STAFFORDSHIRE BULL THREE COUNTIES 16 Judge: Mrs J Blacker BEST OF BREED : 2928 CORCORAN Miss M Molru Alright Dave STAFFORDSHIRE BULL JUDGE THREE COUNTIES 16 Staffordshire Bull Terriers I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at their show & for their hospitality. I would also like to thank the exhibitors for allowing me to judge their Staffords & for the sporting way in which my decisions were accepted & lastly I would like to thank my two ring stewards who did an excellent job in keeping the ring running smoothly. The sun was shining & I am pleased to say there was a lovely atmosphere ringside which is great for this breed. MPD (2) A. PD (10,2a) 1 Dickenson & Stewert’s Aymstaff Fallen Angel, b/br. Strong headed with a correct bite & rose ears. Straight well boned front & good depth to brisket. Level topline, good bend of stifle. A powerful dog who moved handled well. BPD; 2 Turner’s Quatros Iron Clad Buddy, brindle with white marking. Good head shape, correct bite, rose ears, level topline, good amount of bone, nice turn of stifle. Moved & handled well; 3 Hopkins’ Trufflestaff Papinashvash. JD (16,2) 1 Corcoran’s Molru Alright Dave, b/br with a strong head, correct bite, dark eye & rose ears. He has a keen expression. He has a good amount of underjaw, good depth to his brisket & a strong well boned straight front. A level topline, good bend to his stifle & strong backend. He was shown in fit hard condition, his coat short, tight & gleaming. He moved & handled very well. It was my pleasure to award him the CC & BOB. He went on to represent his breed in a strong terrier group where he made the cut. Well done; 2 Jones’ Maxsta Prince Of Celts, b/br. Stronger in the head than 1. Having a correct bite, rose ears, dark eye, good amount of underjaw. Straight front. Level topline, good turn to stifle. A strong, well boned dog who too was presented in good hard condition. Moved & handled well; 3 Mayren’s Bellarouge Adonis at Fergiestaffs. YD (5,1) 1 Turner & Neale’s Tegumen Shadow Of A Saint, b/br. Nice head shape with correct bite & ears. Good amount of bone with a straight front, dark nails, good bend of stifle. Handled well; 2 Borot’s L’Warlock Des Guerriers Pacifiques, nice headed dog with a correct bite & rose ears. He has a good amount of bone. He handled well; 3 Roberts’ Briganah Indeed I Do. GD (3) 1 Mokoko’s Lucky Luke Des Guerriers Pacifiques, b/br with a nice head shape, correct bite, neat ears. Good bend of stifle & a fair amount of bone. He handled well; 2 Davies’ Braunstaff from Hasbury, a brindle who has strength, a correct bite & good ears & a good expression. Good bone, shorter in the back than 1. He moved OK & handled well; 3 Rees’ Edgeworth Arturo. PGD (8,2) 1 Bowler’s Kyraloebis The Bogus Man at Trelynbow, b/br with a good head shape, correct bite, rose ears, good underjaw. Good bone, straight front, level topline, good bend of stifle. Handled well; 2 Downes’ Waystaff Double Trouble, red with white markings. Good head shape with a correct bite, good underjaw. Good amount of bone & nice pigmentation. Handled well; 3 Gareffa’s Seastaff Riviera at Shirestaff. LD (13,1) 1 Hawken’s Carfury Bal Dhu, brindle with white markings. Lovely head shape with a correct bite, good ears & good amount of underjaw. Nice depth to brisket, straight front, level topline & a good bend of stifle. Presented in good condition. Moved & handled well; 2 Karlsson & Beaufoy’s Jewelstaff Rocker Billy Boy, b/br with white markings. Another dog presented in good condition. Good head shape, correct bite, rose ears, good underjaw. Good amount of bone, level topline, good turn to stifle. Moved & handled well; 3 Hirst & Bibby’s Taraiel Busta Rhymes. OD (13,2) 1 Ryan’s Rubericla Black Starscream, b/br with a good head shape, correct bite, rose ears, dark eye, good underjaw & a keen expression. Nice depth to brisket, good bone, level topline, good bend of stifle. Strong