PD 1 Grozier’s Auchenbathie Jig A Long at Zorgs, cream with masculine head, good bite, moved well with level topline, well presented. BP. JD 1 Miller’s Feorlig Arfur Sixpence, very attractive black, masculine head, dark eye, good bite, lovely length with short loin, moved with drive, level topline, one to watch once he has a full coat to complete the picture; 2 Robson’s Knowlespring Daredevil Dan With Mitsui, cream with dark points, strong head, good bite, well presented with good coat. Tending to roach on the move which spoilt the overall appearance. LD 1 Samuel’s Skelander Wee Man of Storr, dark silver drop ear, strong head, good bite, excellent length with short loin, moved freely holding his topline very well muscled, good coat texture. A real star. CC, which gave him his crown, BOB & shortlisted in the group; 2 Parker’s Glorfindel Basil Brush, attractive silver with strong masculine head, dark eye, good bite, well set ears, short loin, firm topline, moved with drive on a loose lead, lovely breed type. RCC; 3 Barrass’ Gallodean Moonlite Shadow. OD 1 Breeze’s Ch Salena Black Shadow, elegant black, beautifully presented, lovely outline, good bite, short loin, firm topline standing & on the move, well set tail. Just not his day. PB (0). JB 1 Marshall’s Glorfindel Lucretia, very feminine attractive black, dark eye, well set ears with great fringing & excellent coat, level topline, moved freely with drive, very elegant. RCC; 2 Boothman’s Papplewick Strathisla of Caranath, dark silver with good coat texture, good bite, feminine head. Promising but needs to mature. PGB 1 Lynch’s Maridale Bella Figlia, silver coat of good hard texture, feminine, short loin, level topline, moved OK, good bite; 2 Viles’ Juniper Girl, feminine head, dark silver, level topline, moved well. Not the length of 1. LB 1 Robson’s Lynaire Shes No Lady with Mitsui, ultra feminine, good bite, good earset, moved freely with firm topline, beautifully presented & handled; 2 McLeod’s Esgia’s Sula The Late Edition, lovely quality black, feminine head, good earset, dark eye, good bite, short loin, well presented coat of good length, firm topline. A difficult choice between 1 & 2; 3 Samuel’s Skyelander Midnight Dream. OB (4) 1 Marshall Ch Glorfindel Betty Boop, eyecatching silver with the blackest of points, good coat & ear fringing, good bite, dark eye elegant & feminine, firm topline, moved well. Not the largest of bitches but all beautifully proportioned. CC; 2 Miller’s Ch Feorlig Something Wicked, attractive feminine bitch of excellent type, long low & level, well ribbed with short loin, one of the best movers of the day. Everything in the right place apart from coat which meant she lost out to 1; 3 Breeze’s Salena She’s The One. |
