1 McDermott’s Waxstaff Dutch Chieftan. A pied of 8 months who is just as he should be at this stage. Certainly right on course for a promising future. Presented, moved and handled well.

2 Longley’s Malgan Rebel Alliance. This baby of just 6 months also looked the part. Everything about him is coming together nicely, shown with much patience. Maturity was the deciding factor.

1 Membury’s Mitzstaff Mean Machine. An impressive mahogany brindle of all but 10 months, developing along the right lines. He possesses all the essentials to look to the future with confidence. Time will, I am sure, enable him to adjust and become more settled. Best PD.

2 Priest’s Mintmar Got The Look. Another mahogany brindle of 10 months, aptly named, he definitely has the look of much promise. I now note that he is a full younger brother to the best bitch. One to watch with much interest.

3 Price’s Little Beau Geste.

1 Lewis, Smart &Lowe’s Blazinstaff Blazin Justice JW. A red/white of 17 months, who greatly appealed upon entering the ring. Put down in fine fettle, he comforms to the requirements throughout, balanced and sound, presented and shown in a very deserving manner. Another for the future, never put a foot wrong on the move or otherwise.

2 Hyde’s Sedgbred Black Diamond. Just 13 months, nicely conditioned and teeming with type. This b/b slots well into the standard, dare I utter she is also a half sister to my best bitch. Further natural maturity will, I am sure, bring with it another who will be at ease in any company. Shown, handled and moved well.

3 Ogbourne’s Welshstaff Credit Crunch.

1 Hyde’s Sedgbred Black Diamond.

2 Longley’s Emperorstaff Coronet Gold. A faw dog of all but two, who conforms well to the standard throughout. Put down in good condition, nothing to attract or detract from his pleasing outline. Balanced and sound throughout, moved and handled well.

3 Jones’ Maxsta Loud N Proud JW.

1 Houwaart’s Old Cross Guns Mac Na Diabhal. This b/b of two filled my eye upon entering the ring. Well presented, he did not disappoint with ‘hands on’. Put down in grand condition, meets the requirements well in all departments, balanced throughout, handled as he warrants, moved with plenty of drive.

2 Summers’ Jewelstaff Kubia At Warriorstaff. Put down in grand nick this one at three, would certainly be at ease in most company. Powerful and muscular, omitting the least trace of coarseness. Looks the part from the choice of any viewpoint. Handled well, moved with zest.

3 Alkemade’s Y Ch Guns Daigh As An Daibhal.

1 Fletcher &Seedhouse’s Granitangel Zircon. A tip top b/b in impeccable condition with a powerful head, correct dentition, dark eye, neat ears, pronounced stop and cheek bumps, straight front, good feet, legs and level topline, well tucked up, muscular quarters, neat whip tail completes the overall very pleasing picture, moved as he is made - sound. Expertly handled, well deserved RCCs. I now realise he is a half brother to my BOB.

2 Pearce &Ward’s Absolute Star. A super dog put down in grand order and would certainly be at ease in any company. Possesses an excellent deep through head, good mouth, dark eye, neat ears, distinct stop, true front, grand feet, legs and body, firm quarters, good bend of stifle, well let down at the hock, looked the part from any angle, a purposeful mover, shown well.

3 Scarlett &Reid’s Rumblestaff Ebenezer Good.

1 Byrnes’ Ir Ch Lackyle Diabhal Dearbhlo. A cracking bringle out of the top drawer, oozing with type and power. has a grand head with plenty of depth, width and turn of underjaw, correct dentition, dark eye and neat ears, keen expression, front as true as a gun, well padded feet and good legs, excellent body, ample spring of ribs, level topline and good tuck up, firm quarters, good bend of stifle and well let down at the hock. No weak links with this one, balanced and sound from the end of his black nose to the tip of his neat whip tail, moved with plenty of thrust, presented and handled with expertise. Pleased to award him the CC and BOB. I understand that he now has his well deserved title.

2 Marachowska &Marachowski’s Kalhols Black Magic At Passernomen. Another eyecatching dog who greatly appealed, dis not disappoint with close scrutiny, ample substance throughout, omitting any coarseness, good legs and feet. He possesses a powerful well proportioned head, well sprung short coupled body, powerful quarters and pleasing angulation and outline, presented, moved and handled well.

