STAFFORDSHIRE BULL MIDLAND COUNTIES 24 Judge: Gillian McDermott Can I begin by thanking the Midland Counties committee for the invitation to Judge. And then to by ring stewards for keeping me on my toes, and the running of the ring a Big Thank You, lastly the exhibitors which made this day one to remember, and taking my decisions in a sportsmanship manor, the overall health of the breed is good, but we need to be watching the tail sets and movements. We can all agree there is no perfect Staffordshire bull terrier, but we need to be aware of what is in the standard. MPD (7,1) 1 Funnell Powerpack Jack In The Box b/b lovely head shape, with dark eye and correct bite, neat ears, and good pigmentation, clean lips and enough underjaw, feet nicely padded, and tight. Close coupled, with a level topline, a good spread of rib for age, well bend of stifle, coat short, moved well round the ring holding his topline. BPD and BPIB. 2 Jennings. Elitebull Valentine White/red a lovely head with defined stop, dark eye and neat ears bite correct, front straight and good feet, short coupled and level top line, moved good round the ring, 3 Rhodes Taraiel Havoc At Teracota Pd (6,1) 1 Moult Kamaristaffs Royal Legend b/b Grand head shape and defined stop, correct bite, and neat ears, lots of expression, front straight and wide, nice depth of brisket, short coupled and level topline stood still and on the move, nicely defined hind quarters with a well bent stifle, coat short and in good condition for his age. 2 Duffield and Mansell Duffield Sharmara Lacrnum Inflamari Red with white blaze, broad head and distinct stop, eyes dark and correct bit, neat ears, lots of expression, straight in front and well-padded feet, and depth of brisket, nice bend of stifle, lovely developed hocks, short in back and a level topline, coat short, moved well in ring. 3 Robinson, Robinson Cox and Cox Hamason Sweet Little Mystery Jd (7,2) 1 Ducan Rhebelstaff Hunky Dory b/b broad head and defined stop, well developed cheek muscles, strong in underjaw, correct bite, and tight lips, lots of expression, straight in front and good depth of brisket, short coupled and spread of ribs, feet well padded and no weakness in pasterns, a lovely short coat with a level topline stood still and on the move, a well-balanced youngster. 2 Marsden Jayneze Doctor Jimmy At Modlife Brindle, good head shape, with defined stop, neat ears, correct bite, and underjaw, well-muscled cheek bumps, front straight with well padded feet, a good depth of brisket, short coupled and level topline, nicely defined hocks and well bend of stifle, held topline when moved round the ring. 3 Jackson Jackabyte Redemption [A1] Yd (10,1) 1 Johnson Tillcar Fire Soldier [JW] B/b a broad head and lots of expression, eyes dark and lovely ear carriage, correct bite and clean tight lips, well developed cheek muscles, nice underjaw, good bone and straight in front, with well padded feet, short back and close coupled, with a nice spring of rib, well let down hocks and bend of stifle, level topline stood still and on the move. 2 Davies Hasburystaff Top Gun B with white on front, lovely head shape and defined stop, ears neat and correct bite, good underjaw, front straight and plenty of bone, a nice depth of brisket and well sprung ribs, short back, closely coupled with a level topline, well padded feet and no weakness in pasterns, moved well in the ring and held his topline, 3 Walton, Kirk, Rochelle and Rochelle Kirstaff God Of Thunder [Jw] Pgd (7,2) 1 Green Sikaistaff Black Barrel At Cocostaff [JW] B/b lovely expression, with a broad clean head, correct bite and placement of ears, lovely dark eyes and defined cheek muscles, good underjaw, well laid back shoulders and straight in front, good feet and no weakness in pasterns, spring a ribs good and depth of brisket, a level topline, and short coupled, well developed rear angulation, nice hocks and well bent stifle, tail set good, moved with drive in the ring holding topline. 2 Thorley And Fearnley Crewstaff Half Blud Prince B showing lots of expression, a broad head, with well definded stop, correct bite, and check bumps, ears neat, and dark eyes, well laid back shoulders, and short in back, front straight and no weakness in pasterns, a well develop[ed hock and nice bend of stifle, tail set good, and a close coat, move well in the ring. 3 Kendall Marenystaff Lord Spiderman [Imp Esp] Ld (12,3) 1 Lloyd-Williams Cwmhaf Celtic Quest B/b with a clean masculine head, broad with well defined stop, neat ears and correct bite a strong underjaw, and lovely muscled cheek bumps, great pigmentation, good width in front and depth of brisket, well sprung ribs short coupled and level topline, lots of bone and no weakness in pasterns, nicely padded feet, good muscled hocks and well bent stifle correct tail set holding topline when mover, a well balanced dog and a credit to his owners, great condition coat short and close. A well deserved RCC 2 Kirk Kirstaff The First Avenger [JW] Red and another put out in grand condition, with lots of expression, and broad head, defined stop, ears neat, correct bite, lovely cheek muscles, front straight and no weakness in pasterns, short coupled with a good spring of rib, hocks well let down and bend of stifle, held a level topline on the move and stood stacked, another credit to his owners. 