MPD (1) A. PD (2) 1 BPD, Wall & Webb’s Manark Predator, cracking young b/br, lovely shaped head with a strong muzzle, good mouth & bite with large white teeth, good stop with large round dark eyes, very neat rose ears, strong short neck into powerful shoulders, good straight front with straight well boned legs & good feet, good spring of rib with ample brisket, great level topline into a strong & powerful backend & neat tail, turned out in excellent condition, well balanced, great movement, should do well in the future; 2 Hyde’s Sedgbred Black Diamond, cracking young b/br/w, very similar to 1 & hard to choose between. Not quite so good in the head but very little in it. Good mouth & bite, nice dark eye, neat ears, strong neck into powerful shoulders, good front with plenty of bone on good straight legs with good feet, good rib & excellent topline, strong powerful backend & neat tail, turned out in excellent condition, well balanced, good mover, another who should do well in the future. JD (4,1) 1 Lewis & Smart’s Blazinstaff Blazin Justice, hard compact r/w, well balanced & fit, good shaped head with good mouth & bite, strong foreface with a round dark eye & neat rose ears, strong arched neck into good powerful shoulders with good front, well boned straight front legs with well padded feet, plenty of rib & good brisket, short back with good topline, powerful backend & neat tail, well turned out, moved with power & purpose; 2 Schofield & Galvin’s Scousious Pretzel Logic, very nice b/br, good shaped head with good mouth & bite, round dark eye, neat ears, powerful neck blending into powerful shoulders & front, lots of bone on straight front legs with well padded feet, plenty of rib into a strong back & strong backend with powerful hindlegs, giving power & drive, good mover; 3 Goree’s Skastaffs Prince Buster. YD (9,2) 1 Scarlett & Reid’s Ramblestaff Ebenezer Good, lovely well balanced young b/br, extremely good condition, great shaped head with large round dark eyes, very good mouth & large white teeth, very neat rose ears, strong short neck into good shoulders & front with strong, straight front legs & well padded feet, plenty of rib & a good short level back into well muscled hindquarters with plenty of power & drive, neat tail & excellent mover; 2 Jones’s Maxsta Loud N’ Proud, b/br/w, very similar to 1, nice shaped head, good mouth & teeth, nice dark eye, neat ears, strong short neck into powerful shoulders with good straight front legs & good feet, plenty of bone all round, good rib, nice short back with level topline & good powerful backend with neat tail, well turned out & good mover; 3 Longley’s Emperorstaff Coronet Gold. PGD (8,2) 1 Pickston’s Marmaduke My Lord, dark br/w, well balanced, compact young dog, good head with strong muzzle & good mouth, nice round bright eye, very neat ears, short strong neck into good shoulders & strong straight front legs, compact powerful body, level topline, great backend with loads of power, excellent mover; 2 Pettifer & Churchill’s Shadonour Check Me Out, dark br/w, good head, good mouth, nice round eye, very nice ears, strong short neck, good shoulders & front, plenty of rib, good topline, strong backend, good mover; 3 Funnell’s Veklorra Barney Rebel at Powerpack. LD (6) 1 Marachowska & Marachowski’s Kalhols Black Magic at Passernomen, this fellow’s name says it all, I think he really is magic, it’s not often that one gets the chance to go over a dog such as this, what a pleasure, I think he could be the next breed ch, a fantastic quality b/br, well balanced with a beautiful shaped head, great tight lips & mouth, good bite with large white teeth, dark bright eyes, very neat rose ears, short strong neck that tapered into powerful shoulders & great strong legs, great spring of rib but not overdone, short close coupled level back & a terrific strong powerful backend that gave him great movement & drive, no exaggerations, turned out in great condition, I could have taken him home. CC; 2 Evans’ Kalhol Dark Maruda, b/br/w, litter brother to 1, quality dog. Not quite the presence of 1 but a very nice dog. Very nice shaped head with a strong tight lipped muzzle, large white teeth & a good bite, large round dark eyes, neat rose ears, strong short neck into good shoulders & well boned straight front legs, plenty of rib not overdone, short level back into a powerful backend, well turned out, good mover; 3 McTrusty’s Buddastaff Red Rogue. OD (6) 1 Dewar’s Euphemia Drummer Boy, very smart b/br dog, lovely shaped head, strong tight lipped muzzle, good mouth & bite, dark round eye, nice thin rose ears, strong neck into good powerful shoulders & strong straight front legs with good well padded feet, plenty of rib with a nice short level back, strong well muscled backend giving lots of power & drive, very well balanced, turned out in excellent condition, excellent mover. RCC; 2 Small’s Merimna Nind Your Own, b/br dog, very nice, well balanced & fit, good shaped head, clean tight mouth, large teeth & good bite, round dark eye, neat rose ears, strong neck into good shoulders & front, strong well boned legs & well padded feet, plenty of rib & short level back, good strong backend giving power & drive on the move, well turned out & good mover; 3 Johnson & Pushko’s Rus Ch Tillcar Tillerman. V (3,2) 1 Funnell’s Knockon Minerva of Powerpack, 9 years brindle bitch, enjoying herself, good shaped head, good mouth, dark eye & neat ears. She was losing her body a bit. Not fat & quite fit, moved well for her age, well turned out. BV. LB (9) 1 Thomsen’s Atharrisons Mollies Pride, very well balanced br/w, lovely shaped head, strong tight muzzle with good mouth, large white teeth & good bite, dark intelligent eye, very neat ears, strong neck flowing into good shoulders & lovely well boned straight front legs with good feet, plenty of rib & good short back with excellent topline, strong backend giving power on the move, well turned out, excellent mover; 2 Hall’s Rekrahstaff Miss Attitude cum Geordiestaff, smart b/br/w, well balanced with a very nice head, good tight lips with good teeth & bite, dark round eye & neat ears, strong short neck into god shoulders with good well boned straight front legs, plenty of rib, good level topline to nice short back & very good backend, excellent condition, good mover; 3 Funnell’s Kewaunee Pocahontas for Powerpack. OB (6) 1 Jackson & Whitehouse’s Ch Bourtie Wot A Steal, not a big class but what it lacked in quantity it made up for in quality, b/br/w, such a pleasure to go over, she shows herself, 2 years ago I gave her PB at Blackpool & to have her come under me again two years later as a ch & be able to give her BOB was fantastic, all credit to her owner, who has not had it easy, but her condition was an absolute credit, she shone with health & vitality, her coat was superb & general fitness out of this world, she is so well balanced, starting with a lovely shaped head, of correct proportions, good strong muzzle with tight lips, lovely white teeth & good bite, dark intelligent eyes, very neat ears & a strong short neck that flows into powerful shoulders, straight well boned front legs with well padded feet, a good wide chest, not overdone, ample spring of rib & a short close coupled back with an excellent topline, very well muscled rear end that showed the power as she moved, condition is a credit to her owner & a great mover, along with this bitch & DCC winner I would be happy, can I have them please! CC & BOB; 2 Robinson & Hedges’ Leger Photo Finish for Ramblix, another b/r who that I met two years ago, & I am glad to say she has fulfilled my expectations, once again an owner who brings out the best in any dog, both in handling & condition, this one is no exception she always glows with health & vitality, a very close thing with 1 but there has to be a 2nd. I just preferred the head on 1 that is all. Very well balanced, great shaped head of correct proportions.
