A pleasing entry of 25 was somewhat marred by a few absentees but the overall winners on the day excelled with my BOB, Burnese Let's Be Frank, and my Best Puppy, Burnese All On My Todd, going through to win their respective Terrier Groups - so well done. Thanks to the Officers & Committee for the invite and for looking after us during our stay and to the exhibitors on the day. Cheers, thanks for coming. PD (1) 1 1 Bell's, Maxmadadh Mikko Marmorista, tidy youngster with pleasing head, well set ears, good muzzle and correct bite, nice neck, good rib for age, coat coming thru nicely, went well with a level top line and well set tail. JD (2) 1 Thompson's, Ashgate Falkirk, good head on this short backed dog, nice dome to skull with well set ears, good eye & pigment, correct bite, ample bone, nice feet. Well ribbed up with short loin, in good double coat. Went well. 2 Bell's, Maxmadadh Mikko Marmorista. GD (2) 1 Thompson's, Ashgate Falkirk. 2 Bell's, Maxmadadh Midsummer Mojito. Strong dog with grand head, good ears, dark eye, correct bite, tad long overall & coat could be tidier, well bodied up with good quarters, moved & handled well. PGD (2,1) 1 Bell's, Maxmadadh Midsummer Mojito. LD (2,1) 1 Tullis & Newton's, Lynnsto Craftsman at Drumsheugh, quality balanced dog with pleasing head, good muzzle & bite, good front with ample bone, nice neck to well laid shoulders, ribs back with strong quarters which he used to give drive, in good coat, moved well with a level top line. OD (4,2) 1 Burns, Burnese Lets Be Frank, stallion of a dog, the complete Showman, of lovely type with pleasing head, nice dome with well set ears and dark eye with good pigment, nice stop & muzzle, best of fronts, good neck to well laid shoulders, short backed with correct loin & strong quarters, went with drive showing a lovely profile with short back, level top line & well set tail. In good coat & condition. Pleased to award him the Dog CC & BOB & later gain Terrier Group 1. 2 . Fryer's, CH. Oh Karol Vixan Into Hopecharm, another quality dog with lovely head & expression, nice ears, good eye, correct mouth, nice front with ample bone, pleasing body & quarters, in good double coat, moved and handled well to Dog Res CC. PB (2,1) 1 1 . Burns, Burnese All On My Todd, nice baby puppy, head coming along nicely with well set ears, dark eye & good stop, correct moth & foreface, best of fronts, nice neck with good body for age, nice quarters, moved & handled well showing a pleasing profile with level top line & well set tail. Well handled to Best Puppy & later, Terrier Puppy Group 1. LB (1) 1 Thompson's, Hillcloud Echowave by Ashgate, alone but lots to like about her with pleasing head & expression, well set ears, good eye, correct mouth, lovely front & shoulders, short backed bitch with good ribbed body, in good double coat, went with drive from strong quarters. OB (4,2) 1 Burns, Ch. Burneze Maid To Measure, lovely bitch that moved like a dream, nice expression with well set ears, nice dome, good eye, balanced muzzle with correct bite, well pigmented with lovely front & ample bone, good feet, short backed with nice ribbed body & correct loin, strong quarters which gave her good drive, in profile she showed a level top line with well set tail, in lovely coat & condition. Moved & handled well to Bitch CC. 2 Crozier's, Dalskairth Glamis Girl, nice bitch with coat to die for, pleasing head & expression, well set ears, good pigmentation, dark eye, good mouth, tad wide in front, lovely ribbed body & well set tail, good muscle tone & strong quarters. Moved & handled well to Bitch Res. CC VB (1) 1 Crozier's, Dalskeirth Sound of Islay, golden oldie at nearly 10 years, still showing her heart out, pleasing head & expression with neat well set ears, good eye & mouth, balanced neck to well laid shoulders, well ribbed up with good quarters & nice bend of stifle, in good double coat, went well to Best Veteran.