backend. Presented in excellent condition. Moved & handled well. I was pleased to award him RCC. Well done; 2 Thomas’ Biggleswick Funky Devil, pied having a lovely headpiece, correct bite, rose ears, good underjaw, nice amount of bone & a strong backend. Level topline. Moved & handled well; 3 Mokoko’s Ch E’aaron Des Guerriers Pacifiques. MPB (8,3) 1 Goddard’s Elitebull Destiny of Goddstaff, a very promising b/br puppy who caught my eye as she came into the ring. She stood foursquare & is very balanced. She has a lovely head shape with a dark eye, correct bite, rose ears & a nice amount of underjaw. Nice expression. Straight front, level topline, good turn of stifle. She moved & handled well. I was pleased to award her BP, well done; 2 Cartwright’s Zakstaff Winterfell, b/br. Another very promising puppy. Good head shape with correct bite, rose ears, good expression, good amount of bone, level topline, nice turn to stifle. Handled well; 3 Nicholson’s Ballindona Bodicca. PB (5) 1 Kendall’s Rossobull Sea Diamond, red with white markings. Strong bitch with a good head shape with correct bite, rose ears, dark muzzle. Good amount of bone, straight front, level topline & a strong backend. Handled well; 2 Z Winterfell; 3 Funnell’s Powerpack Cherokee. JB (16,4) 1 Winwood & Tunnah’s Nerotoro Stella, b/br. Lovely head shape. Correct bite, rose ears, dark eye, good amount of underjaw & a good expression. Nice depth to brisket, straight well boned front. Level topline leading to a strong backend. Presented in good condition. Moved & handled well. I was pleased to award her RCC. Well done; 2 Horton & Dunn’s Jackstaff Cinnamon Twist, red with white markings. Good head shape with a correct bite & rose ears, nice expression, straight well boned front, level topline, good turn of stifle. Handled well; 3 Hillman’s Caranstaff Jean Genie. YB (7) 1 Thisby’s Samtan Black Pearl at Taurinstaff, b/br with a good head shape, dark eye, correct bite, good ears & a nice amount of underjaw. She has a good amount of bone & a straight front. Her topline is level & she has a nice backend. Handled well; 2 Gabel’s Jelly Bean of Spirit-Staffs, b/br having a nice head shape, correct bite, dark eye. Nice amount of bone, level topline, good front & rearend. Handled well; 3 Staunt’s Crudha Nordic Star. GB (1) A. PGB (10,1) 1 Moureu-Larrang’s I Need Your Money Du Clan Molotov, a very balanced eyecatching pied bitch who has a lovely head shape, correct bite, rose ears, dark eye, good underjaw. Straight well boned front, level topline & a good backend. Presented in fit hard condition. Moved & handled well; 2 Wilks’ Mishdar’s Special Order for Jevaces, a well presented b/br having a good head shape, rose ears, correct bite. Good bone, strong backend. Level topline. Handled well; 3 McDermott’s Macadermus Dawn Run. LB (10,3) 1 Harrison & Roper’s Trawden Ice And Spice, an eyecatching pied bitch who has a lovely head shape with a correct bite, rose ears & dark eye. Nice pigmentation & a keen expression. Good amount of underjaw. Ample bone, straight front, level topline & a good backend. She was hard to the touch & presented in good condition. She moved & was handled well. I was very pleased to award her CC, well done; 2 Barnett’s Manark Molly’s Legacy, a b/br with a strong head shape. Good expression. Correct bite, rose ears. Good amount of bone, strong backend, level topline. Moved & handled well; 3 Gabel’s Hocus Pocus of Spirit-Staffs. OB (9,3) 1 Birbeck’s Ch Bellarouge Blithe Spirit, red with white markings. Strong headed with a correct bite, rose ears, dark eye & nice pigmentation. Good amount of underjaw, straight front, level topline, good backend, moved & handled well. A very balanced bitch; 2 Scanlan’s Bultery Magic Potion at Pantycelyn, strong headed b/br with a correct bite & rose ears. Well boned front, level topline & nice backend. Handled well; 3 Stanway’s Mosstrooper Making Mischief at Waystaff. JO BLACKER
