochansa Dales Pride.

OB (4,3)

1 Karamynd So What at Kingsview, this bitch was so unlucky to come up against the CC winner, she is very well balanced with a good head, dark eye, lovely neck & shoulder, compact in body & uses her tail so well. Her good textured coat was well presented. RCC.

VB (2,1)

1 C Dales Pride, a compact bitch of good type, she moves & shows so well for her handler. Lovely coat texture.
