STAFFORDSHIRE BULL LKA 18 Judge: Ms Michelle Southall (Beckash) BEST OF BREED : 6351 STANWAY Mrs E A Aus Ch Mosstrooper Kentucky Moon (Imp) STAFFORDSHIRE BULL JUDGE LKA 18 I would like to thank the Society for the chance to judge the show. Overall the exhibits were of good standard and only one, which in my opinion, had a mouth issue with very tight incissors. 1 Riley's Hatson Come On Thunder. Black brindle who is developing well for his age pleasing young dog, excellent masculine head shape with dark eyes. Good ear carriage. Very good scissors bite. Well boned. Level topline, pleasing profile, good back end. Moved well. What a puppy should be. 1 Johnson's Tillcarr Fire Coanda Jw JW. Black brindle with white blaze.Excellent masculine head shape with dark keen eyes. Good ear carriage. Very good scissor bite and strong underjaw. Well sprung ribs. Level topline, pleasing profile, Sound movement fore and aft, was pleased to award RBD. 2 Preston's Tillcarr Fire Starter. Black brindle with similar attributes to first, well put together without any exaggerations. Correct ear set and used them well when you look at him. Nice front, good chest and ribcage for his age, preferred first on the day. 3 Gough's Manark Made To Measure. 1 Garbett's Subaron Handsome Hero. Good proportions overall. Dark round eyes. Correct bite. Excellent front with good chest. Well laid shoulders, ample angulation with developing second thigh, difficult to settle whilst on the move. 1 Mitchell & Ashton's Our Little Cracker. Blue brindle, correct head and bite, good head shape, prefer darker eye, but bears some relation to coat colour, correct bite, ample rib, good front tight feet, moved well, put down in excellent condition. 1 Stanway's Aus Ch Mosstrooper Kentucky Moon. My star of the day. I have seen and watched him before from outside the ring and I wasn't disappointed when I put my hands on him. Completely balanced in every way. Substantial with strength and power. Mainly white with red. Presented in fine coat condition. Strong neck set on to well laid shoulders with a correct turn of stifle. Pasterns and legs are straight, feet are tight, topline is level with ribs well sprung. Moved with drive and purpose, pleased to award Best Dog and Best of Breed. 1 Mitchell & Ashton's Our Little Cracker. 1 Mignano-Fricker & Fricker's Calaveys Juliette. Black brindle, good head shape for age, with neat ears, strong underjaw and dark eye, front developing with a nice outline. Short coupled and a level topline. Good rib and moved well. As would expect with a puppy, a happy little one, would like to see her in the future. 2 Hinsley & Rogers' Berrystock Fallen Angel At Tigerbull. Many attributes of first and not much between both, placings could change, black brindle with ample head and rose ears, good dark eye. Good ratio muzzle/skull. Neat lips. Good bite. Straight front, tight feet. Moved well fore and aft. 3 Wisniewski's Holmane Petalite. 1 Yates' Ellchansha Happy Ever After. Black brindle pleasing bitch. Balanced all over. Lovely feminine expression with dark eyes. Lovely and clean head shape, distinct stop and strong underjaw. Very good bite, good front with well padded feet. Good spring of rib. Level topline. Good back end. Moved well. 1 Butler's Druidhawk Miss Havisham. Standard bitch with a lovely and clean head shape. Good proportions overall. Dark round eyes. Correct bite. Excellent front with good Brisket. Well laid back shoulders. Well muscled body with nicely angulated rear and good spring of rib, nicely coated and in excellent condition. 1 Rogers' Berrystock Miss Spitfire. Stood alone in this class today, nevertheless fully deserving of her first place. Lovely feminine head and expression. Super overall shape viewed in side profile, has all the curves in the right places. Good width of thigh with correct turn of stifle enabling plenty of rear drive. Was pleased to award Best Bitch and Reserve Best of Breed. 2 McDermott & Bernhardsson's Kings & Queens Over The Moon JW (Imp). Feminine head with a clean scissor bite, bright keen eye well set complimented her lovely expression. Short neck flowed into a good lay of shoulder. Enough depth of brisket, lovely curvaceous underline which flowed into a good tuck up. Pleasing topline which she held on the move. Strong rear, good turn of stifle with hocks well let down. 3 Kirk's Jodanzac Fireball Red. 1 Knight's Elitebull Enigma. Beautifully presented with a gleaming raven black coat. Head has a decent expression, eyes are dark and ears neat. Straight front, level topline, compact body with a deep chest. powerful yet very feminine. Moved with drive. 2 Miller & Greg's Nickayne Uptown Girl. Nicely presented and well conditioned. Another feminine head shape with keen expression, ample neck with no exaggeration, sloping shoulder and topline with decent tail set. Forechest is prominent but not overdone. Deep chest with well sprung ribs. Dark eyes with keen expression, moved with purpose. 3 Jones' Li'l Miss Velvet At Kamaristaff. 1 Stanway's Stormfire Crack The Code At Waystaff (Imp). Another pretty bitch, loved her style and compact shape. Feminine head dark eye good stop and muzzle, correct bite. Good length of neck and excellent forechest construction, straight front tight feet, strong topline and well set tail.well muscled hindquarters, well let down hocks. She has all the essentials in breed type super texture to coat and good colour. Moved with drive. 2 Moore's She's A Rockstar At Chedanstaff. Feminine head dark eye and well placed ears good bite and muzzle, well proportioned. Super expression. Well constructed throughout, with straight front and tight feet. Good topline and well muscled quarters. 3 Mignano-Fricker & Fricker's Calavey's Ma.
