Skye Terriers

PD (2)

1 Grainger’s Perrylands Monro, 10 months cream with very good head, eyes, ear carriage, neck, topline, tail carriage, angulation, substance & coat. Moved well all round. Coat developing well. Watched him win a very good puppy group, did the breed proud. BP;

2 Large’s Bunnybois Indulgence Is Madaza, good profile, nicely balanced, pleased in neck, topline, angulation, substance. Moved well at only 6 months. Good head & eye. Not quite ear carriage of 1. Black.

JD (2,1)

1 P Monro.

PGD (1) A.

LD (2) 1 Bailey’s Talyot Nimrod by Marjayn, cream, very good head, ear carriage, neck, topline, tail carriage, size & substance. Pleasing angulation. Moved well;

2 Parker’s Glorfindel Deacon Brodie, black, in good coat, providing good substance, balance with firm topline, good tail carriage. Nice head with typical ear carriage. Soundly constructed, moved well.

OD (3)

1 Richardson’s Talyot Learchus, won a difficult class, such was the quality. Outstanding head with correct ear carriage, well fringed. Good neck, topline, tail carriage, coat, well angulated, moved soundly with drive & purpose. CC & BOB;

2 Curtis’ Ch Brakemill Barnum, cream who pressed all the way. Very good head & ear carriage, nice neck, topline, tail carriage, soundly constructed front & rear, moving soundly. Presented in good coat;

3 Breeze’s Ch Salena The Special One.

VD (4)

1 Ankcorn’s Feorlig True Destiny of Pensford, cream, 8 years young, in splendid order. Excelled in head & ear carriage, good neck, topline, tail carriage, nice size & substance, well angulated. Moved a treat. Unlucky not to carry his title. RCC;

2 Macqueen’s Lynaire Mr Darcey of Azrakhan, generally similar to 1. In good order, gave me food for thought. Different colour, dark silver, just slight physical preferences;

3 Hawks & Mason’s Maridale Blueys Beach.

PB (1)

1 Miller’s Feorlig Up Up And Away, 6 months cream of great potential & character. I can’t think of anything I didn’t love about her. Head, expression, balance, construction, movement. Raw, needs fringes & coat but I covet her.

JB (2,1)

1 Miller & Ryan’s Feorlig Romantica, really good all round Skye. This silver has minimal faults, maybe not take your breath away but only the addition of a little more scope could do great things.

PGB (1) A.

LB (1)

1 Barrass’ Lavaux Spirit Of The Isle of Gallondean, dark silver with very good head, neck, topline, tail carriage, well angulated, splendid coat, good substance, moved well. Met some toughies in the challenge.

OB (1)

1 Curtis’ Ch Brakemill Briar Rose, lovely quality silver, liked her a lot. Very good head, ear carriage, neck, topline, tail carriage, angulation, coat, moved well. RCC.

VB (1)

1 Macqueen’s Ch Azrakhan Capercaillie, proves quality supercedes age, 8 years, so what! Apart from the individual virtues she has that illusive quality "flow of line” where one part blends seamlessly into the next making the whole a picture of symmetry. Yes she has an excellent head to top it all off. CC.
