Firstly I would like to thank the officers & committee of the Manchester Dog Show Ch show for inviting me to judge Staffordshire Bull Terriers & to my two stewards for helping me in the ring & the exhibitors for letting me go over your dogs, many good quality dogs went without cards.

1 Jones & Davies’ Maxsta Prince Of Celts, b/br with white fleck on chest, looks well advanced for his age, lovely head shape, neat ears, dark eye & deep stop, good muzzle length & clean bite, clean straight front, level topline & ample rib & nicely developing hindquarters, moved well. BPD, BPIS;

2 Partington’s Manark Bronze’s Star, b/br with white fleck lower chest, good strong head developing nicely, short neck leading onto well laid shoulders & good topline, hindquarters developing nicely, moved & handled well;

3 Patrick’s, Welshstaff Little John.

1 Mayren’s Bellarouge Adonis at Fergiestaffs, r/w pied, nicely developing head shape, deep stop & good muzzle length with clean bite, short neck, straight front with enough width & depth of chest, rib carriage coming on nicely, level topline & short coupled & rear end developing nicely, moved well;

2 Hirst’s Taraiel Darth Vader, b/br, good head shape, deep stop & dark eye, good length of muzzle with good bite, good depth of brisket, good rib carriage, short coupled leading onto a nicely developing hindquarters, good tailset;

3 Matthews & Jones’ Gallantstaff Celtic Sword.

1 Davies’ Braunstaff From Hasbury, dark brindle, neat head shape with good ear carriage & stop, dark eye & good muzzle length & clean lip, good depth of brisket, good shoulder placement & rib carriage, short coupled leading onto nicely developing hindquarters, move well;

2 Rowe’s Illori Akiiki’s, b/br, pleasing head shape, dark eye, good muzzle length with correct bite, good neck length & shoulders & level topline, good rib & tuck-up, good hindquarters & bend of stifle, up on his toes, moved well;

3 Rowbotham’s Elitebull Black And Brass.

1 Hirst & Bibby’s Taraiel Busta Rhymes, dark brindle, cracking dog from all angles with shape & balance, good head shape with strength & pleasing expression, dark eye & stop, good muzzle length with correct bite, neat ears, short but strong neck, good clean front & good depth of brisket, ample rib & short coupled, well muscled hindquarters & good tailset, showed & handled well. RCC;

2 Bowler’s Kyraloebis The Bogus Man at Trelynbow, b/br, another pleasing dog that looked good from all angles, good width & depth of head, good shoulder placement, deep brisket & up on his pasterns, good topline & hindquarters, moved well;

3 Jackson’s Molru Nothing Else Matters.

1 Martinez’s Bullbrothers Dr Who, b/br with white fleck on chest, good clean head, dark eye & deep stop, clean muzzle & good bite, well laid shoulders, good width & depth of brisket, up on his pasterns, ample rib, short coupled & good bend of stifle & well let down of the hocks, moved well;

2 Karlsson & Beaufoy’s Jewelstaff Rocker Billy Boy, b/br with white fleck on chest, good head shape with deep stop, dark eye & good muzzle length, good clean straight front, good topline & rib carriage leading onto a well defined hindquarters, moved well;

3 McKimm’s Fergiestaffs Olympic Flame.

1 Stanway’s Waystaff What A Cracker, mahogany/br with white chest, very strong dog with a good head & clean front, good shoulder placement & depth in his brisket, kept his topline moving & standing, up on his pasterns, good rib & hindquarters, moved well;

2 Ford’sJefmor Eye Of The Tiger, b/br with white fleck on chest, good head shape, dark eye & good muzzle length, good body length with ample rib & tuck-up & a powerful hindquarters, moved with drive;

3 Heron’s Manark Fast And Furious.

1 Hedges & McBride’s Brohez Rubin Hurricane, b/br with white fleck on chest, powerful head with width & depth & a keen expression, neat ears, deep stop & dark eye with good muzzle length, good clean front & deep brisket, good level topline which he kept on the move & good rib, short coupled leading onto a powerful hindquarters, moved with drive. CC;

2 Kimber’s Kimstaffs Harry Potter, b/br with white patch on chest, cracking head with strength, width & depth & no exaggeration, deep brisket, & up on his pasterns, good spring of rib, level topline leading onto well angulated hindquarters, moved well;

3 Stanway’s Waystaff Strikes Out.

VD (1)

1 Glassbrook’s Captain Ron, b/br, two days short of his 9th birthday & still looking good. Just a little grey on muzzle on a well proportioned head, good front with width & depth, good topline & ample rib, good tuck-up & a sound hindquarters, move well.

