SEALYHAM BATH 24 Judge: Mr M Ord PD (1) 1 B. P. Bettis’s Ornella King Midas sturdy young male who moved well in difficult weather conditions, slight dome to skull & strength in jaw with correct dentition, medium eye with dark pigment, rounded tip ears held close to cheek, muscular neck of good length into flowing shoulder set, in good body & ribs beginning to spring, holding his flexible topline correctly, has good let down in fore-chest for age, well presented coat, stands well in rear with parallel hocks, a promising youngster of correct size & substance to do his job of work. 1 Curtis’s Jolihem Lene Joe Badger, pleasing in body shape & holds shoulders close to ribbing, shoulder set in line with elbows, firm flexible loin, good dentition but could be cleaner, driving well from his rear but a little unsettled with his front movement, this could have been due to the extreme weather conditions & being a little reluctant, correct tail set & carriage, deep thighs & well muscled condition, correct feet, not in a full coat today. 1 Bell’s Ch Zippor Sleepy Sapphireson At Letara 5 year old male full of character & vigour, desirable head with good strength in his jaw, correct set ears of lovely shape & size, excellent pigment & well set eyes medium in size, best of necks into flowing shoulder & upper arm, holds elbows well in, flexible topline, particularly like his length, presented in first class condition with coat of correct texture, good feet, stands firm & sound both front & back, good tail set, masculine and very typical of his breed. A quality male who when used wisely has produced well for the breed as I can see from todays catalogue C.C. & B.O.B. 2 Oulton & Holderness Rumsey’s Ch Whooperhill Sandman NL JCH son of 1 & has many of his qualities still a youngster and with lots to offer in the future, these bloodlines have worked well together and pleasing to see he also has his well earned title, has the slight dome to skull & good jaw with correct eye & ear placement, most lovely neck & front which he uses well in his stride, good body but not quite finished in his development, flexible top line & slightly longer in loin than 1, excellent drive from his rear & stands with parallel hocks, particularly good feet, well presented coat not quite as profuse as 1 but shows his lovely outline well, moved at the correct pace & in hard muscular condition. Res C.C. 1 Trezise-Dunda’s Cibach Carys At Firstwish famine in size & appearance this 13 yr old is a credit both in condition & movement, another who at first was unsettled in the heavy storm but once she relaxed she went well, petite but of good balance, has good feet shape, good shape of head, slight dome to skull, well set ears, not carrying a lot of weight which is good for her age but in no way shelly in her ribbing, hold top line well, correct coat but not a lot of it. 1 Bell’s Whooperhill Serendipity For Letara promising feminine baby who was unsettled when moving, lovely to go over and particularly good ribbing & loin, sound in rear with well set hocks, her front is in balance with the rear but as unsettled in her surroundings not moving as well as her construction suggests she can, in good profuse puppy coat & tail set correctly, holds her flexible top line well, under her profuse face furnishings she has strength of jaw & good dentition, slight dome to skull with good eye & ear placement. 1, & B.P.B. Oulton & Fourie’s Whooperhill Song, I see is litter sister to puppy class winner, liked her overall profile picture when stacked, prefer her body length over 2, pleasing skull with well shaped ears correctly set close to cheek, strong neck of correct length flowing into a good shoulder & upper arm, has depth in her front correct for young age, presented in top condition with coat of good texture, correct feet, moving steady & soundly fore & aft 2 Flower’s Dinah Winnie slightly more mature than 1 pleasing head proportions & firm strong neck, well constructed front with good depth of chest & correct ribbing, prefer a shade shorter loin, has powerful well set hocks with good bend of stifle, well set tail, compact feet of good size & shape, in good coat of correct texture. 1 Moake’s Whooperhill Sleepinbeuaty Of Jomaoka, young b who I judged as a raw youngster and thought was quality then. Pleasing to see she is maturing into a quality b who today was well worthy of the C.C. she is of correct size, feminine with good bone & substance, in gleaming coat of good texture & presented in top condition, well muscled she is functional & could do her job if required, loved her head shape, has correct dentition in a strong jaw, well set ear of correct size & shape, holding them correctly, firm muscular neck & the best of shoulder & upper arm, elbows held tight, excellent rib shape & spring with firm but flexible loin, deep muscular thighs with parallel hocks, excellent feet, tail well set, moved as her construction would suggest with purpose, ease and precise 2 Curtis’s Kenaiteen Cascade over 5 yr old b who is pleasing in skull & jaw with correct dentition, would like a little more strength in her neck, holds her top line well both stacked & moving, using her front but not the rear driving action of 1, has correct tail carriage, length & set on, good feet 3 Trezise-Dundas’s Firstwish Ara. Three nice bitches but prefer size of 1st & 2nd over 3rd 1 Oulton & Fourie’s Ch/Multi Ch Int Ch Whooperhill So Charming 3 yr old b who is of excellent balance & proportions, everything flows & this shows in her movement, has the correct skull & strong jaw with correct bite, lovely ear set & shape held correctly, medium eye shape she is expressive & full of character, best of neck & fronts with enough fill in front, lovely size compact feet, excellent ribbing & loin, well presented coat of good substance & texture, hard muscular condition she propels herself well on the move with corresponding front action, well set rear & tail, one I feel has a lot more to offer in the future Res C.C. 2 Oulton & Britz’ Am GCH/MULT/INT Ch Whooperhill American Celebration 3 yr old b with desired head shape, strong jaw & good bite, strong neck of good length, well placed in shoulder with elbows well held to her body, good body length with ribs well sprung, deep chest, firm flexible loin well held together on move, stands herself firm, in excellent coat & hard muscular condition, good feet size & shape, just preferred hind action of 1 today 3 Bettis Ch Nunneley Hopscotch Over Ornella JW. |
