However, I was pleased with my main winners and would like to thank all exhibitors who took my decisions so sportingly. PD (1) 1 Jenkinson, Highcross Willie Be Charmed. Strong male, now one year old. Strong bone, good head with broad muzzle with large teeth and good bite. Moved well. JD (4,2) 1 Carlin and Gillott, Lizandycris Out to Play, A dog of good size with a nice outline when stacked. Not always co-operating with his handler but today he moved around the ring with purpose and confidence. Good reach of neck, well laid shoulders, short back, good head with large teeth. Short coupled. Excellent coat texture. With maturity should do well. 2 Edmundson, Pepabby Prank. A dog I have liked a lot but today not putting all in. A quality exhibit with a strong masculine head and good bite. Free standing with a very pleasing outline. Strong head with a real varminty expression. Not quite the coat quality of 1 and not moving today as well as I know he can. PGD (3 )1 Dunne, Charosmack Cool Days. Nice young male with good bone. Very good shoulder placement leading into ultra short level back. Excellent coat texture, well presented as always from this kennel. Good head and bite, nice expression. Very confident and sure of himself and not afraid to tell the other exhibits. Moves with gusto making the most of himself. 2 Tullis, Drumsheugh True Grit ShCM Good size dog with well angulated rear. Correct bite, nice expression. Coat texture could be better. Moved well. 3 Pearson, Winoski Mr Chips. LD (4,1) 1 Lewis, Lynnsto Man About Town. A very showy dog who gives his all for his handler. Strong male, the whitest of coats of correct texture. Very well presented. Good head properties and super expression. Good reach of neck leading to well placed shoulders and short level back. As always showed very well. Unlucky to meet the winner of open dog when it came to the final decision I just thought the open dog had the edge in movement and maturity. RCC 2 Ash, Hillcloud Blizzard. Larger type than 1. A strong dog with a good head, nice expression and correct bite. Good reach of neck with well laid shoulders. Nice harsh coat texture. Level topline which he kept on the move. 3 McLoughlin, Ley Hey Living Legend ShCM. OD (4,3) 1 Minett, Duskhunter Dutch Courage JW. A dog that has all the essentials to enable him to move with reach and drive. Strong bone, excellent coat texture. Good reach of neck leading into very well placed shoulders. Short back with good rear. Good head and expression. Although standing alone I felt his overall depth of quality could worry the best of them. Pleased to award him the CC and BOB and delighted to hear he went on to Group 2. MPB (3,1) 1 Carlin and Gillott, Lizandycris Aint She Grand. A sweet puppy with a good head and lovely feminine expression. Good ear set and correct bite with large teeth. Well balanced with a lovely outline when stacked. Nice reach of neck into good shoulder placement. Short back. Good coat texture. Moved very well, obviously enjoying herself. 2 Reide, Asheridgelee Miss Munday. Larger type than 1. Well balanced. Am confident she will mature into a super bitch but very raw today. Good reach of neck, good shoulder placement, strong hind quarters. Will be very interested to see her mature. PD (4,1) 1 Smith, Faymar Fine Romance. Super puppy in perfect balance. The whitest of coats with excellent presentation as always from this kennel. Good head with lovely feminine expression. Good reach of neck and well laid shoulders, short back, shortest of tails with good set on. Strong hindquarters. Liked her a lot. With maturity I am sure she will prove to be a one for top honours. Will watch her with interest. BPIB 2 Dunne, Charosmack Chestnut Rose. Another lovely feminine puppy, with a good head and super jacket. Good shoulder placement, short level back good tailset. Again super presentation. Moved well for her handler. 3 Smith, Lingbeck Playing the Lady. JB (3) 1 Burns, Burneze Truly Talented. Well up to Size. Bitch with a super jacket and excellent presentation. The very best of mouths with large teeth. Good reach of neck, good shoulder placement, short back, strong backend. 2 Thomson, Ashgate Miss Mona. Super coat of correct texture. Nice head and expression. A bitch with a very good outline when stacked but I felt she lost a little on the move. 3 Miller, Lindenka Oops A Daisy YB (4,2) 1 Dingley, Davot Chinoa, a very mature 19 month old bitch. Good head. Strong bone. Excellent coat texture. Moved well. 2 Clements, Roxholm Royal Fortune. 13 month old bitch giving a lot away today in maturity. Pretty bitch with nice head and feminine expression. Harsh coat texture which will take time to gain the furnishings and complete the picture. PGB (8,2) 1 Dunne, Charosmack Candlelight, Short coupled bitch with a good tail set. Good head, bite and expression. Good shoulder placement, shortest of backs. Well boned. Excellent coat texture. Liked her a lot. 2 Bell, Bellevue Full of Spirit. Larger type than 1 but a well balanced bitch with good bone. Good coat texture. Nice head and expression with good mouth. I did not feel the backend was as strong or well muscled as 1 and therefore did not move with the same drive, nevertheless a quality bitch. 3 Woodward, Standeridge Star Spangled Von Fernsunrise LB (7,1) 1 Ash, Hillcloud Drizzle JW. This bitch surprised me. Judging from the ringside, which is always a dangerous thing, I liked her a lot as a puppy and then almost changed my mind as she came up the classes. Not the biggest of bitches but today going over her I found everything to be in the right place. She has a lovely head and feminine expression, good bite with large teeth. She presented a lovely outline when stacked. Today she moved well and headed a good class. In the final run off I was pleased to award her the CC. 2 Molony, Killynether Krazy For You. I loved this bitch when I first saw her as a puppy. Today I felt she was carrying a little too much weight. Stacked she presents a super outline with a good reach of neck into well placed shoulders. Super tailset which she holds when standing freely. A quality bitch who is a real showgirl, I am sure her day will come. 3 Carlin and Gillott, Lizandycris Girl of Action. OB (5) 1 Reide, Asheridgelee Miss Attitude JW. A bitch I have not seen for almost a year and one who has matured into a strong quality bitch. Very good bone, with a strong head, super bite with large teeth. Good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, short coupled, well angulated. Good tailset which she carried well on the move. Super bitch a credit to her owner. A strong contender for the CC today. RCC 2 Morton, Charosmack Crystal Secret at Swifdon. Another lovely bitch with strong bone and a good head. Well bodied, would perhaps benefit from a little less weight. Excellent coat texture. Good mouth with large teeth. 3 Steemson, Bocans Hot Stuff. Jennie Griffiths Go To Top Of Page