1 Butler’s Joemikeste Play The Game, b/br with white patch on chest, just a baby, but showing the attributes I was looking for, pleasing head shape with dark eye & good stop, good muzzle length, good clean deep front & level topline, right amount of rib & short coupled & nicely developing hindquarters, moved & handled well;

2 Membury’s Mitzstaff Strike A Pose, r/w pied, again another one with a nicely developing head with good width & depth with a dark eye & good muzzle length, nice depth of brisket & shoulder placement & kept a good topline on the move; 3 Kastner’s Bullrichs Don’t Worry Be Happy.

1 Mckimm’s Biggleswick Fifty Fifty, red with white front, lovely feminine head with dark eye, but still showing strength with good stop & muzzle length with clean bite, good width & depth of chest, good depth to rib carriage leading onto short coupling & a nicely developing hindquarters, moved well. BPB;

2 Glassbrook’s Rhoglass Megamillion, b/br, she has a good clean head with dark eye & good stop, neat ears, correct bite, straight front & good shoulder placement, good rib carriage & close coupled & good angulation to her hindquarters, moved well;

3 Woollett’s Assillio Jupiter’s New Star.

1 Saunt’s Crudha Nordic Star, b/br, very promising youngster, clean strong feminine head with neat ears & dark eye, good stop & muzzle length, good depth of brisket & up on her toes, good rib carriage & short coupled, hindquarters developing nicely, moved well;

2 Payton’s Tonpay Anythin Could Happen, b/br with white chest, good shape head with neat ears & good stop, correct bite, & clean lip, good neck length & shoulder placement, with a level topline leading onto nicely angulated hindquarters, moved OK;

3 Johnson’s Ginstean My Girl Lollipop at Nikkylestaff.

1 Byrnes’ Sandstaffs Jewel Delight at Lackyle, b/br with white fleck on chest, nice clean feminine head with dark eye, good stop & muzzle length with correct scissor bite, straight deep front & up on her pasterns & tight well padded feet, good rib & tuck-up, leading on to a well defined hindquarter, moved well;

2 Sem & Ullerflan’s CCelunas Know It All, b/br with white line on chest, nicely proportioned head with dark eye & good ear carriage & deep stop, clean muzzle & correct bite, good neck length & deep brisket, good shoulder placement & rib carriage, good rear angulation & tailset, moved well;

3 Smith’s Willowstaff Dream Catcher.

1 Canavan’sBoldstock Am I Bovered, mahogany/br, what a quality bitch from nose to tail, strong head but with a feminine expression, excellent rose ears, deep stop & dark eye, good muzzle length & strong underjaw with correct bite, good length of neck & correct shoulder placement with good depth of brisket & well up on her pasterns, excellent rib carriage, short coupled leading onto a well muscled hindquarter, shown, handled & moved to perfection. CC, BOB;

2 Green’s Jewelstaff Miss Chief at Fromestaff, b/br with two white flecks on chest, she has a lovely strong feminine head with dark eye, good stop & strong muzzle, good deep brisket with a good rib carriage & tuck-up leading onto a powerful hindquarters, moved well;

3 Kendall’s Biggleswick diamond Lil at Rossobull.

1 Partington’s Manark Chioe’s Pride, b/br with white tips on toes. Very attractive bitch with a lovely head, good ears carriage & dark eye, deep stop & strong muzzle with a good bite, good length of neck & shoulder placement with a good depth of brisket & short coupled leading onto a well muscled hindquarter & well let down hocks, moved well;

2 Beesley’s Jodanzac Missy Lou, mahogany/br with white fleck on chest. Very attractive head with neat ears & dark eyes, good muzzle length & clean lip, correct bite & strong underjaw, good depth of chest with well boned legs, good rib carriage & tuck-up, with a good angulated hindquarters, moved well;

3 Moorcroft’s Ashbull Omee.

OB (8,1)

1 Butler’s Seenworstaff Storm Warning at Joemikeste, judged this little beauty in puppy & gave her BP. Red with dark muzzle & white neck & chest. She has developed into a stunner, good strong but feminine head with good bite, right amount of neck with good angulated shoulders & deep brisket, ample rib & good tuck-up, driven by a well muscled hindquarters which help her move with ease. RCC;

2 Kastner’s Bullrichs Burning Heart, red with black tip on nose & white fleck on chest. Nice clean head with no exaggeration, good stop with good muzzle length & good bite, good length of neck leading onto well laid shoulders, deep brisket & ample rib, short coupled leading onto well muscled hindquarters, moved well;

3 Hirst & Bibby’s Ch Taraiel Ciara.

1 Fox’s Jolihem Fearless Jo, 15 years & 4 months, what can I say about this grand old lady that has not been said before, despite that I could not get over how bubbly & happy to showboat herself up & down the ring, I like to thank her owner, for the privilege of going over her. BV. She also got the biggest applause;

2 Hirst & Bibby’s Ch Tarail Trinity, b/br with white blaze on chest & around her neck. 9 years 10 months, just a little grey on her muzzle, still got head shape with dark eye & clean muzzle, good topline & clean front, good rib & hindquarters, still moves with drive.