3 Fletcher &Seedhouse’s Granitangel Red Giant.

1 Marshall’s Marstaff Diamond Cut. This youngster of 8 months is spot on for one so young, everything about her is beginning to come together nicely. A daughter to my BOB, she is developing along the right lines. One to watch with interest.

2 Thomas &Davies’ Samtan Mystical Gem. A very pleasing baby of just 6 months, everything about her is falling into place. Time, in abundance is obviously very much in her favour. Another wose future also looks good.

1 Parker’s Nettleworth Nitty Gritty. An impressive young lady of 10 months, everything about her is certainly slotting into place, she is definitely on the brink of being able to confront the future with utmost confidence, mved well fore and aft, most certainly worthy of BPIB.

2 McClement’s Miss Cherie At Jodanzac. All but out of puppy, she has all the essentials to face what may lie ahead. Everything about her greatly appeals. Another to watch for with much interest. Handled in a very deserving manner, kept her lovely outline on the move.

3 Membury’s Mitzstaff Miss Hattiude.

1 Houwaart’s Jecanibo’s She’s Like The Wind. A quality brindle bitch who is still just under a year. She was also sired by my BOB, another who is ready and able to confront the future confidently. Teeming with type and temperament, no outstanding factor to attract or detract from a very pleasing overall picture. Presented, shown and moved well.

2 Winwood &Tunnah’s Cursus Summer Storm JW. This one also greatly impressed from any angle, she meets the requirements well in all departments, sound and balanced throughout. Her future looks very promising. A purposeful mover who was shown and handled in a deserving manner.

2 Hyde’s Sedgbred Beacon Baroness. This b/b of just 13 months also looked the part, surpassed by high expectations with ‘hands on’. A half sister to my BB, I predict very favourable prospects for this one, handled and moved well.

3 Tittley &Bosanko’s Charmonics Welsh Angel At Garwstaff.

2 Hopkins’ Trufflestaff Hasina Bahiti. A brindle bitch of 18 months who slots nicely into the standard. Well conditioned with enough substance throughout, balanced and sound from stem to stern, shown as she warrants, kept her pleasing outline on the move.

3 Tittley &Bosanko’s Charmonics Welsh Angel At Garwstaff.

1 Bowler’s Bethane Modjadji At Trelynbow. A very pleasing b/b put down in grand condition. She meets the requirements well in all areas with a satisfactory blend of bull and terrier. Looked the part from the choice of any angle, kept her lovely outline throughout, presented and handled with much care.

2 Fletcher &Seedhouse’s Granitangel Rough Diamond. A b/b of three, half sister to the winner of this class. She would also be very much at ease in the best of company. Far from easy to fault, sound and balanced throughout, moved and shown well.

3 Hopkins’ Trufflestaff Hasina Bahiti.

1 Dewar’s Mintmar One For One JW. A superb b/b of two, put down in rock hard condition, no particular feature to attract or otherwise, but endowed with the epitome of soundness and balance, she fits the standard like a glove, enhanced with a well proportioned head, true front, correctly laid shoulders, excellent feet, legs and well sprung body, pleasing topline and tuck up, muscular back end, good angulation and neat whip tail completed a delightful picture, moved well, skilfully handled, pleasure to award her the CC, no crystal required to predict the forthcoming title.

2 Jones’ Lackyle Duilleog Daracha. Another b/b of two, with the stamp of quality, well and truly embossed all over her, surpassed my high expectations with close scrutiny, she possesses all the essentials to follow in the footsteps of her sire, my BOB. Balanced and sound from stem to stern, in great condition. Handled in a deserving manner, moved with zest.

3 Raynsford’s Raynstaff Do You Know Who I Am.

1 Robinson &Hedge’s Leger Photo Finish For Ramblix JW. I previously viewed this one as a junior and was greatly impressed. Now at 3 years, she is most certainly at ease in the best of company. Showed upon entering the ring until making her exit. Welcomed close viewing, fitting the standard to the T, sound and balanced throughout. Great co-ordination with her handler, moved with plenty of drive. Well deserved RCCs. Another for the upper house.

2 Cairn’s Dinalghi Touch Of Class TAF. This b/b of 4 years was impeccably conditioned and meets the requirements in all aspects. No special factor about her to attract but the lady herself, endowed with a very pleasing type and the essence of soundness and balance. Shown and handled well, purposeful mover.

3 Thomas’ Sunnystone Steel Magnolia.
