WEST HIGHLAND WHITE JUDGE SKC AUGUST 13

I really enjoyed my day. I found some small teeth, & some small dirty teeth. Quite a few low sets tails, poor rear angulation, & long in the pastern.

MPD (3)

1 Bell’s Pentangle Hello Oscar, I would take this young man home, he’s a super young dog, ultra white hard coat, good clean, well set shoulders, deep in the body, tail on top, moved with drive. BP, considered him for the RCC;

2 Barley’s Davot Chief Whip, nice cobby dog with good expression, moved freely, good hard coat, but could be a little whiter, could have a stronger mouth;

3 Dale’s Lynnsto Candyman.

PD (2)

1 Bartley’s Yushama Shooting Star, good head & expression, good layback of shoulders. Would have preferred strong rear quarters, work needed on presentation;

2 Fisher’s Bobo Whiskey, needs ring craft training & work on presentation. Nice head & expression.

JD (3)

1 Strand’s Crinan Code Name Westlake, alone but worthy winner, good head & expression, dark eyes, good pigment, clean well set shoulders, moved & showed well.

PGD (4)

1 Windram’s Leonardo Ventura, showed well, nice head & expression, good layback of shoulders. Would like stronger rearquarters;

2 Forbes’ Karensbrae Independence, showed very well for his young handler, nice head & expression, low set tail. Could have a better mouth.

LD (2)

1 Sooper’s Brorastar Super Trouper, beautifully balanced dog, strong rearquarters, deep chest, tail on top & moved with drive, lovely head & expression, good pigment & dark eyes, the loss of a tooth due to an accident stopped him from going further;

2 Jenkinson’s Highcross Willie Be Charmed, lovely dog, well balanced, good head & expression, just preferred tailset of 1.

OD (3)

Three lovely dogs, all presented in tip-top condition.

1 Dale’s Something Special Superbia Lynnsto, ultra white hard coat, good head & expression, clean well set shoulders, tail on top & moved with drive. CC & BOB, shortlisted in a strong terrier group;

2 Jenkins’ Ir Ch Havasu Hugo Boss, lovely dog, good head & expression, lovely shoulders, good tailset. RCC;

3 West’s Tomlyndon Spoilt Rotten.

MPB (3)

1 & 2 will change places many times.

1 Dale’s Lynnsto Candy Crush, good head & expression, dark well set eyes, clean shoulder with good layback, tail on top, moved with drive, excellent presentation;

2 Bell’s Pentangle Ain’t She Sweet, beautiful bitch, excellent coat & presentation, good shoulders, moved well, I would take both home;

3 Lancaster’s Clanestar Careless Dream.

PB (0).

JB (3)

1 Tullis’ Drumsheugh Jewel Of The Nile, showed well for handler, good pigment, head & expression. Would prefer better tailset;

2 Ladhams & Rudd’s Juraspirit Jamine, presentation needs working on, wave to coat, good head, sweet expression. Poor tailset.

PGB (6)

1 Dale’s Lynnsto Ultra Special, well named young bitch, good head & expression with dark eyes, short coupled, clean well laid shoulders, tail on top, moved with drive, A1 presentation;

2 Lancaster’s Clanestar Cloud Chaser, well presented lovely bitch, good head & expression with dark eyes, clean shoulders, a little upright, moved & showed well;

3 Milner’s Juanne Latin Lindi Louise.

LB (6)

1 Smith’s Lingbeck Playing The Lady, lovely head, & expression, dark eyes with good pigment, good layback of shoulders, but I would prefer a higher set tail. A1 presentation;

2 Milner’s Rozamie Merry Go Round by Juanne, lovely head & expression, clean well set shoulders. Not very happy on the move, did not want to use her tail;

3 Tullis’ Drumsheugh White Mischief.

OB (7)

My favourite class of the day, 1-4 all super bitches, beautifully presented I wish I could have given them all first place!

1 Cooper’s Brorastar Aint She Sweet, excellent type, very balanced, good head & expression, deep in body, clean well set shoulders, short coupled, moved with drive. CC;

2 Lehtonen & Hotanen’s Int/Fin/Sw/Est Ch Who’s Hot And Who’s Cold, good head, expression, nice dark eyes, good pigment, clean well set shoulders, moved & showed with drive. RCC.
