Secondly, to all exhibitors for their sporting demeanour and for allowing me to judge their charges on what was another scorcher of a day. MPD (3) 1 Rhodes & Pritchard's Taraiel Reaper at Teracota. 8 month old bl/br with white, compact, standard Stafford puppy whom is already showing strength of virtue. Good head shape, mouth, eyes and ears all as should be. Well boned front, compact body and solid rear assembly. Moved and handled well for a youngster, one who will I'm sure go on to greater successes. BPD. 2 Hirst & Bibby's Taraiel soulja Boy. Bl/br also of 8 months and indeed the litter brother of winner. Much the same values as his sibling, perhaps not quite the same level of maturity, but nonetheless another tidy young puppy. 3 Frankland's Aldwych Rockstar. PD (6,2) 1 Pocknell's Ashstock Highland Warrior at Blunoosa. Upstanding 12 month old red dog, typical unexaggerated Stafford head with good length of skull. Good bite, neat ears & dark eyes. Straight, nicely boned front, showing daylight under him. Good top line and underline, well angulated rear assembly which balances to front allowing flowing movement. Another promising young male. 2 Calonge's Stormfire Lebron James. 10 month old deep red with white chest of standard proportions. Strong head, good bite, eyes and ears. Well boned straight front, good length of body and back end. 3 Marachowska & Marachowski's Passernomen Blancus Omen. JD (5) 1 Desmond's Elitebulls Challenger. 15 month old bl/br. Well up to size, strong head piece with enough length to skull. Good mouth, dark eyes, neat ears. Well boned straight front, nice length to body and balance of angulation to rear. In lovely condition. 2 Preston's Tillcarr Fire Starter. Dark brindle with white of 12 months, another with a strong head, good bite, dark round eyes and neat ears. Ample boned front, nice length of body and solid back end. 3 Brandon's Jodanzac Red Gunner. YD (6,1) 1 Williams' Illori Back Chat. Dark brindle with white chest, of good size. Typical unexaggerated headpiece with length to skull. Good bite, dark round eyes of medium size, neat ears. Well boned straight front, nice body properties and rear angulation to balance. A good honest Stafford in lovely condition. Moved well. 2 Morrell's Mr Prospector Des Terres D'amor (IMP FRA). Dark brindle of standard make and shape. Strong head, wide well boned front. Nice length of body and backend. 3 Butler's Nettleworth None The Wiser. GD (3,2) 1 Williams' Illori Back Chat. Winner of previous class. PGD (5) 1 Woodward's Powerpack a Tisket a Tasket. Top sized black brindle. Good strength of head with length of skull. Good bite, dark eyes, neat ears. Straight nicely boned front. Good length to body and well angulated backend. A tidy dog all around but I'd like to have seen him more on his toes. 2 Williams' Illori Back Chat. 1st in YD & GD. 3 Mitchell & Ashton's Our Little Cracker. LD (11,1) 1 Allsopp's Rubericla Trailbreaker. Top sized bl/br in absolutely gleaming condition. Lovely clean, typical Stafford headpiece with no trace of coarseness. Good length to skull for function, super bite, clean lips, dark eyes of medium size and neat ears. Clean, straight, well boned front. Shoulders well laid back and set on. Excellent shape and depth of ribcage allowing for heart and lung room. Good topline, taught underline. Nice width of pelvis to provide balance with front, and well angulated, well muscled rear assembly, moved out well once he gets in sync with his owner, a real team these two are and a joy to behold in a competitive environment. All in all he was hard to look past, a real credit to his owners and a pleasure to award him the DCC & BOB which I later discovered, was his 3rd congratulations. 2 Rowe & South's Illori Akinlana JW ShCM. Another bl/br, lovely unexaggerated Stafford male of good size. Typical head shape with good length to skull. Nice clean foreface, good eyes and ears all in order. Straight, well boned clean front. Good length of body, topline and underline. Solid backend to balance. Also presented in cracking condition. An overall smart dog. Well done. 3 Rowbotham's Elitebull Black and Brass JW. OD (8, 2) 1 Stanway's Waystaff What a Cracker. Super clean, upstanding dark brindle with white male. Lovely clean head, not overdone in anyway, with good bite, dark eyes and neat ears as should be, clean, straight front with nice weight of bone. Excellent angulation to shoulders, good ribcage, compact body and nice width to pelvis, well angulated rear quarters to balance. Moved obediently. Another smart Stafford. RDCC. 2 Mcclelland's Ch Rochlawie Behold the Hour. Top size dark brindle with white on chest. Lovely typical head shape. Good bite, super dark eyes, neat ears. Nicely boned front with width. Good length of body to match. Nice topline, underline and good backend. Sound on the move. Well handled. 3 Keetch & Wilson's Am Ch Samross American Dream. VD (1) 1 Lourens' Sajojistaff High Voltage. Super athletic, 8yr old, specimen of the breed. Unexaggerated head, good bite, dark eyes and neat ears. Good functional body properties throughout and in fantastic condition for his age. A credit to his owners. BV. MPB (5,1) 1 Funnell's Powerpack Alura Finvarra. 