3 Thomas Biggleswick Mr Tom [A1] Od (7,1) 1 Sheldon Ch Kamaristaffs Royal Ransom At Bowtman [JW] B/B, what can be said about this dog that has not already being said, he fits the standard, his head is broad and masculine, with defined stop, ears neat and correct bite, good underjaw, lovely cheek bumps, and not long in the neck with well laid back shoulders and front straight, plenty of bone and good spring of rib, short in back with level topline, good depth of brisket, with hock well let down and bend of stifle, moved with ease in the ring, holding topline, a very clean and balanced boy, no doute in my mind to award him the dog CC. 2 Stanway Waystaff Strikes Mayhem [A1] W/Red. Lovely head shape, and defined stop, dark eyes, and correct bite, muscled cheek bumps, front straight, and good bone, dark pigmentation, well laid back shoulders short back and good spring of ribs, well-muscled hocks, and bend of stifle, showing no weakness in pasterns, mover well in the ring. 3 Ibsen Dk/Sw/Hun Ch Keepastaff Little Benz Vd (3) 1 Desmond Ch Elitebulls Challenger [JW] B/B in grand condition, correct bite and neat ears, well laid-back shoulders and front straight, close coupled and level topline, good depth of brisket, and spring of ribs, muscled rear hocks and well bend of stifle, coat short and close, moved well round the ring. A credit to his owners 2 Lewis Ch Biggleswick Splash Of Ginge Red another holding his own for his age, correct bite and neat ears, a nice head shape with defined stop, dark eyes, and muscled cheek bumps, well laid shoulders and spring of ribs, short coupled, and no weakness at pasterns, moved well in the ring holding topline on the move and stacked. And again a credit to his owners. 3 Rowe And South Illori Akinlana [JW] ShCM VW SPECIAL BEGINNERS (5,1) 1 Mills Stormbreakers Vengeance At Milarke Bull Red nice shaped head with correct bite and neat ears, good underjaw, and straight in front, short coupled, and sprung ribs, coat short and close, lots of expression, and moved well round the ring. 2 Jennings Elitebull Valentine [See Minor Puppy Dog]. 3 Nightingale And Griffiths Cicynnes Heaven Sent At Marellastaff Mpb (21,1) 1 Mattihews Janjoma Hearts Desire B/B showing lots of expression, with a lovely head shape, eyes dark and correct bite, ears neat and underjaw, front straight and enough rib for age, short coupled and level topline, coat short and close with a nice tail set, moved well in the ring, BPB 2 Stanway Waystaff Causing Mayhem W/Red lovely pigmentation and with correct bite and ears neat, dark eyes, good in front and plenty of bone, short back and close coupled, well padded feet, and moved well for her age. 3 Rochelle, Rochelle, Rochelle and Kirk Metalbull Black Pearl PB (9,1) 1 Addison Hammystaff Shape Of You At Guyad R/W Lots of expression and good pigmentation, correct bite and ears carriage, front straight with plenty of bone, head broad but still feminine with a defined stop, feet neat and good width of chest, short coupled and nice spring of rib for her age, held top line stood still and on the move. 2 Bowman Sikaistaff Lil Monster At Kamiflo B/B Another with a good expression, dark eyes and correct bite neat ears, and a good underjaw, lovely head shape, front straight and no weakness in the pasterns, short back and level topline, well let down hocks and bend of stifle, moved well in the ring holding her topline. 3 Taylor, Taylor,Coombes and Coombes, Fredbur Gogo Yubari At Niatone Jb (11,3) 1 Liggins, Liggins and Curd Ellchansha Under Your Spell At Knockon B/b super head with lots of expression, correct bite and neat ears, dark eyes, well deveploed cheek muscles, showing a clean feminine head, well laid back shoulders and straight in front no weakness in the pasterns, short coupled and good spring of rib, well let down hocks and good bend if stifle, coat short and close, correct tail set, move well in the ring holding topline stacked and on the move, a very bright future ahead for this girl and a credit to her ownwers. 