STAFFORSHIRE BULL JUDGE PAIGNTON 23

Thank you all for a quality entry.

SBD

1 Orams, Kamaristaffs Royal Rumble. Very surprised to see this 13 ½ month old Black brindle dog of Quality in this class, neat ears, darkest of eyes, strong underjaw, moved well see he is the brother of my Dog CC winner I predict a very bright future for him and his siblings. 2 Greens, Sikaistaff Black Barrel. Only nine months old, smaller in frame than one, he just needs time to progress, darkest of eyes, good bone, need to settle on the move.

MPD

1 Lloyds, Kalostaff Es Lo Que Es. 8-month B/B very nice head, good front, feet need to tighten up, ok in body for his age, he as plenty of time on his side to improve and I’m sure he will.

PD

1 Sikaistaff Black Barrel. Second in SBD.

JD

1 Jones, Kamaristaffs Royal Rumour. This B/B has the wow factor for me, Very smart head neat ears, dark eyes, open nostrils’ so important in this and many more breeds, gun barrel front, standing on good feet thick pads, deep in chest, good shoulders leading correct neck, that leading into good topline good bend in stifles, he moved well has I told by the lady on the day he just needs to harden up that little more liked him a lot, Dog CC.

2 Page’s Elitebull Mischief At Bellastaff JW. B/B Another with a good head, not the body of one, but was fitter, enough bone, good front, in gleaming coat well presented, Moved with ease.

YD

1 Kirk’s Kirstaff The First Avenger JW. Red Dog good size, liked his head, good eye colour, straight front, good bone, level topline, enough rib, coat in very good condition, fit dog, moved powerfully and correct.

2 Membury’s Mitzstaff Totully The One. B/B smaller than 1, I could not assess properly as the noise in the hall was to much for him, I would like to go over him on another day, so sorry for his owners.

PGD

1 Paynes, Elhastaffs Dark Night. 19-month Brindle of Quality, loved his head, neat ears, dark eyes, correct bite with strong underjaw, lovely bone and feet, good width in chest, coat in best order shining, moved with Drive considered him for RCC, one I would love to own.

2 Blow’s Scoutor Rogue One JW. B/W, one I have done well for before as a puppy, and come on as I thought he would, very similar remarks as 1, but not as clean in lip so splitting hairs but he will go on to better things unlucky to meet one today.

2 Harwood Marstaff The Revenant. Very smart red dog, another with cracking head neat ears, dark eyes, good front, level topline, strong quarters Moved so well and with drive, but for me today carrying a little to much weight.

3 Stanway’s, Waystaff Strikes Mayhem (AI)

OD

1 Arntzen Catstaffs Welcome To Valhalla. Another of Quality from this Kennel B/B very similar to 1st in Limit, very neat ears, well made, I would like to see little deeper in chest buy don’t retract from his quality, lovely bone and feet, correct topline strong quarters well bent hocks, well-muscled dog very fit,( see you don’t to have thin dog to look fit) loved him RCC should be made up very soon good luck.

2 Thomas, Ch Gazstaff Black Magic. Surprised myself here, seen this dog many times, but today it’s the best I have ever seen him so hard to the touch, coat like a mirror, and his movement was the best I seen him move, stunning head darkest of eyes, correct front deep chest, unlucky to meet 1 today.

3 Plumstead’s Callastaff Son Of The Moon.

SBB

JB

1 Shipps Delacour Sweetest Taboo For Idyllicstaff. I have never made it a secret that I love Pied and Skewbald, a lot think I only like black brindles you so wrong I like all colours in the Standard, well this pied bitch stole my heart showing the fire Staffords should have, stunning head, neatest of ears. correct bite with strong jaw, good depth of chest straight well boned front good shoulder placement, with short muscular neck, leading into correct topline well ribbed, strong backend and moved with power in A1 condition no hesitation in giving her the CC and later Best of Breed should go on to take many more top honours, A privilege to go over her.

2 Plumstead’s Kamaristaffs Royal Gem. Wow what a litter this must have been all peas in a pod, B/B another of Quality strong but feminine head, good depth of chest, and bone thick pads, good topline correct in stifles and hocks moved so well with power.

3 Davies and Booths Sharmara Patronus Charm. Trio of lovely bitches.

YB

1 Quinns, Callastaff Five Years At Bowferry JW. 20-month, Quality young lady, very good head, neat rose shaped ears, dark eyes, good bite with clean lips, very good front with good feet and thick pads, shoulders and neck are correct, strong in body with very good rear quarters, move very well, RCC.

2 Taylors Niatona Sissy The Walk. Red and White neat feminine head, enough bone standing on very good feet, correct body shape, another with well bent stifles who moved well. 3 Moore’s Luthais Loch Katrine.

PGB

1 Paynes Auchdaran Kiss Full Of Fire. My notes said what a lovely brindle bitch, very good type, neat rose ears, powerful underjaw with correct bite, correct front, good depth and width in chest, neck of good thickness with slight arch, well ribbed short back, correct topline moved with drive. After the Judging I was asked do I recognise the bitch I said not a clue, Apparently it was a bitch I showed 18 months ago and done well with she has matured into a cracking bitch, as I thought she would.

2 Jacksons Jackabyte Nemesis. As always from this kennel they have produced some very nice Dogs and Bitches over the years, and this bitch is another lovely bitch, B/B very similar in make and shape of first, maybe a little stronger in head, loved her front, and she moved so well, When I went behind her by shoes scraped on the floor it made her uneasy so I’m very sorry to the exhibitor.

3 Thomsons Alport Dark Queen.

LB

1 Crawfords and Wilsons, Northstaff Bay Bomber For Crowstaff JW. Very fit bitch hard as nails, super clean head of correct type, well placed shoulders, arched neck, well ribbed , well muscled thighs, hocks well let down, moved with drive, should go to the top a quality bitch,

2 Arntzen, Catstaff If I Had A Heart. Very lovely B/B bitch, another of quality, she had more size to her head than first but remaining feminine, strong front, good bone, liker her make and shape, good depth to chest, in A1 condition handle and moved Brilliantly.

3 Bainborough, Sikaistaff Dark Phoenix.

OB

1 Jones Ch Chiswelstaff Black Velvet At Kamaristaff JW. I judged this bitch at her very first show as a minor puppy a few years back, she was in a good class, she was very raw and nervous but I could see something in her so I took my time gaining her confidence and ended up giving her a third place and told her owner then she will go on and do well for you, and she never looked back, very smart B/B love her head for make and shape strong body well-muscled, hindquarters moved well, see she the Dam of my dog CC winner and told another CC winner and some others I placed today, so for me that’s a true champion that can produce the goods as good or better than themselves.

2 Parkers Ch Elitebull Mojito At Nettleworth. Another very worthy champion, B/B of immense quality cracking head screams Stafford to me, good front and bone standing on good feet, from her nose to her backend just flows into each other, moved with power around the ring she is a very worthy champion.

3rd Jacsons Jackabyte Bocouture JW. Three who will change places many times.

VB

1 Desmond’s Elitebull Destiny. 8-Year-old B/B don’t look her age that’s for sure, good bone, correct in front, her head is a lovely shape, kept her topline on the move and she did move well best Veteran in breed.

2 Allard Int Ch Staffanatic’s Honey Moon. Red and white 11-year-old showing her age now but went well, she seemed to enjoy her day she still moved fore and aft well.

3 Allard’s Fr/Int Ch Staffanatic’s Magicpotion.
