STAFFORDSHIRE BULL JUDGE SKC AUGUST 11

Staffordshire Bull Terriers

On a personal note I was very pleased that we had the fifth highest entry in the show on Sunday.

Now the judge bit, I found more than a few with excessive flesh in the muzzle, teeth on the whole were good, movement was not. The best moving dogs were not the best dogs & the best dogs were not the best moving dogs. Type was sadly lacking & in some classes there were not two dogs who looked similar, some dogs were shy, one looked as if I was about to eat it, not what you expect in a Stafford.

Now the girls were much better but there lies a problem, where are you all going to take your lovely girls? The puppies looked promising, so hope springs eternal.
