WEST HIGHLAND WHITE BATH 11 Judge: Mr P Wilkinson WEST HIGHLAND WHITE JUDGE BATH 11 West Highland White Terriers MPD (2) 1 Fox’s Hillsted Same Again, top size youngster, good head & expression, lovely bone, well bodied for age, super coat, good rear, moved OK; 2 Soar’s Sonjay Hot Prospect, very nice type, OK in head, dark eye, good bite, nice outline, needs to settle on the move, has time just a baby, well presented in good coat. PD (2) 1 Macbean’s Gilbri Royal Commander at Pryorvale, very nice youngster, lovely outline, good coat, nice body condition, moved OK, nice profile, very showy, very good hindquarters; 2 Jones’ Duskhunter Special Treat at Fernlair, very nice outline, good head & eye. Would like a better bite. Level topline, good rear, moved OK. JD (2) 1 Gillott & Carlin’s Lizandycris Devlin Disgise, smart young man, nice head, strong muzzle, good mouth, strong neck, good front, well ribbed up, level topline, tail on top, in very good harsh coat, moved well, should have a bright future. PGD (5) 1 Soar’s Sonjay Fast Forward, very nice shape, good head, dark eye, strong muzzle, good underjaw, straight front, good neck & topline, well made hindquarters, good set-on, well prepared coat; 2 Minnett’s Duskhunter French Connects, similar remarks to 1, close up, very good coat, could change places on another day, moved OK; 3 Windram’s Kristenkenzie Fagan. LD (7) 1 Lewis’ Lynnsto Man About Town, top drawer male, super head & eye, great expression, very good shoulders, lovely front, good neck, level topline, short back, tail on top, well muscled hindquarters, in super coat, harsh texture, moved true & sound great profile. CC; 2 Ash’s Hillcloud Blizzard, good head & outline, moved well, in good body condition. Not the finish of 1; 3 McLoughlin’s Ley Hey Living Legend. OD (7) 1 Deipenbrock & Deipenbrock’s Int Ch Here I Am vom Deipen Brook, quality dog in very good form, strong head, dark eye, good earset, lovely outline, powerful hindquarters, sound mover, good profile, in good white coat, very showy. RCC; 2 Macbean’s Ch Bellevue Going Dutch with Pryorvale, very good male in lovely body condition, good skull. Would like better trim on the head. Stood on best of legs & feet; 3 Dale’s Lynnsto Barclaycard. VD (1) 1 Geldart’s Gelmoore Spin Doctor, in good order, nice head, neck & topline, powerful hindquarters, well muscled up, moved well. MPB (4) 1 Gaydon’s Gilbri Royal Sapphire, well balanced pup, super expression, beautiful outline, harsh coat, moved & showed well. BP; 2 Gillott & Carlin’s Lizandycris Ruby Tuesday, very nice youngster, nice head, neck & topline. Just needs to settle & be a little more confident. PB (7) 1 Gaydon’s Gilbri Spanish Rose, smart pup, nice outline, good front, level back, good set on, moved well; 2 Thomson’s Ashgatge Moonsie, very nice outline, very cobby in nice body & good coat, needs to settle, will have a bright future when she gets her act together; 3 Gillott & Carlin’s Lizandycris Ready To Rock. JB (5) 1 Hammett’s Hollowview Mollie Mo, neat head, good eye, short & compact, moved OK, level topline. Did not put much in in the challenge; 2 Davison’s Braxquin Beginning A Dream, OK in head & muzzle, nice expression, short, moved OK. Not a good trim, needs more work. PGB (8) 1 Fox’s Hillsted Sweet Jazzmine, good type, harsh coat, moved soundly. Would like her to carry her tail higher in good body; 2 Pegg’s Bellevue Dream Spirit, very nice type, lovely head & expression. Shade long cast, needs more work on coat, I know it’s hard but that makes winners. LB (9) 1 Dale’s Lynnsto Platinum, quality, tip-top condition, lovely white, harsh coat underneath quality head, lovely neck & topline, tail on top, well made hindquarters, short hocks, moved out well, very good profile. RCC; 2 Foster & Foster’s Thozow Sweet Pea, good type, short cobby girl, nice head, muzzle & underjaw, in very good body, moved well in good order; 3 Cooper’s Brorastar Ain’t She Sweet. OB (4) 1 Gaydon’s Ch Bellevue Town Flirt at Gilbri, top quality, matured well, beautiful head, good front, neck & shoulders, short & compact, well muscled hindquarters good coat, moved well. CC & BOB; 2 Fox’s Hillsted Sweet Breeze, very honest lady, good head & body, moved soundly. Preferred profile of 1.
