STAFFORDSHIRE BULL SKC MAY 22 Judge: Mr S D Dickenson STKCA STAFFORDSHIRE BULL JUDGE SKC MAY 22 MPD (1) 1 Wilson & Wilson & Wilson, Northstaff Nightmare. This young dog shows lots of promise and will have a very bright future. He has enough head, a good bite, dark eye and time for his head to develop further. Good front, nice body, moved well. 1 Houwaart’s Jecanibo’s Hit The Nail. Brindle dog who also has plenty of promise, good head, nice body with good rib, he was in good nick and moved and showed well. 2 Yates’ ZakDan Devious Devil. Not as mature as the winner, but a nice dog in the making. He is compact and in nice condition for a youngster. 3 Boulton & Hayton Dusklight Ring Of Fire. 1 Blow’s Scoutor Rogue One, brindle and white dog with a strong head, he needs to grow into himself a bit yet, but he has all the bits needed, strong head, good bone, well put together and he moved well. 2 Stanway’s Waystaff Strikes Mayhem AI. Nice pied dog, not as forward as the winner, but he has a nice head, good body and moved OK, will tighten up in time. 3 Gicquel’s Quash Marvellous Hagler of Stafflorence. 1 Rutherford’s Niatona All Above Board. Solid pied dog with lots to like, good head with dark eyes and good ears, distinct stop and and good bite. Plenty of bone and substance, compact and moved well. 2 Boggins & Burton’s Luthais Loch Tay JW. Another smart dog but not as forward as the winner, he has a nice head, good bone, ears and eye both good, nice body and moved and handled well. 3 Clark & Ortizo’s Powerpack Lachlan Dorin JW. 1 Hamilton & Murphy’s Magicgem Daredevil For Shawrigg. Red with white dog who was very well handled. Nice head with distinct sop and dark eyes, well boned front, good topline and moved OK. 2 Funnell’s Powerpack Tam O’Shanter JW. Black brindle of good type and style. He is in good condition with good bone, nice feet, good body and hindquarters, moved OK. 3 Bibby & Hirst Taraiel Soulja Boy JW. 1 Page & Page’s Karwillage Last Emperor, this dog is the business for me, he is almost everything I look for in a dog. He has great ring prescence, he has a quality headpiece, eyes that look straight at you, a well balanced muzzle that has lots of strength and plenty of cheek muscle. Behind the collar he has lots of substance, good rib, excellent condition, a good backend and he moved well. He was my CC winner and I loved him. 2 Van Wijk & Jongenelis & Van Wijk, Pearl From The South Hubba Bubba. RCC winner, lots of the same comments apply, I like him a lot and I feel sure both of these dogs will go on to bigger and better things. 3 Murphy & Murphy’s Brockmar Crack On. 1 Norton’s Ch Taraiel Stormzy of Tikkurilan, smart back brindle who was in super condition. Strong head with good shape and proportions, good eye placement, strong muzzle , good bite and good attitude. Good front and body, his hindquarters are good and he moves well. 2 Arntzen & Manito’s UK Ch Catstaff`s Used To. Brindle dog of good make and shape, he has a nice head, a good body, a decent back end and moved and showed well. 3 Corcoran’s Molru The Navigator Jun Ch. 1 Dean & Dean’s Kylestaff Muddy Water JW Sh.CM Dark brindle who does not show his age, he is a nice dog all over and well deserved his place here. 2 Rowe & South’s Illori Akinlana JW Sh.CM VW. Not much between this one and the winner, he has a nice head, he moves well and is in excellent condition. 3 Patrick’s Welshstaff Last Gasp. GCD (1) 1 Rowe & South’s Illori Akinlana JW Sh.CM VW. See above. 1 Hammond & Hammond’s Hammystaff Love Bomb. This youngster shows great promise, she has style and substance and all the essentials, maybe not the steadiest just yet, but nothing wrong with a bit of gumption. She was my BP and I shall watch her with interest. 2 Miller & Miller’s Skyland Eruption. Black brindle of different type and development. She has a nice head, a good body and she moves well enough at this age. She will also do well I think. 3 Manghan’s Northstaff Thunderstruck at Durhamstaff. 1 Rowe & South’s Illori Constellation. Smart brindle puppy who shows promise, she is not as mature as some of the other puppies but she carries her qualities well. Nice all round. 2 Houwaart & Schol’s Jecanibo’s Bob’s Your Uncle. Similar remarks apply as with one above, lots of promise, lots of good bits, I just preffered the winner today. 3 McConnachie’s Calgacus Niamh. 1 Quigley’s Cilledoire Little Daisy, black brindle, standard fitting bitch, neat head and good ears, dark eye and good mouth, nice front, good body, good hindquarters and put down in good condition. 2 Connery & Moore’s Belnite Biddy Early. Strong black brindle who will get better with maturity, strong enough head, good bone and moved OK. 1 Turley, & Turley’s Loyalstaff Bella Bambina at Eastreet, this bitch possibly had the best head here, I liked her a lot, in excellent condition, she has good bone and substance, she moved OK and was not far away at the end. Bright days ahead. 2 Wallace’s Inverquinzy Sparkling Star. This is a decent bitch but she had it all on with the winner. She also has a nice head and good substance, agood front and body with decent hindquarters and she moved OK. 3 Rutherford & Taylor’s Niatona Miss Batty. 1 Roberts & Roberts’ Briganah don’t stop me now, neat and attractive black brindle, clean head with dark eyes and neat ears, she has a good mouth, good bone and a compact body. Her feet need work but she has promise and is well handled, should do well. 2 Jones & Merrick’s Magicgem Queen of Hearts At Rougestaff, smartred and white bitch who was shown well. She has a pretty head and face, enough bone, a good body and backend and she moves nicely. 3 Mcvay & Hughes’ Tillcarr Halo Of Fire At Torkavi. 1 Murphy & Murphy’s Brockmar Rewrite the Stars, black brindle, a smart bitch with a lovely head and expression. She has dark eyes, neat ears and a good mouth. She fits the standard and is well balanced with a good front and good bone. Short coupled with good rib and excellent hindquarters. She moved well eventually once she settled and she was my RCC winner, lovely bitch. 2 Arntzen’s Catstaffs say goodbye. Similar in quality to the winner bit not quite the substance that I prefer, so she finished second. All of the first good points apply to her and she is also lovely. This was a very good class. 3 Isles & Isles’ Luthais Aurora Borealis. 1 Van Wijk & Gabel’s Patrick The World Edition of Spirit Staff’s. This bitch was my CC winner and she had to work hard to win it. Brindle with a super head and body, she also has a good backend. All the essentials are on show here, good eye and ears, good mouth, good condition, plenty of bone and a bit of class. She is lovely and I wish she was mine. 2 Hackett’s Hellstaff Lady Gaga. A black brindle who is also a very good bitch, she also has all the essentials in abundance and moves and shows very well. The breed is in good hands with bitches like those on show here today. 3 Dougan’s Luthais Light Of Venus JW 1 Daly-Lees’ Starolestaff Arabella At Boscador, lovely old girl who thoroughly enjoyed her day, she must have been a star in her younger days as she took my heart away today. 1 Wilson’s Pink Sapphire Princess, these are two nice bitches who had a tussle for first place and made me smile. Their condition and attitude was a credit to their owners and my thanks for bringing them for me to have a look at. 2 Stephens’ Eclipsebulls Selkie. 1 Daly-Lees’ Starolestaff Arabella At Boscador
