WEST HIGHLAND WHITE JUDGE BOURNEMOUTH 18

Many thanks to Mrs Duffy and her committee for their kind invitation to judge my first champ show. Also many thanks to exhibitors for their entries. Despite the previous days downpour we were able to complete judging outside in good sized ring, well pleased to have some very nice dogs to go over. Some very close decisions but happy with my winners. An enjoyable day was made even better upon finding out later that Best of Breed went Group 3 and Best Puppy went Best Puppy in Show. Well done once again many thanks.

PD (2)

1 Burneze Wild at Heart. Well presented, great example, moved well. A pleasure to go over, level top line, good harsh coat. Shoulder placement and bend of stifle just right. BPIB Best Puppy in Show. Well done, good luck in the future.

2 Lilmill Pick Pocket. Smaller type, lovely head. Did not appear so confident today.

JD (1)

1 Comdale For Your Eyes Only. On his own but deserved his place. Nice size, very good head, harsh coat. Moved ok, but have seen him move better.

PGD (1)

1 Juanne Rufus the Ruffian. Another dog on his own. But no problem giving him his place, nice and level as he moved around the ring. Great double coat, size ok.

LD (5)

Most difficult class of the day. Dogs could change places on another day.

1 The Dashing Devils Macho Man. Have admired this dog for sometime, not disappointed nice size, good harsh coat, solid dog, moved well. RDCC.

2 Lizandycris Paco Rooban. Very nice dog, slightly bigger. Nice movement, good coat, well presented. 3 Duskhunter Ruff Diamond

OD (5,2)

1 Ch. Lilmill Nosey Parker. Looked the part as soon as he entered the ring. Good sized solid dog, great presentation, good double coat, very harsh. Moved very well, fully deserved his win. DCC.

2 Ch. Bocans Bolt to Bellvue. Very nice dog, unlucky to meet 1st. Moved very well.

3 Ch. Int Multi Hopecharm Prince Harry (imported)

Vet D (2)

1 The Dashing Devils Street Fighter. 9 year old in excellent condition. Good outline, good coat, moved with ease.

2 Leonarda Ventura. 7.5 years old. Nice size, solid body. Little short of coat for me today.

MPB (2,1)

1 Clanestar Careless Moon. My favourite. A really lovely little girl, everything you could want in a minor puppy. Good head, beautiful expression, good body, right size, plenty of coat. Confident, moved very well, wish her all the best for the future. (Very unlucky to meet such a good, more mature dog in the challenge) BPB

PB (3,1)

1 Burneze Follow my Lead. Two very nice puppies. Good coats, well presented, both moved well. 1st won on maturity.

2 . Lilmill Catch Me if You Can. Very close decision, see above.

JB (4,2)

1 Bellvue Nuts N Bolts. Right size, well presented as usual from this kennel. Very good coat, moved well round the ring.

2 Westigo Full of Cheek. Very pretty young girl, excellent coat, less mature than 1st. have seen her move better than she did today.

PGB (6,4)

1 Swifdon Sweet Temptation at Camame. Nice sized girl, who moved well both ways. Coat good.

2 Clavelshay Hurry Up Harriet. Slightly bigger, coat ok. thought 1st moved better today.

LB (4)

1 Faymar Tartan Fling Very close class. Both 1st and 2nd Tip top presentation, moved well. Short level back, good coat. Just preferred size of 1st. Could change places any time.

2 The Dashing Devils Popcorn at Gilbri JW 3 Bellvue Gossip Catcher

OB (3,1)

1 Ch. Burneze Our Marnie. Wonderful example of breed. Great outline, good bone, lovely flow from neck over well placed shoulders to short level back. Moved really well, seemed to own the place. I am told this win gives her the record CC's for bitches. Fully deserved, well done. BCC Group 3

2 Connex Again with Duskhunter. Slightly smaller lady. Good coat, moved well. Certainly not out of place in this ring.

Vet B (3)

1 Ch. Faymar Fine Romance. 9 year old, in great condition. Have liked her since she was a youngster. Good mouth, coat still in good shape. Nice size, moved really well.

2 Rozamie Merry Go Round by Juanne. Smaller type bitch, good shape, harsh coat, moved well.

3 Cochansa Dales Pride
