Skye Terriers

Good entry considering the distance for most exhibitors. Some very good exhibits on show.

PD (2)

1 Harrison’s Papplewick Knockando for Trenson, cream, good coat for age, good head & ears, very good body for age, good neck, shoulders, excellent mover behind. Just needs to tighten in front as expected at this age. BP;

2 Miller’s Feorlig Arfur Sixpence, not so forward as 1. Good head, neck, shoulders, good length of body, good topline. Not so collected as 1, just needs time.

JD (0).

PGD (3)

1 Ankcorn’s Feorlig True Destiny of Pensford, good cream of quality, good head, neck, shoulders, good coat of correct texture, good topline, good length, nice neck & shoulders, moved well;

2 Bailey & Hansel’s Mighty Mouse by Marjayn, very good dog, not co-operating with handler. Good head, neck & shoulders, good coat & length. Standing OK but would not move properly. Needs more sympathetic handling;

3 King’s Celticbridge Moonlight.

LD (2)

1 Harrison’s Knowlespring Jail House Roc for Trenson, very good head, neck, shoulders, good body, excellent coat of good texture, moved well. Little gay with his tail at times.

OD (4)

1 Breeze’s Ch Salena Black Shadow, well known black of quality, good head, neck, shoulders, body, legs & feet, good topline, super presentation & handling as usual, moved well. CC;

2 Curtis’ Gumshoe Bugsy Malone of Brakemill, bigger dog of correct type, very good coat of correct texture, good body, moved well, kept topline on move. Just preferred shoulders of 1. RCC;

3 Woodhead’s Ch Knowlespring Sunday Best.

PB (3)

1 Miller’s Feorlig Angel Dust, real character of a baby puppy, so well made all through. Just needs to be given time to mature properly. Obviously short of coat but her quality gave her this class, should do very well;

2 King’s Celticbridge Northern Star, good type with lots to like. More coat but not so positive in front as winner;

3 Olding & Munroe’s Papplewick Glenlossie.

JB (1)

1 Richardson’s Talyot Katy, good type, very good coat texture, good head, nice neck & shoulders, good topline, moved OK.

PGB (2,1)

1 Green’s Salena Secret Charm at Verony, nice head, neck & shoulders, good coat, moves OK. Runs up behind spoiling her topline.

LB (2)

1 White’s Knowlespring You’re Nicked by Gumshoe, very good head, neck & shoulders, very good coat, good body of correct length, keeps topline on the move, good bitch;

2 Olding & Munroe’s Lady Orlith of Papplewick, bigger & not the movement or topline of 1. Good coat, nice head, neck & shoulders, good length of body.

OB (5,1)

1 Breeze’s Salena She’s The One, the star for me. Has everything in a bitch that I look for. Very good head, neck, shoulders & front assembly, good body & topline, super coat & presentation, moved & showed well in challenge for BOB with different handler. CC & BOB;

2 Bailey & Hansel’s Ch Silisia Firenze, bigger, excellent body, good head, neck & shoulders, good topline, very good coat of correct texture, moved well behind. Just lost in front to 1. RCC;

3 Miller’s Ch Feorlig Something Wicked.
