SKYE BLACKPOOL 17 Judge(s): MR JEFF HORSWELL Quite a good entry, and one I enjoyed very much. Nice to see a few drop ears. Temperaments were excellent. JD (1) 1 Stewart & Von Fritsch's Blackcuillins Admiral (ATC AU01205DEU). Very good young d. Masculine head which is well balanced and strong. Well set ears. Lengthy neck with a well laid shoulder. Could be tighter in elbow. Nice straight front. Well ribbed back and fairly short in loin. Holds a level topline. Well muscled rear, well angulated. Straight out and back with v old hind drive. Obviously needs to mature, but he impressed me on his construction sufficiently for RCC. LD (3) 1 McLeod's Juger Edelweiss Me Myself And I At Esgia (Imp Est). Well balanced drop ear. He has a masc head of good strength and nicely proportioned muzzle to skull. Slightly better in neck and shoulder than second. Fair front. Well ribbed back and correct loin. He holds a level topline. Well made rear. Could maybe be more enthusiastic. 2 Large's Juger Edelweiss Mickey Mouse Is Madaza (Imp Est). Liked his outline. Lengthy head. Another drop ear. Well sprung ribs that go well back. Fairly true coming towards. Ok in topline. Well made rear. Shows and moves well. 3 McLeod's Esgia Murray's Olympic Gold. OD (5, 1) Very good class to sort out. 1 Breeze's Ch Salena The Special One. Masculine and well balanced d. He has a lengthy head, well proportioned and with enough width, lengthy neck. Super front assembly, well laid shoulder, correct in upper arm and straight legs with very good feet. Well ribbed back, short loin. Well made rear. Topline could be a little firmer on move at times. He goes with great style and a lengthy stride. CC & BOB. 2 Burscough's Glorfindel Secret Shadow At Kilfinan ShCM. Correct proportions on this good size d. Has a very good head of length and strength. Enough neck. Not quite the front of first. Well bodied and holds a level topline. Well bent stifle with low hocks. Could carry his tail lower, but moves very well. 3 Parker's GLorfindel Deacon Brodie ShCM. PB (2, 1) 1 Parker's Tweedsmuir Feebee Mine. Very promising pup. She has a lovely head, fem with strength and length. Long neck into well laid shoulder. Super body. Level topline. Could have slightly lower hocks. Once settled went very well. Quality prospect. BP. JB (4, 2) Quite similar and both look raw, which is a good thing! 1 Roberts' Glorfindel Effort At Sunabil. She is a well balanced and feminine b. Liked her head very much, strong but still fem. lengthy neck. Better front and shoulder of these two. Well ribbed back. Slightly tendency arch her topline slightly on table, but levels on move. Very good rear and moved well. 2 Heath's Perryland Hello Again JW. She has a very good head. Long neck. Well ribbed body with a short enough loin. Level topline. She too has a really well made rear, good turn of stifle and low hocks. Accurate out and back with a good stride. PGB (2) 1 Downes' Tweedsmuir Star Wonder Among Tsuki. Well proportioned b. Feminine head, nice width and length. Super eye and expression. Long neck. Well laid shoulder. Could have more width in front. Well ribbed with a short loin and holds a level topline. Could have more hind angulation, but uses what she has so very well. Little untidy in front but very good in profile. 2 Bryden's Esgia's Sula Froya. Well proportioned. Liked her head, although rather round in eye and could have a better expression. Enough neck. Quite a good front, she too is a little narrow, but better coming towards than first. Well ribbed. Good rear. Looses her topline slightly. LB (5, 1) 1 Whincup's Bunnybois Inspiration. Very good outline and proportions. She has the most lovely head. Correct balance of muzzle and skull, sufficient width for strength but still fem. Slightly more neck than second. She has a well laid shoulder. Long upper arm. Straight front. Well sprung ribs. Would prefer her shorter in loin. Super rear, well bent stifle and low hocks. Moved very well with correct tail carriage. Super feet. CC, congratulations on her Ch title. 2 Burscough's Glorfindel Shadow Wings At Kilfinan. She too is very well proportioned and she is a good size. Pleasing head of length and strength, quite a good front and she has v good legs. Well ribbed back and short in loin, holding a level topline. Moderate hind angulation. Could have put a little more in, but a good moving b. 3 Zvezdina's Juger Edelweiss Mary Poppins (Imp Est). OB (4) 1 Curtis' Ch Brakemill Briar Rose. Liked her outline. She is feminine in head, could perhaps be slightly shorter in muzzle and just a little more width through - being picky! She has a lengthy neck. Well laid shoulders, good return of upper arm, and front legs are ok. Well ribbed back. Level topline. Liked her rear. Good mover, although could have shown more enthusiasm. RCC. 2 Breeze's Ch Salena Silver Sapphire. Well proportioned b, just a tendency to loose her topline at times. She has a very good head length and strength. Long neck.
