WEST HIGHLAND WHITE MIDLAND COUNTIES 23 Judge: Brian Smith Many thanks to the exhibitors who came under me and who took their placings with good grace, it was lovely to see. Also thank you to the Society for inviting me to judge this breed and to my very helpful stewards. I was delighted to see some very nice and promising puppies for the future. I did find it disappointing however a few dogs were not clean but fortunately they were in minority. 1 Bradbury’s Fourastay Flapjack. 7 months old. Good head and ear placement. Dark pigment. Good reach of neck. Correct front. Compact and well set tail. Harsh coat. 1 Britten’s Krisma Fine Fettle. All male. Very nice puppy which I liked a lot. Well balanced. Super head and expression. Good reach of neck, shoulder and front. Good top line and tail set. Confident on the move which showed off his excellent movement. Finished off with a super harsh white jacket and beautifully presented. Best Puppy In Breed. 1 Owens’ Frisbeck Horn Pipe. Good head, front and top line. Excellent coat and texture.
