WEST HIGHLAND WHITE JUDGE BOURNEMOUTH 13

West Highland White Terriers

I would like to thank the exhibitors who entered under me, although not a big entry there was no shortage of quality dogs to judge.

MPD (4)

1 Gale’s Bocans Bolt, masculine puppy, good head, good bite with big teeth, nice shoulder placement, well bodied, good rear angulations, covered the ground well, well presented. BP;

2 Clements’ Bocans Blade, another nice puppy, not as mature as 1. Nice outline when stood, free showing, nice harsh coat which was presented well;

3 Lilley & Milling’s Krisma Line Dancer at Lilmill.

PD (2)

1 Sweetzer’s Ambalasi Splash And Dash, strong head, good mouth, harsh white coat, level topline, strong rear; 2 Bartley’s Yushama Shooting Star, well up to size, harsh coat, good tailset & carriage, moved OK.

JD (2)

1 Squire’s Bocans Backin Business, compact dog, strong head, good mouth with big teeth, well laid shoulder, level topline, excellent tailset & carriage, showed well, beautiful presentation.

LD (2)

1 Storey’s Nossimp Written In The Stars, good head & mouth, well laid shoulder, compact body, good harsh coat, moved well holding his outline;

2 Millen’s Sarmac Starlight Express, good head & mouth, white coat, moved OK.

OD (4)

1 Fox’s Ch Hillstead Same Again, an overall well balanced dog, strong head, dark eye, good mouth, good neck leading into well laid shoulders, firm muscular body, good rear, excellent tailset & carriage, moved & showed so well, beautifully presented. CC & BOB;

2 Edmondson’s Ch Pepabby Prank, another dog I have admired from the ringside, & going over him on the table I was not disappointed. Although I was able to see his good movement in the class he was reluctant in the challenge & had to settle for the RCC;

3 Metcalfe’s Flassendale Fairlie.

MPB (2)

1 Gillott’s Lizandycris Talula, strong but feminine pup, good head & mouth, nice shoulder, compact body, good tailset, nice white coat, moved & showed well;

2 Steemson’s Bocans Bossy Boots, looked such a baby but with everything in the right place, lost out on maturity but should have a bright future.

PB (4)

1 Foster’s Thozow Forget Me Not, feminine bitch, good mouth, nice front & shoulder, level topline, white harsh coat, good movement & showing well, nicely presented;

2 Milnett’s Matheron For N Affair with Duskhunter, it was a close decision between 1 & 2. Nice head, good shoulder, well bodied, strong rear, excellent tailset, good harsh coat, moved well.

JB (1)

1 Gaydon’s Gilbri Town Tease, this was the first of a trio of litter sisters winning here. Compact bitch, good head, excellent bite with big teeth, lovely front & shoulder, good rear angulations, good tailset & carriage, moved well, a real show girl, excellently presented.

GB (2)

1 Gale’s Gilbri Town Gossip, litter sister to JB & of the same good qualities. Moved & showed well, beautiful presentation. PGB (5) 1 Squire’s Gilbri Uptown Girl, the third of the litter sisters winning here. Slightly more rangier bitch than her sisters but again another quality girl, I’m sure all three will have a very bright future;

2 Lancaster’s Clanstar Cloud Chaser, another quality bitch, good head & mouth, nice shoulder, level topline, good tailset, moved & showed well;

3 Millen’s Sarmac Sweet Sensation.

LB (5)

1 Britten’s Krisma Storm In A Teacup, a real feminine bitch of good type, beautiful balance & quality throughout, covered the ground well on the move. Pushed hard in the challenge, a pleasure to award her the RCC;

2 Morton’s Brychdyn Carrie on Swifdon, very similar bitch to 1 with a lot of the same good qualities. Clean harsh coat, moved well;

3 Edmondson’s Pepabby Pirouette.

OB (4)

1 Gaydon’s Ch Bellevue Town Flirt at Gilbri, there is nothing I can say about this bitch that hasn’t already been said. She oozes quality throughout, she stood in the bitch challenge with her three winning daughters. CC, her 23rd. The heat was starting to get to her & she was just pipped for the BOB by the dog;

2 Fox’s Comdale Miss January at Hillstead, another lovely bitch I had the pleasure of judging. Good head, & eye & mouth, nice front & shoulder, compact body, well angulated rear, excellent tailset & carriage, moved well;

3 Cooper’s Brorastar Ain’t She Sweet.
