STAFFORDSHIRE BULL DRIFFIELD 12 Judge: Mr Jeff Ford BEST OF BREED : 4275 MASON Mr & Mrs P Dare To Dream STAFFORDSHIRE BULL JUDGE DRIFFIELD 12 Staffordshire Bull Terriers In a few classes I was splitting hairs with a number of exhibits, & on another day would change places many times. I was very happy with my final line-up of dogs & bitches, they were all of excellent quality & worthy of winning top honours. On a more serious note I was very disappointed to hear later of silly & stupid comments made from around the ringside, of what I was going to award for the top spots. I will say & comment that when I arrived at this show to officiate & well beforehand, my opinion for top spots was made of honest & unbiased opinion. MPD (4) 1 Morgan-Pister’s Biggleswick Gift Of The Gab, lovely tiger/br with everything in the right place, head shape, ears, eyes & mouth all in fine order, good straight front, level topline & sound hind end, will mature into fine specimen, moved & showed well; 2 Murray & Walker’s Cannichbull Sammie Doyle, nice type b/br, unfortunate to meet 1 in fine shape. RCC, pushed hard for top spot, your day will come I’m sure, he is a beauty, I was pleased to go over him; 2 Lewis’ Charmonics Regal Lad, lovely type dark br/w, many virtues as 1, just prefer better head of 1.