8 month bl/br, cracking feminine puppy of athletic proportions. Good clean appealing head with everything as it should be. Straight, nicely boned front. Well angulated shoulders, good length of body and back end to balance. A cracking young bitch whom will surely have a bright future. BPB. BPIB. 2 Molineux & Ford's Druidhawk Polly Toodle. Another lovely young puppy, also 8 months. Very similar virtues to the first. Perhaps a shade stronger generally but she should also have many future successes. 3 Karlsson's Lackyle Banrion Usual at Jewelstaff. PB (7) 1 Funnell's Powerpack Alura Finvarra Winner of MPB. 2 Arntzen & Kerry's Catstaff's Fact or Fiction (ATC AV01394NOR). 8 month bl/br. Cracking feminine bitch of good size. Good head strength for age. Nice length of skull, good size teeth, dark eyes and neat ears. Ample boned clean straight front. Athletic body properties that all balance out nicely. Good topline, tight underline and in spanking order for a youngster. A tad raw at this stage but as she matures should go on to do well. Expertly handled. 3 Davis' Sharmara Amazing Grace. JB (5,2) 1 Saunt's Indira v d Westmatt (IMP NLD). 12 month bl/br with white on chest. Feminine head shape just developing. Tidy ears, dark eyes and good mouth. Straight ample boned front with lift. Nicely angulated front and rear. Moved easily for handler. 2 Anchor's Lonemoor Inion Realta. 13 moths old bl/br of standard size. Clean head, nicely boned front and compact body. In gleaming coat condition. Slightly shorter all around than winner. Another nice specimen. 3 Gardner's Ballindona Fab'u'luss for Labrastaf. YB (5,1) 1 Rowe & South's Illori Believe In Me JW. Upstanding dk/br bitch of good size. Clean feminine head with length. Good bite, neat ears, dark eyes. Clean straight front with enough bone. Lovely length to body and in excellent condition to boot. 2 Turner & Neale's Tegumen White Knuckles. White bitch, again, very similar in virtue to winner, aside from colour. Clean typical Stafford head. Small ears, dark eyes. Nicely boned front. Good body lines and back end. Also turned out in top order. 3 Saunt's Moonlight Shimmer of Darklands (IMP FRA). GB (3,1) 1 Mitchell & Ashston's Blooming Lovely. Super clean, feminine dk/br with white on chest. Typical Stafford head shape, unexaggerated. Nice dark eyes, neat ears with good mouth. Ample boned straight front. Enough length of body. Good top line and backend. Nicely balanced compact bitch. Showed and handled with understanding. 2 Rowe & South's Illori Bootie Luv. Standard dark br of stockier make and shape. Strong head, well boned wide front. Solid rear quarters. PGB (9,1) 1 Funnell's Powerpack Cherokee JW. Good quality bl/br bitch. Up to size. Nice and clean, typical head. Good mouth, lovely dark eyes and neat ears. Well boned front, good body and rear angulation. Moved ok. 2 Yarnham's Engladian Can't Buy Me Love. Bl/br with white chest. Similar in make, shape, height and length to winner. Stronger all over generally. 3 Rowe & South's Illori Bootie Luv. LB (15,3) 1 Mcclelland's Rochlawie Bonnie Lass. Top size dk/br of quality. Probably a little strong for my preference. None the less full of virtue. Cracking functional head with length to skull. Clean foreface,super bite, dark round eyes. Neat ears which she used well. Well boned straight front, fit body properties, solid rear end to balance. Good height/length to weight ratio and moved really well. Expertly handled. 2 Mann's Nerotoro Cosmic Girl JW. Feminine bl/br bitch of standard make and shape. Short clean head, super dark eyes, neat ears with good bite. Ample boned front, good body and backend. Moved easily. 3 Stanway's Stormfire Crack The Code At Waystaff (IMP SPN) OB (8,2) 1 Arntzen & Kerry's Catstaff's Extraordenary (ATC AT01589NOR). Absolutely top drawer bl/br bitch with no exaggerations. Lovely feminine head piece with clean foreface, dark eyes, neat ears and super bite. Superb, clean, straight, nicely boned front. Well angulated shoulders. Excellent body properties with good length of rib, good topline and tight as a drum underline. Nice width of pelvis that equates balance to front and well angulated rear quarters to match. A real quality specimen of the breed. She was up on her toes and alert the whole time, demanding my attention. To coin an old phrase, she really filled my eye. It was a pleasure to award her top honours today and thus her title. Congratulations. BCC & RBOB. 2 Hirst & Bibby's Taraiel Lorde JW ShCM. Bl/br with white on chest & legs. Another cracking bitch who pushed winner close, carrying much the same attributes. Lovely, clean, feminine head, no trace of fleshiness here. Good bite, dark eyes, tidy ears. Clean straight front. Well set on and laid back shoulders. Super topline, good underline and excellent rear angulation to balance. I have previously given her top honours as a puppy and its pleasing to see she's matured so well. I would've liked to have seen her fitter but all the same she's still a class act. RBCC. 3 Raynsford & Stevens' Raynstaff Didja Ever. VB (4,2) 1 Hirst & Bibby's Ch Taraiel Ciara JW ShCM. 8yr old bl/br bitch who's still showing good strength for her age. Standard make and shape. Good head, well boned front, compact body and sturdy back end. 2 Buchan's Araidh Cherish The Day. Bl/br also 8yrs. Feminine head, nicely boned front, good body and rear quarters. Good head shape, mouth, eyes and ears all as should be. Well boned front, compact body and solid rear assembly.
