West Highland White Terriers

MPD (1)

1 Gaydon’s Hopecharm Tony One, super 7 months old puppy, nice head, correct bite, good reach of neck, level topline & good hocks. The young handler/owner really brought out the best in him, especially on the move, well done. BP.

PD (0).

JD (1)

1 Seeger’s Relfrandles McNab, good strong head, correct bite, level topline, good angulation, harsh white coat.

PGD (3)

1 Jennings’ Comdale Junior, nice dog with a good outline when standing, strong masculine head, correct bite, well laid back shoulders into level topline which he kept while on the move. Moved out well fore & aft;

2 Windram’s Leonardo Ventura, well made dog, well balanced with lots of attributes. Presentation let him down;

3 Hammett’s Hollowview Branagan.

LD (3)

1 Gale’s Bocans Bolt to Bellevue, lovely dog with good angulation, super head, moved well. Just carrying bit too much weight;

2 Cole’s Reifrandies Esprit D’Amour, splitting hairs between 1 & 2. Moved well, good harsh coat. Felt 1 just had the edge for placings;

3 Windram’s Louie Conquistador.

OD (3,1a)

1 Englebrecht V Orden’s Int/Multi Ch Hopecharm Prince Harry, what an outstanding dog. He blew me away. Standing & moving his outline was great from his head to good reach of neck. Shoulders, topline, good tailset, with plenty behind fabulous hocks. Pleased to see him shortlisted in the group. CC & BOB;

2 Smith’s Lizandycris Call My Bluff at Roxberg, everything to like about this dog, just larger cast than 1 but well balanced. A pleasure to go over & presented to perfection. RCC.

VD (1)

1 Walden’s Kilmersdon Stanley of Taramount, 9½ years old & in good condition. Well balanced, harsh white coat, moved well.

MPB (1) A.

PB (3,2)

1 Gaydon’s Gilbri Dream Maker, slightly large for me but a well balanced 11 months old bitch providing she does not grow on too much she is a very eyecatching bitch all the same.

JB (4,3)

1 Gaydon’s Bright Star, she was my bright star of the day. Well balanced bitch, lovely feminine head, correct earset, good layback of shoulder, nice short back, tail well set, good bend of stifle & super hocks. Moved round the ring with drive. I had no hesitation awarding her CC.

PGB (8,5)

1 Fryer’s Hopecharm Oops A Daisy, another nice bitch from this kennel. She looked good standing, lovely feminine bitch with good shoulders, tail well set which showed her fabulous rear angulation. Especially on the move. RCC;

2 Minett Matherson’s Connexagain with Duskhunter, very much like 1. I preferred the head & hocks of 1 but a beautiful bitch to go over;

3 Eason’s Hopecharm Indy Stars over Andjollam.

LB (6)

1 Jennings’ Comdale Lovely Molly, a nice compact bitch with lovely feminine head, good ear placement, level topline which she kept on the move, moved well;

2 Mealing’s Reifrandies Muirne, very similar to 1 in type. Very little to choose between the two. Nice well balanced bitch, moved with drive;

3 Fryer’s Hopecharm She’s Special.

OB (7,4)

1 Owen’s Egremont Seventh Heaven, lovely bitch to go over, nice head, ear placement, good bend of stifle, moved well fore & aft. Carrying a little extra weight which spoilt her topline. The head secured her first place;

2 Minett Mathereson’s Fof N’Affair with Duskhunter, very similar in type to 1, just lost out on head;

3 Thomson’s Peakstone Delilah.
