SEALYHAM JUDGE DRIFFIELD 09

Sealyham Terriers

PD (1)

1 Hampson’s Kamryan Hey Look Me Over, well balanced youngster, very good head & eye with pleasing strength of muzzle, good reach of neck set in well placed shoulders, lovely depth of chest for age, level topline, well developed quarters, presentation first class, sound positive mover. BP.

JD & PGD (0).

LD (1)

1 Hampson’s Kamryan Hey Look At Me, quality dog of excellent make & shape throughout, great exuberance giving that active & game characteristic asked for in the Standard, balanced head with pleasing eye & expression, very clean over neck & shoulders, lovely bone & substance, firm topline, muscular hindquarters with good bend of stifle, moved soundly with great reach & drive. RBD.

OD (2)

1 Horn’s Ch Eleighwater Prince Charles, one of the few I had judged before & has matured into the finished article since judging him as a youngster, very typical throughout, pleasing head & expression, well set ears, strong muscular neck, good layback of shoulder with pleasing length of upper arm, well sprung ribs, nicely rounded quarters, very sound on the move. BOB;

2 Horn’s Ch Pindaric Boy Oh Boy, quality dog, very typical head with good eye & pleasing pigmentation, straight front, good legs & feet, well developed body, pleasing topline & tailset, harsh coat of good texture, moved well. Not quite the vigour of 1.

PB (1)

1 Hampson’s Kamryan Take A Chance On Me, very promising youngster who is so well made throughout & at 8 months everything is there for her to mature into, good size, well balanced, lovely head & expression, scores in neck & shoulders, best of fronts, level topline held on the move, pleasing hindquarters, well let down hocks, once settled moved soundly. On the run off for BP was not as assured on the move as her litter brother, but will watch her future with interest. RBB.

JB (1)

1 Hampson’s Kamryan Audacity Of Hope, litter sister to above & has many of her littermate’s attributes, very good head & eye, pleasing legs & feet, excellent bone & substance but still keeping a very feminine outlook, good length of neck set in well placed shoulders, well sprung ribs, good bend of stifle, sound on the move. Just needs that little more confidence. Very nice prospect.

PGB (1)

1 Hampson’s Kamryan Dream Girl, another littermate of the above, very well balanced throughout & of good make & shape, pleasing head & expression with good strength of muzzle, nice front assembly with strong neck & good layback of shoulder, best of quarters for age, moved well. Coat not quite at its best. Very typical example of the breed.

LB (1)

1 Peel’s Dursegg Athens at Esanar, sturdy bitch of very good bone & substance & pleasing conformation throughout, typical head with good eye, broad deep chest, well sprung ribs, moved well. Just loses topline slightly on the move & presentation not up to some of the others.

OB (2)

1 Horn’s Ch Zippor Forever Myfyanwy, pleasure to judge this quality bitch, lovely example of the breed who fits the Standard so well, good size, lovely head & expression, best of fronts with good legs & feet, very clean over neck & shoulders, strong firm body, level topline, powerful well muscled quarters used to advantage on the move, very sound with excellent reach & drive giving that brisk & vigorous action which one is looking for. BB

; 2 Wilkinson’s Ch Churclo Concerto, belies her 13 years, still retains a good shape & so sound on the move, well balanced head with good eye & typical expression, pleasing length of neck, good layback of shoulder, correct tailset & carriage, well bent stifles, very good example of the breed.