2 Duncan Rhebelstaff Sweet Thing, B/b another with a bright future ahead, lovely head shape and defined stop, correct bite, and neat ears, plenty on underjaw, laid back shoulders, and straight in front, enough bone but not overdone, well sprung ribs and short coupled, nice depth of brisket, well muscled hocks and nice bend of stifle, level topline when moved, 3 Roper and Harrison Trawden Vanilla Sunset Yb (12,4) 1 Gallagher Alshancorn Says Who [JW] B/b head broad and clean and dark eyes correct bite and ear carriage, defined stop and lovely underjaw, front straight and no weakness in her pasterns, well padded feet, short in the back, and well sprung ribs, lovely muscled hocks and well bent stifle, good tail set, plenty of bone, and width of brisket, coat short and close, with a good topline stood still and on the move. 2 Johnson Tillcar Desire For Fire B/b a feminine head with a defined stop dark eyes, and correct bite neat ears, and good underjaw, shoulders laid back and front straight, plenty of bone showing no weakness at pasterns, and good padded feet, close coupled and a level topline, good width in front and depth of brisket, a nice spring of rib, well let down hocks and good bend of stifle, coat short and close, held topline when moving and stood still. 3 Cazal Un Jolie Kafrine Dann Ker Salaozy Pgb (10,3) 1 Bowman Sikaistaff All Of Me At Kamiflo B/b a broad head with distinct stop, well-muscled cheek bumps, correct bite and neat ears, dark eyes, with a good underjaw, shoulders laid back and short coupled, a good spring of rib, level topline, front straight and no weakness in pasterns, coat close and short, well developed hocks and nice bent stifle, moved with ease round the ring holding topline when moved and stood still. With a good tail set. 2 Constant Sikaistaff Cask Strength [JW] B/b lovely head shape, a defined stop, with good underjaw, correct bite and ear carriage, good spring of rib and short coupled, front straight, and a nice depth of brisket, coat short and close, nice angulation at rear and well bent stifle, level topline when stood still and on the move. These two girls were bred by the same breeder, and are a credit to there owners 3 Walker Torkavi The Last Dragon At Teshleystaf [JW] LB (9) 1 Karlsson Jewelstaff Heart And Steel With Wyrefare B/b lovely head shape, dark eyes, correct bite and neat ears, not overdone and still feminine well developed cheek bumps and good underjaw, straight in front and depth of brisket, well sprung ribs, short coupled and level topline, lovely laid-back shoulders, and no weakness at the pasterns, muscular hocks and nicely bent stifle, great condition, short coat and close, with a good tail set, moved with ease in the ring, showing the virtues of the breed. I was pleased to present her with the RCC today. 2 Jackson Jackabyte Nemesis B/b another that catches your eye, and again full of the virtues of the breed, correct bite and neat ears, lovely broad head and a dark eye, well defined stop, and good underjaw, laid back shoulders, and short coupled, lots of bone, and width of chest and depth is her brisket, coat short and close, with no weakness in her pasterns, great rear angulation and bend of stifle, lovely tail set, and shown in great condition, moved well in the ring, and again showing the feminine virtues of the breed. 3 Bainborough Vadeliza Box Of Trix Ob (10,3) 1 Cartwright Elitebull Skyefall [JW] B/b best class of the day, the quality in the class was overwhelming to say the least. This girl has all the virtues and type of the breed and is a credit to her owners and breeder, a feminine head shape, with dark eyes and neat ears, good underjaw and distinct stop, with developed cheek bumps, a great expression, lovely well laid back shoulders and short coupled, a level topline, good spring of rib, and well let down hocks and bend of stifle, coat close and short and in grand condition, moved with drive in the ring going away and coming back, fits the standard well, it was with great pleasure to award her the BCC and BOB 2 Plumstead Ch Kamaristaffs Royal Gem At Jazostaff [JW] B/b another top class girl, showing lots of breed type, correct bite and near ears, dark eyes, and lots of expression, developed cheek bumps, shoulder laid back and short coupled, front straight, with no weakness of pasterns, nicely padded feet, good spring of rib, muscular rear with well let down hocks, and bend of stifle, coat short and close, with a level topline Stacked Or On The Move. 3 Crawford and Wilson CH Northstaff bay bomber for crowstaff [JW] VB (4,1) 1 Buchan Happysataff Could It Be Magic B lovely head shape with dark eyes neat ears, and good bite, front straight and a good depth of brisket, well padded feet, coat short and close, back short with a good spring of rib, moved well in the ring holding her topline when moved, and a good tail set. 2 Robinson, Robinson-Cox, and Cox Studstaff Sugar And Spice Of Hamason [JW] ShCM Red nice head shape, and dark eyes, good underjaw, and correct bite, ears neat, straight in front and well-padded feet, short coupled, level topline, well sprung ribs, lovely width of chest, coat close and short, well-muscled rear hocks and nice bend of stifle, moved good and held her topline. 3 Daly And Lee Starolstaff Arabella At Boscador [VW] SPECIAL BEGINNERS (7,1) 1 Bowmam Sikaistaff All Of Me At Kamiflo, [See 2nd Post Grad] 2 Shepherd Ladarna glen isla B/b nice head and correct bite, neat ears, dark eyes, and good underjaw, front straight and plenty of bone, short coupled and level topline, moved well in the ring 3 Mills Blue boy winner at milarke bull Mrs. Gillian McDermott |
